@Phantomlink959I am aware. The biggest problem (more in the future) I am trying to prevent is ambiguity.
I do not know who is the survivor but Teamwork can prevent death.
William has always traveled light. He takes his backpack with the bare necessities like passport and other important documents. Since William does not have another bag, he goes straight to the bus. He tries his best to navigate the busy airport. Before William leaves the airport, he buys a local regional map with last bit of his money. William gets on the bus and takes the first triple seat for himself.

William overhears some gibberish from the seat in front of him. William ignores it for now. William has some an uncle a few miles out from the town the plane is landing. However that is the real reason. William is currently unemployed and he needs a place to crash. He did not bother to pack a bag. Most of his belongings are at his parents at the moment. Luckily he has not grown much and William has left some clothes at his uncle's place.
