Current I always wonder why birds stay in the same place when they can fly anywhere on the earth. Then I ask myself the same question. - Harun Yahya

Bio

Hello everyone!

I love roleplaying. That is why I am here. And you are too I suppose! So we already have that much in common! Sweet!

I will play anything with a thick enough plot. My favorites include fantasy and magic themes.

I'm not sure what else to say here.

See you in game!

Oh! That's rough! the action has begun!

Great pictures! BEARS ARE CUTE! :D
Thanks guys ^_^ I hope he plays out well in the rp.

Kings Cross station is a train/tube station in London (It exists in real life! Do a quick google for more info and history). Platform 9 3/4 is the secret-magic platform (Between platform 9 and 10) in Kings Cross that muggles can't get into. That is where the Hogwarts Express departs from.

Hope that answers the question.
He is another head of house, and has been there awhile.

So maybe like. "OMG it is my first year, how do I handle this situation... paperwork... what is the regulation for that again... where do we keep those files..."

Phelix is old, and approachable. Or would probably pop by and offer help to the new teacher/house-mistress.
Hmmm... 30-something?

Aaaand don't worry! Amelia can always ask the PHELIX for help!

Really... The effects of tobacco. *shakes head*

Actually, not tobacco at all. He was very straight-edge. The funniest guy I ever met, and the sweetest. He just... idk... started balding at 12, had glasses, and he always wore button-down's and khakis.

He always made the beer runs...

But he didn't age from there... at 14 he looked 40, and at 20 he looked 40, and looks exactly the same now.

Not relevant really, but an anecdote.
We are moving to another website...?
No, you'd be surprised, I had a friend in HS who looked 40 from the moment he was 14, use imagination to 'young' him a bit.

Thanks for all the compliments on Fexlix ^_^ he should be fun. And I don't have a student character so forgive me if he is super active for a teacher!
Yay!

I'll work on the wand, I defiantly made it all up XD, It is a reference to the Ursa Major/Minor constellation, I'm sure I can come up with something that sounds legit.

Name: Hibiscus

Age: 30

Appearance: Scrawny and pale, short matted hair and dark narrow eyes. A small nose and a pointed chin, large ears and high cheekbones that often wear an expression of foreboding.

She dresses practically, in dark colors. Her long coat is secured by a belt with many pouches, and her coat with many pockets. It has been sewn and patched many times, she has no interest in how a thing looks. She prefers to preserve what works and is useful, with little regard for aesthetic value on any level.

A similar treatment is to be expected of her tools and equipment. They are not shinny and new, they are old and proven. She and her things bear their dents and scars proudly.

Personality: Introverted and standoffish. Intelligent and judgmental. 'A cactus with out even a flower'.

Magical powers/ Physical Abilities: Necromancy! (She also has a talent for otherness) Her talents are not exactly in line with standard Necromantic practices, as she was not trained by a codified teacher. To describe some of her abilities:

Tame undead: Taking control of the undead, giving them simple commands: 'Turn, walk, stop, go.'

Sense undead: An ability to detect and locate necromantic magic, raised undead, or unsettled spirits or traces of any of the above.

Divine undead: Discerning the origin or identity of a risen body or spirit. It is difficult, but she can sometimes give a corpse the power of speech, they do NOT have a complete intelligence. What is left of their personality is scattered and distorted, usually depending upon which parts are still intact.

'Fix' undead: Zombies sometimes have the flaw, missing an arm or a leg might slow them down. If she can find a suitable replacement, she can do a sort of surgery and patch them back together, and animate the new part as if is part of the rest.

She knows how to raise her own undead, but it is very difficult, and it is something she has little interest in doing. Her goal is to 'keep down the dead', 'put them back', and help others find a natural death rather than a corrupted one.

Flaws: She has little to no skill in physical combat, weapons, etc. She relies heavily on her necromantic abilities.

Side: MPC

Bio: A newly dedicated member of the MPC. She showed up a few months ago to volunteer, and as been tested and inducted into the organization. The beginning of the rp will be her first assignment.

((I'd prefer to keep most of her actual background before the MPC a mystery, so, I'll talk to the Mods about it, as there are also some questions about the world I'd like to ask before I can finalize it.))
