Welp, guess I'd better go get ACI then. It's great to hear that it's good, and I've been needing a new game for my PS3 for a while.

And of course I would join another AC RP. It seems like it's only 4-5 of us left here.

Carmen listened to Ara's explanation of his doppelganger carefully, moving through different facial expressions as she tried to fully understand it. "I feel like I'm going to be really confused if I ever meet your doppelganger. Hopefully I'll manage," said Carmen with a small smile. Upon his offering to explore the rest of the island, she said "hold on a moment" and with a couple sips and a swig finished her drink, putting it back on the counter. "Hopefully that doesn't change me too much," she said with a chuckle. Just then two red-haired students walked up and Ara asked Carmen if engaging was a thing. "I didn't think...so...but engaged or not, they do look great together, don't you think?" she said, enjoying herself very much. She hadn't forgotten about his question before, though. "I'd love to explore the island though! Now that my drink is finished, we can go! I'll follow you?"

I guess she meant what is an Athalia Academy in the flesh doppelganger like, because the doppelganger that most people know is a German urban legend, as far as I know. It's highly possible that I worded that part of the post badly, so if so it was my mistake :P

Well, she spent much of her first 20 years in books, so I'm assuming she would have come across a doppelganger entry at some point, especially considering most people (as far as I know) have a general idea of what it is.

She doesn't know anything about it, which is why it's a question with multiple options. I felt that the information given so far was perfectly adequate to come to that conclusion. But I could have felt wrong :P

"Don't worry, I figured out you were a male all by myself," Carmen quipped playfully. "My turn then...no, the exploding star didn't give me any starter money...that would have been nice though." She took another sip of her drink. "But, not really being human or even biological in the carbon-based sense, I don't have to eat, drink or sleep to survive. So I didn't really need money. And public libraries are free," she finished happily. "That's pretty much me in a nutshell...so I guess it's your turn again! So...do both of you think that the other is the doppelganger? Or is it just a mutual acceptance that you are each others' doppelganger? And can you ever exist at the same time? Sorry for all the questions...I've never met someone with a doppelganger before."

I can't believe Ara is still talking to me, Carmen thought to herself. I'm probably really annoying when I'm drinking alcohol. ...But oh well, if he stays he stays, and I have someone to talk to. Everyone wins! But mostly just me.

That made sense.

Carmen - Ara you bored yet?

"Meet...her? Your doppelganger is a...oops! Sorry," Carmen abruptly cut herself off when Ara asked her to tell him a little more about herself. "Guess I have to wait my turn," she said, smiling. "Well...I've been around for about 20 years. I traveled the world, learning its ways in those 20 years, as I wasn't born on Earth. I came into existence from a supernova. Pretty romantic, right?" she joked. "Anyway, I adopted a human form to live in the world, but I also have a bird form. It's really more like a strain of stardust in the shape of a bird...not really tangible. I guess everyone here has an ability of some sort, and mine is sound production. In human form I have to use my trumpet to produce sound. I mean, I can produce music without it," she paused, blushing a little at referencing her singing voice, which although extraordinary beautiful she didn't want anyone to hear, "...but I prefer not to." Quickly scrambling to move away from that topic, she continued, "And in human form, as you can probably tell, I'm very fascinated with beauty and fashion. And I guess I talk a lot..." she said, smiling meekly but quickly turning into a brighter smile as she finished, "Your turn!"
