My favourite settings are those stereotypical post-apocolypse dystopias that you would see the generic Young Adult book protagonist wander around, though I'm also open for Sci-Fi, Modern, and Historical settings. I'm not the biggest fan of Steampunk though, so it's slightly more difficult for me to get involved in those. When RPing, I prefer not to get involved into the stats side of things, as I'd much rather dive deep into the lore of both the setting I'm RPing with and the Characters/Nations I'm using for that RP in question. Now, for more about myself, I'm a massive fan of Music in general and a Singer. My favourite band changes what seems like weekly, though I'd say I'm a massive fan of Nine Inch Nails, Turnover, The Smashing Pumpkins, Foster The People, Weathers, and Smashmouth The Wombats. My favourite songs are probably Closer, by Nine Inch Nails, Knights of Cydonia, by Muse, BYOB, by System of a Down, Pumped up Kicks, by Foster The People and I Don't Wanna Know, by Weathers. My favourite games are NBA2k18 and Crusader Kings 2, though I'm also a fan of HOI4 (yay Kaiserreich) and EU4. Database of some RPs I've ran: Age of Rebirth (Post WW3) The original. Was a popular NRP for it's time but eventually died out. The Rise of Man (Fallout-like RP) The "sequel" to Age of Rebirth. Was quite interesting building off the history of an NRP that already happened to create a new one. Sollus Supremus (Dune-like Space Opera) I decided to venture out of my comfort zone a bit with this one, some really generic Space Opera. Age of Rebirth: The Rising Tide [Post-Apocolyptic NRP] Honestly my favourite one I've ever made, though that's most likely because I've become a better writer over the past 3 years, considering I'm no longer 13, like I was when I made Age of Rebirth.

My request is simple, if I am to join you in your holy war against the Caliphate, I will want an alliance with both of your nations. That means you shall come and help me if my nation needs it. As its name suggests Neo Hungaria is a monarchy ruled by their king. The current regent is Mathias III, aged 42. He's the son of the late king Reinhard von Croy and direct descendant of the Arpád Dynasty. He was born in Belgium but spent most of his life in Hungary and later adopted the name Korona Mátyás (Mathias Crown). The main decision-making body of Neo Hungaria is the Parliament which is mostly dominated by the right-wing Hungarian Unity Novation (HUN) party albeit their authority is far less absolute compared to the past. In every four years the members of the Parliament are decided by vote although the system isn't completely clean. Hungarian is the the country's official language albeit given the large diversity of ethnicities and nationalities within Neo Hungaria they also support schools in other languages and people can do administrative duties in up to 11 tongues. Multi-culturalism is prevalent albeit Hungarians subtly still enjoy some preferential treatment.
Economy
Neo Hungaria remained neutral through the entire length of WW3 which allowed them to survive these years relatively intact. Their neighbors were not so lucky and as Neo Hungaria conquered them it also had an impact on their economy. Their conquest was fueled by nationalist propaganda about restoring Hungary of the past yet in effect it also bore strategic importance. Many of the old kingdom's richest agricultural fields and allocation of natural resources were held by foreign countries. Reparations and war-waging costs were expensive but turned out to be rewarding on the long run. With these Neo Hungaria became an economic powerhouse compared to the rest of Europe. They have rich mountains abundant in materials, oil fields and excellent farmlands. Due to the latter they also invested considerable effort in producing various biofuels thus allowing them to be close to self-sufficient. Export of food and materials is one of their largest source of income.
Even prior to WW3 Hungary was keeping pace with other nations when it came to science and technology. This only accelerated after the formation of Neo Hungaria. The nation's economy multiplied more than tenfold and this had a drastic impact on technology and industry. Nowadays Neo Hungaria is one of the most developed nations in the world.
Military
Ever since its conception Neo Hungaria put emphasis on their military and with a good reason. Even after its numerous territorial acquisitions Neo Hungaria was surrounded by giant nations that threatened their existence. As such compared to its neighbors Neo Hungaria is more militarized and their military expenses (along with R&D) reach as high as 21% of their budget. Along with the technological and industrial boom, Neo Hungaria also devoted great resources into arming their forces with only national products. This resulted in a temporarily setback as the industry for making weapons was yet to be finished but by the 2040s this idea became a reality. Light and advanced tank and the chief fighting vehicle employed by the Royal Hungarian Army. Its predecessor the Bocskai Tank was just a license-built version of the Polish PL-01. But following this subsequent versions constantly upgraded the tank to the extend that the Bocskai III tank is practically a whole different vehicle. The most notable difference is the new full-CNT chassis which improved protection while also decreasing weight, making the tank incredibly light and easy to transport. Though without dense heavy metal frame the armor only offers limited protection against APFSDS rounds. Another focus was on the tank's stealth. The Bocskai III uses the 3rd generation of the PL-01's thermal and radar stealth system and in standard combat situations and from sufficient distance this makes the vehicle practically undetectable. Newest addition is the Bocskai III's active camouflage system which by using the CNT's electronic properties can allow the tank to literally change colors, thus mimicking the surroundings. While this is obviously nowhere close to invisibility it works rather well from standard engagement distances. The Bocskai III also has the latest generation of passive and active protection systems which by the second variation includes a PL-100 laser point defense. Not to replace anti-missile defenses the laser works the best against distant or slow-moving explosive warheads. It can also double as an anti-infantry weapon although overusing the system can be damaging. Lastly the tank has a 120mm gun using the latest liquid propellant shells. Because this alone wouldn't be enough to defeat the latest armors the Bocskai III's cannon has the option for multi-stage acceleration where the side caverns of the barrel are filled up with extra propellant which would be controllably released as the projectile travels. The process takes roughly 8-10 seconds to prepare but the extra power is guaranteed to worth it.

