I'm not sure how much Azure can do as the first mate, but is there some doctor on the ship that Caeda could go to to help treat the pixie's injury?

Looking at the pixie's wing, how badly damaged is it? Since she on the ground, I'm guessing she can't fly. But can she natural heal it over time or will it need some magical healing?

This felt oddly familiar, as the pixie shouted at Caeda in a poor defensive stance as she would soon reluctantly surrendering due to fatigue. Almost as if looking into a mirror as the pixie reminded Caeda of herself when she was a child. But seeing as the pixie is trying to act tough and serious while in its injured state, Caeda felt like plaing along, but the pixie looks to really need some help. She reached into her bag as she brought a bit of rations and her waterskin, initially bringing them in case she felt the need to snack and drink. She opened her ration to give a piece out that should suffice for the tiny fey's size and held her waterskin at the ready to help assist the pixie with drinking. "Here, these should suffice. I admire your bravery and will to survive for so long, especially with these cats seeing as they caught a few stowaway rats. But why are you on this ship?" Caeda gave the pixie some time to enjoy her meal and when she almost finished. She wondered how well the pixie's wing would recover, but for now, she introduced herself as "Caeda Bryberos, is what you may call me. What may call you?"

I suppose there might be a chance for Lyos to know Yinzeli since they have similar backstories and probably have worked together on some odd jobs. Do feel Lyos would probably regard her distantly, though, given that she seems more childish (at least to me). Plus you have to factor in that Lyos doesn't really stick around people for long.

Then yeah, there will probably be that sense of familiarity of them briefly working together as they had a mutual thing of interest that they were trying to learn about. But again, as you mentioned, it was probably a very brief meeting between the 2 characters.

Note: If someone wants to have met up with Rondal in the 3 years he's been about the galaxy, I'd be down.

I was thinking if there would be anything that would have our characters cross path. The only thing is that I would imagine is her boss, Devroy, being curious about the actual power of people who were force sensitive. This being before of there once being a Jedi Order which was eradicated because of Order 66, then the empire having their inquisitors to finish any remaining or new force sensitive people, yet Vader and Palpatine. Then there is single jedi confronting Vader and Palpatine, with the jedi escaping with their defeat as the second Death Star is destoryed.

Perhaps Yinzeli happened to hear nearby of someone possibly being a Sorcerer of Rhand, but since they don't really have a uniform appearance, finding Rondal would have been difficult. But would probably kept some description of him as Devroy and now her were curious about any information of force sensitive people.

Part of me feels like I'm rambling now, but those were my floating thoughts to your open offer.

Curious, I just realized Destiny and Backgrounds are a thing and felt like asking if you had any special rulings on them? Backgrounds seemed simple enough to choose, Destiny seems to have a bit more thought to them and may involve communicating between the player and GM. Looking through them, I'll just choose a background and update my character sheet based on it, but I wanted to hear your thoughts on it.

As Caeda turned the corner, she was really expecting to see some undersea fish monster and was on the stance ready to pierce through it. Quietly sheathing her rapier, her form relaxed as she only saw an even odd sight of a pixie with a damaged wing with a splinter as a possible weapon. Thinking that the fey was most likely frightened, Caeda wished to show she was of no harm and wanted to know what happened to make the pixie scared. Caeda crouched as low as she could and calmly whispered to the pixie, "I wish you no harm. Please, tell me what is wrong."

Finally finished Yinzeli's backstory. But after finishing it, I might switch one of her trained skills with something else as writing this is making me make the skills reflect what has been written. @Inkarnate, once I decided if I change the selected skills, I'll just make a small post of it here to let you know.

Yinzeli life began with a wealthy lifestyle as her parents had a successful business of managing trade on land. There were only a few rich families in the big town that she lived in, but there was none more rich or powerful than the Hutt crime lord, Meru Merdro, who basically owned the town. At a young age she always wanted to help her parents as thanks for all the things they have given, of the various stories of the galaxy shared that were always awe inspiring, and generally being nice to her. But her parents had a bad gambling addiction as they had terrible luck and a casino owned by a Hutt.

Helping them repay their debt seemed like a nice way to help and decided to do some odd jobs. Eventually when she became 15, decided to work try working at the same casino in hopes to gain more money to help her parent’s debt as her past odd jobs weren’t enough to really help at as each new debt would slowly be more than before. Her parents warned her that working there may not be the best solution, but she ignored them thinking that this could be a way to help as she was offered end their debt. But unaware of the papers that she signed when apply for the job, she would come to regret her decision.

After working there as a simple waitress for less than a month, she would return to her home one night to find her parents shot dead by unknown assailant. The following day she was home grieving when a few of the enforcers from the casino said that she had to work, but after telling them of her parents death, her words were ignored and was dragged out and back into the casino. Once there, she was told that the papers that she signed before had a fine print that she did not see that mentions that with her parent’s debt would be placed onto if they were to die and would be under servitude of the Hutt crime lord. She was furious by this tricky arrangement, but was soon knocked out. Once she woke up, she found herself on a medical bed after a surgery and told a small bomb was implanted to ensure she stayed and obeyed.

Years would pass as her anger would grow. She would slave over various demeaning jobs with no pay for the actual work she would do and feel insignificant as rich people would flaunt their wealth. Although she could wait, years for the debt and servitude to end, she felt that crime lord himself would have ways to extend her servitude. So she waited and prepared for the opportunity that she could escape.
During one of her jobs at age 19, she would be serving a human client named Devroy Darseal. She was able to gain some information that this client, was being lured in and assassinated. So on the night of the job, when the guards were not around to hear, informed Devroy of the crime lord’s plan. Together the two were able to surprise the assassin and kill him and the guards. And as agreed, Devroy would assist with her escape on that night and remove the bomb implanted in her. After successfully leaving, she truly felt free and got some revenge along the way.

Yinzeli would even then help Devroy with some espionage jobs throughout the galaxy as she used her skills in charm and nimble moves to gain various information. Things were great as she is finally being paid from her own work and unlike her parents, is a very frugal spender, but still somehow buy the oddest things, and overall enjoyed the freedom that she has than being forced to do things. Eventually, things would catch up with the Devroy that he would eventually find himself dead and would leave Yinzeli without an employer. Now wanting to make some distance from her last job, she finds herself on a cargo ship called, The Falling Star.

Part of me is curious though, but would anyone interested in having their character know another character here? Like they probably just recently met or happened to meet in their past.

The night seemed calm enough, but her rapier sprang out as quick as the shadow move from the corner of her eye. She took the still calm moment to think as she slowly and stealthy approached the direction. It would have been nice to have some light to remove some of the shadow of the dark cloudy night so some color can be seen than shades of grey, but that would most likely make the ship a beacon to attract necessary things. Calling for help now may scare the unknown thing away before confirming what it is. And the odds of being some mouse, it couldn't be as the cats would have probably caught them back when they departed from the last port. Caeda would finally approach and investigate further if need be while still watching her back in case this was just a trick to surprise.

Okay cool thanks for the info. I gave her Huttese as its the most logical as she is from the The Outer Rim and was enslaved by a Hutt.
