The horn of the ship blows and a voice over the intercom says "Attention passengers. We will be arriving in Windshire of the Kosei region shortly. Make sure you have all your belongings and tickets when you disembark the ship. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your day."

Oscar woke up and packed up extra early this morning so he could be the first one off the boat. Oscar and his friend, Roadrunner the torchic are standing at the bow of the boat, seeing the Kosei region rise up from the horizon. "That is where our journey takes place, RR." Roadrunner jumps up and down in excitement besides him.

As the boat docks at the port, Oscar disembark the boat with Roadrunner in tow. Oscar grabbed a town map at an info desk and looks for the professer's lab. He arrives at the building and just in time to see some of the other arrival enter before him. "Well, it seems we are not the only ones starting out today. Nothing beats a healthy competitive spirit. Let's make the people back home proud. Are you with me, RR?" Roadrunner nods in agreement. Oscar smiles back and walks towards the building.

Personality- xarzith kepesk prefers to be solitary. He is known to be cold hearted. Despite this, he does respect those who show that are worthy of it and enjoys the company of people who have many tales to tell. He is wise and likes to have long debate about almost anything.
Powers- xarzith kepesk is adept in water and wind magic. He combines the two with ease to make ice. He is known to make great blizzards hence his name. However his greatest magic is his dinvination (telling the future) magic. His skin that of malleable steel that he has to shed every now and again. Only magically treated swords can pierce his skin.
Bio/History- Xarzith kepesk is the only member of his kind because when he sirs a child with any other dragon, the species will always be male of his. Before the egg fully hatches, the father will die and his soul will became part of the fledgling. This is how the powers of his species is passed down.This happens roughly every 250 years. Xarzith kepesk lives in solitary in the far north in the land of snow. He ,like his forefathers, will came south in times of need or to mate. Xarzith kepesk has foreseen the war that may unfold in the south. After many years piecing together his visions , Xarzith kepesk moves south, closer to the Sun Palace. The one thing he cannot shake is that of the voice that says " the union of dragons and dragon riders will save them all." The strangest part is that he does not recognize the voice but it feels familiar.
