Tempting. I know for a fact Joshua would say no, but Amelia... not so sure. She likes plain and simple but the opportunity to see what a mansion would be like might tempt her.

That being said, Minerva could offer some of her estate for Phoenix Wing members to stay on. If the guild is over crowded.(As long as they clean up after themselves and don't wreck the place. Butlers and Maids aren't their mothers, nor their employees.)