While the Bocskai tanks are innovative, cheap and effective in warfare, there are several situation where the army requires a typical MBT for the job. As such Neo Hungaria developed the Toldi IV main battle tank. Named after a Hungarian knight famous for his strength and valor the Toldi IV is an advanced fighting vehicle with the latest weaponry and protection. 140-150mm guns are dominating tank battles for decades now. MAVAG and FÉG went a step further by chambering the new cannon at 160mm. The increased diameter offers extra power but more importantly it allows the use of more diverse types of shells and gun-launched missiles. Neo Hungary also developed their own unique armor system which is relatively light while offers great degree of protection. It's tough and enduring, its microscopic BN honeycomb plates being immune to the "multiple hit problem" ceramic panels suffered. The armor was also made with the future possibility of irradiated environments and directed energy weapons in mind. Of course the Tolid IV also features the latest electronics, sensors and countermeasures with the E-variant debuting with the FÉG ORS-5 system with coverage and response time far better than most contemporary systems. All of these together makes the Toldi IVe a powerful but expensive tank when compared to the Bocskai III-V2.
I still need to fill out the history part and this NRP flies like a jet plane. I added a few things including proper army numbers, a latter for which I mostly looked at the current US military as the basis and divided it by a certain number. So if you think the result is too high then you may have underestimated the size of your military. ...or don't spend 20% of your GDP on them like my country and the USA does. As I said the Bundeswehr currently is just tiny in comparison because they simply have no need for anything larger. Things would be different in a world like this, though.
And yeah, I still haven't filled out my history part but is it such a big deal? I mean I practically already told you what's relevant about it. I can fill that out later.

Um... I never quite stated that there was a full on nuclear war, rather nuclear weapons used by china and India, with Rajas permission Ofcourse.
Edit, also nukes used by American forces in Korea.. Which is actually a active measure in real life to deter a war with north Korea.
Also, I have a huge part of my history is the invasion of Korea.. I mean a huge part. Nuking the dmz between north and south Korea, fighting naval battles to keep the America navy occupied... Invading Japan and dropping nukes near Tokyo..

History of the Nation: The Republic of Nigeria began to rise to power during its 2019 elections. Muhammadu Buhari in an attempt to secure power began to arrest political opponents such as Goodluck Jonathan. Eventually establishing one party rule under a military junta. In order to secure his position Buhari sought foreign backing for the United States in exchange for exclusive use of oil supplies and other various resources.
In order to take advantage of newly found American support Nigeria quickly pulled its peace keeping forces in various African Countries and quickly turned them towards the neighboring countries of Niger, Cameroon, and Benin. After nearly three years of war on all fronts Nigeria’s superior forces in terms of both numbers and military strength won them a decisive victory.
Shortly after their newly found conquest Buhari had died and was eventually succeeded by Mubashshir Hameed who strongly believed in a strong united West Africa under a single Islamic Religion. This lead to many wars against neighboring West African countries eventually leading to nearly six years of bloody conflict. Once Hameed secured the region he established the religious unity act. Anyone caught worshiping another god or not properly worshiping the Sunni faith would dace penalties as severe as death. Causing massacre not only in West African countries, but within Nigerian borders as well. Nearly 8 million people died as a result most Roman Catholics in Nigeria.
Shortly after World War III had begun Hameed chose to maintain his alliance with the United States. Even supplying Uranium, Oil, and other materials in order to help the war effort, while at the same time not directly intervening in the war. Six months into World War III Hameed had been assassinated by pro-independence revolutionaries, signaling the beginning of a massive uprising in the westernmost regions of Nigeria.
After nearly three long years of conflict and extreme strain on Nigerian resources Nigeria eventually surrendered to the insurgents letting them claim the regions of Liberia, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, and Sierra Leone. During that time Safar Hamidi had taken control and openly stated the entering the region was "Hameed's first mistake of many" and "the rest of Western Africa will remain untouched, so long as I have a choice in the matter". For Hamidi it was a time of rebuilding and maintaining stability for Nigeria. He was convinced that Nigeria would not survive another revolution at its current rate and that his only chance was to incite change.
Hamidi quickly began to pass many political reforms to the war torn Nigeria, slowly returning the power back to the people. On the 21st of March 2044 Hamidi had announced open elections for all political parties, even going as far as to encourage debate and political opposition. During the year of elections three political parties were established The Unionist Faction lead by Daifallah Mir, The Democratic Party lead by Hamidi, and The People's Party lead by Kamaaluddeen Waheed. The elections finally ended with nearly 46% of the vote going to the Unionist Faction and their president Daifallah Mir. Promising a return to a strong Nigeria one that all can enjoy.
