The only ability I know I can do is alter my body in which I can generate electricity, freeze my body by lowering my temperature, increasing my body heat and cause my self to be enveloped in flames in certain parts of my body. Oh I can also just "steal" different elements to augment my strength if that easier. And use rage as a power source too. So I know more than one thing. Basically I a being of pure strength. Enough of my rambling.
