Tyrian "Iris" Irisia

Beacon thus far has been a feast to Iris’s teal colored eyes. The place, as expected was beautiful as in person as the pictures. She didn’t have a hard time finding the auditorium especially since she did her research, like she always does. It was crowded and full of familiar faces, and a few one’s that she made sure to avoid, those people were a thing of the past. Losing herself in the sea of people was easy, her short stature always helped with blending in.

Once Glynda Goodwitch stood in front of the crowd the people automatically stood in line. It was like she commanded attention. Iris admired her as an aspiring Huntress, and as a woman seeking power. It was envious. Her speech was short and concise, but effective, and the following was the same. She expected as much from the two adults. She did her research Professor Ozpin was considered to be wise beyond what other see, and one should simply accept that he saw far beyond the scope of normal people, in essence a wizard if not downright odd. She had her doubts about him since Iris did not know anything about him outside of what other people say, but she had a good feeling.

Iris waited for everyone to get out of the hall. There was no need to rush out of there as they were going to stay in the hall that night anyway. She had nothing important to do until tomorrow, her luggage was already tucked away in a locker designated to the students. A few students had the same idea, stay in the hall and wait until further notice, she figured she’s use this time to gather information. She only needed to pretend dumb, and cute to get the boys talking, but of course, they knew nothing. They told her information that she had already found out by herself, research always paid off.

With nothing to do Iris decided to wander around Beacon. If nothing else she was starting to get hungry, she’ll grab food along the way, she’ll take the long way around to the Dining Halls. The gardens, as expected were beautiful. They were filled with students in uniforms, returning students no doubt, and of course the new students. Hmm too early to call them students, who knows who will actually be good enough to be a student here. Then another thought occurred to her. There was a chance some of these people were going to be her teammates. She paused and looked around most were okay, nervous and anxious which was normal. A small group stood out though. They were loud. The words immediately escaped her mouth “Loud and annoying idiots somehow I knew they were gonna be here”

FAshionable and cute, her battle outfit is like that of a magical girl, but more dangerous and not just for show. Not only is it pretty, but dust is also woven in it to increase her power steathily. Even the hat is functional even though it's absurdly large because that's where she contains her staff when it's folded, and some extra dust crystals if the one's hidden in her belt, boots, and shirt are not enough.
Casual Outfit:
It is outfits, with an s not outfit. A girl like her wears a lot of clothes. If she’s not in combat or it’s not the uniform then expect to her wear something cute, stylish, simple, and elegant. It is weather appropriate and functional. She has many Casual Outfits, but if she's left with no choice she will wear a blouse, pants, flat shoes, and depending on the weather a sweater of some kind.

Characteristics:
Personality: She is the very definition of a warrior princess, cool under fire, relentless, but elegant, and polite. If for one moment you let yourself believe she’s fragile, meek, and a doormat she will eat your heart out. This little lady if blunt, cruel, and often times needlessly so. She doesn’t care about you and she will never openly admit it, but if you are important to her then she will help you in whatever she can enemy or friend.
The most valuable thing to her is respect, loyalty, and knowledge. She’s confident, fierce, and a total badass. She’s not here to beat you, nor does she recognize your existence she’s here to get what she wants you are just a stepping stone for her success. You either accept that she will openly point out your faults and mistakes, or you just accept that she’s doing this because she wants to help you.
Background: Given how she acts, dresses, and speaks you'd think she was a Rich Bitch, but in fact she's poor. Her family comes from a small town just outside of Vale, near the Agriculutural District. Close enough to the city to have access to the city and electricity, but far enough that Huntsmen are still needed to protect them from Grimm attacks. Her parents are farmers, and she would have been to if it wasn't for her talent in fighting. Life would have gone differently if she didn't strive to be good in her school's combat class.

She learned to protect herself using her wits, using her power, and by being ruthless in the art of war physical or verbal. She taught herself how use dust like magic to compensate for weak body, and she learned how to protect herself from those who hurt her, human or Grimm. Years of hardship, training and practice eventually lead her to the doors of Beacon where she will prove that she's better than you will ever hope to be.

Her weapon is a Multi Action Dust Staff (MADS) called Rzeznik. It’s a simple weapon with no multiple forms, it is just a normal staff with a green dust crystal tip, and a dust magazine along the pole. The green dust crystals is used to power up her shots, increase her range, and speed up the projectiles. It’s suitable for mage types who fight in the rear, but she fights with it in the middle combining some simple hand to hand combat moves with her ranged attacks. When in its compact form the pole folds in on itself around the crystal tip.

Semblance: Cloud – It is a movement based Semblance that allows Tyr to move without using any energy. It makes her light on her feet, reach high distances by using a simple step, move quietly, and always land neatly and perfectly. In essence she becomes a living cloud. When this is used in conjunction to dust she can slow them down and granulize the effect cause minimum damage to a wide area.

Fighting style: Her fighting style involves moving using her Semblance in conjunction with ranged power shots to quickly eliminate the opponent. In most battles, she will get a nice distance away from her opponent by jumping high above them and launching multiple blasts of dust energy projectiles. In the event that mobility is low and the space is cramped she will dodge, evade, until she can blow the enemy away in one shot. She’s a versatile mage type fighter with a preference for using green, and yellow dust with a fighting style is reminiscent to a slow moving tornado that eliminates everything in its path.

Her fighting style is not without it's faults the number one being is that she isn't all that powerful. Sure her weapon, her strategy, and her tactics make her strong, but she herself is weak. In a battle of attrition she will easily keel over as her body will begin tiring out, and it is because of this she will destroy the field before she loses.

Trivia:
Relationships: Two loving parents back in the old country.
Notes: If it's not obvious her motivation for being a Huntress is totally because she wants to earn money to get her folks out of the countryside, being awesome and saving lives is just an added bonus.

So i did some math and the mean age of all the actors who play the characters is 31. Would you guys consider that to be a good age for the characters?

Also there's one other person who was interested, although that was in my Interest check in the advance section. I've notified him/her about this RP.
