Celestia for some reason still keeps the nobles even though nopony likes them except themselves. Getting rid of the nobles would have zero bad effects. She probably thinks "oh, if I do that then everypony will think I'm a tyrant." Bah! They want them gone! i've half a mind to go and disband the houses myself.
