In my opinion, a hero must protect all, and not be brought down by a government or a king of sorts. Superman is a "hero" to America. But in reality, he is just a soldier of America. Who doesn't question the president and the U.S. Government about the terrorists and follows their commands. Ultimately destroying people from the other lands. He could bring peace between the lands. Become neutral. And fight those who are hurting the people collectively. Not America, The same with his alternate. who is from Russia.
