By the way, In regards to levels, I take it that we're following the canon? Which would mean that at Floor 26 the lead group would be in the late 30's level range i.e. 36-38. (Kirito doesn't reach Level 40 until April 2023, by which point the lead group are on Floor 27)

What about the Guild Blacksmith? She can repair/strengthen armor and weapons, stuff like that?

Resource management could be something of a strategist. Choosing who to send where, how many people to send and what not, leaving everyone else in charge of everything involved in doing what they need to where they're being sent?

Hmm, we already have someone in charge of the whole Recon thing, Durdansa played by @ReaptheMusic who I think would organize that whole thing.

Any other areas you'd be interested in? You could do the other half of recon where, like you said, you tell people where to go while Durdansa would actually lead the groups out to those places maybe? As in, like a cartographer/strategist kind of deal.

I'd suggest writing that post if you want to take some quality time with other charries now before I force plot motion and NPCs to be put away for a bit, unless there's an NPC you were wanting to make a full on character with.
