Oscar observes the fighting style of the two pokemon trainer. After the fight, one trainer addresses him and telling her name. "The name is Oscar and my companion here is Roadrunner." Roadrunner greets Amber with happy chirps. The other trainer dowzes off without looking his way. Oscar shrug it off and says to Amber. "You like to either outlast or outspeed your opponent and you have two nice pokemon for that. I would like to travel with you if you do not mind a philosopher with you."

@LuckyBlackCatThere is whole list of weird I can think of. Most regional crime teams including Team Noble is illegal but I fully let loose some of the evils i can think of onto the pokeworld, there would be carnage.
