The message, when Miyako received it, was annoying for her at least. She was fine with telling them where the meeting would be held, but simply telling them to show up whenever they were able, and yet 'as soon as possible' was more than a bit aggravating. That would be an immense waste of time, so wouldn't it simply be better to name a time and then tell them to be there?

Well, sadly she didn't have any say in the matter, so she simply sighed to herself. Honestly, for being veterans you'd think they would have more common sense. "I'll be there when I can," she answered succinctly, not wasting more energy on that than she had to. At the very least she would be there eventually, once school was out.

That done, she looked back to the board and the teacher, scribbling away notes as she tried to catch up to where Miso City was in terms of curriculum. That was the pain of moving, since her old school and this school had been in different areas of teaching, which she now had to compensate for. But she'd handle it one way or another, even with magical girl duties to add to that little dilemma. She'd done it before, after all.

For now, she simply focused. There would be time to worry about all that stuff later. This was the time specifically for classes, and she wasn't going to waste it.
Who said that the level 4's are unaffected? More likely that none of them have blundered into it. :P

It's obviously a cover up.

Nono, Castle Tepes, Nox

Nono grinned as they entered the mansion at last, buoyed by reinforcements and her own attitude as the group went inside. She was looking forward to seeing what this place was like, and the Shadow Eternity attack was but a small concern right now. Not to say that she had forgotten entirely, but with no sign of their arrival as of yet, she didn't see the need to be overly worried about it. They would face that problem when the time came.

She paused a bit at the new maid, easily able to pick out the stitches and bolts in addition to the fangs. Well, that was odd. Perhaps she was an artificial construct like Nono herself? It made sense at least, moreso than a ghost did. After all, robots and things like that she could relate to. Less so supernatural beings.

"Hello," she waved in return as she stepped inside, still following close by Saber in the process as they entered. "Whoa," she commented aloud as she looked about, noting the architectural style, what was shown off, and fully taken in by the impression of royalty and nobility. She wouldn't even hold such things as the plush bats against the current occupants, given where they had to live.

She nodded in agreement at what the Queen said, before frowning as she looked at Gintoki. "Geez, how could you think something like that? Why would the Queen bring us here just to defend a fake?" That said, she looked back to the Queen, good mood undiminished. "I'm ready to go." The sooner they got it done, the sooner they could prepare for the attack.

Misaka 10,032, Academy City

The walk towards the Windowless Building began, Misaka silent as they went on their way. Even if she were tired from everything, she would not have said so. At least not while they were on a mission anyway. Off the clock the Sister could be just as much a handful as the original, as had been seen before. But for now, she was focused and disciplined, fulfilling the task she had been given to the utmost.

At least they were soon able to hit a road and begin the trek to the city through the hills and such. A long walk, but one they had little choice about. At least the thief wouldn't be able to run away in an open space like this, if she didn't want to get shot (by rubber bullets) So it was doubtful that they had anything to worry about.

"Yes," Misaka confirmed without adding anything to that that would be indicative of emotions or feelings otherwise. That would be because she didn't see the need to, focused on walking, watching Marisa. and interfacing with the Network at the same time. If Kakine was bored then he would come up with something to amuse himself. That was as far as her consideration of that went.

Ilyasviel von Einzbern, Shadow Eternity HQ

Ilya sighed as she relaxed in the Shadow Eternity HQ, feet propped up as she rested on a couch. Boring, definitely that, but she'd have her fill of action soon enough, if the Leader had anything to say about it. But while Ilya didn't necessarily have to listen to her at this moment, she chose to anyway. She liked living, and soon enough she'd find her way back to her reality to settle the score with her copy. Until then, she;'s park it here.

"Boring," she said to herself in annoyance, after a quick check of her prana levels to see if she needed to go harvest some before the coming fight. But what she had would probably be enough, if she didn't throw around anything too powerful. Miyu had been pretty useful for topping her up, but sadly she didn't have access to that particular source any more. And nothing else was really enough to get her back to full strength. But she'd manage, like she always did.

Indeed, she couldn't seem to stop her thoughts from wandering, remembering the angry memories of her life after her rebirth, and how insistent everyone was on denying her, rejecting her. It was all she could do to keep her cool. Why couldn't they see that she was the real Ilya, the one that was meant to exist? Her place belonged in the supernatural.

Fortunately, a sigh took her away from that as she lounged in the break room, simply waiting for the call. No, they didn't want her, but she would deny them. One way or another she would survive, and she return to how things should have been. There was no other choice.
Name: Ilyasviel von Einzbern ('Kuro')
Age: ~13
Gender: Female
Appearance:

Canon, AU, or OC?: AU
Universe of Origin: Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Ilya
Personality: Ilyasviel is calm and nonchalant, analytical and able to pick up on an opponent's strategy. She is also devious and manipulative at the same time, whilst being brazen and unrestrained in her actions. These she uses in pursuit of her ultimate goal, which is survival first and foremost.

She is deeply bitter towards her parents for sealing her away, and to Ilya, for wanting to be normal. As a result, she will generally become infuriated by being considered secondhand or a clone.
Abilities/Weapons: Ilyasviel is the manifestation of the Archer Class Servant Card, and as such has many of the same abilities as Heroic Spirit EMIYA, including the ability to Project weapons and other Noble Phantasms, as well as physical objects. She also has the abilities of a magical girl, having the same physical strength while being an even more powerful magician due to having most of Ilya's magical power.

Due to her existence, Ilyasviel is able to drain people of their prana to sustain herself, generally through kissing or other methods. She also has all of Ilya's memories, and the knowledge required to act as the key for the Holy Grail War.
Backstory:

Faction: Shadow Eternity
Annette sighed as she relaxed on the balcony of her room, looking out over part of Academy City as the sun shone down overhead. It was a pleasant day with all things taken into consideration, and one that she wished she could enjoy more of. Sadly she couldn't, with too many things to do later on and not enough time to do them. but such was life, and she had resolved to enjoy this while it lasted.

It wasn't even that big a deal anyway. Just a charity ball for some group or other that she had to attend as a result of her social position. She'd gone to plenty before, so she knew what to expect, how to talk to the various people, and acquit herself in a manner befitting someone like herself.

For now though she relaxed, taking in the sounds of the city whilst ignoring her roommate in the process. She was very good at that sort of thing, and even moreso since she began living here in Academy City. Not that Chloe was a problem, persay, but they didn't exactly see eye to eye, either in terms of beliefs or in personality. It was best just to ignore her at this point.

A quick check made sure that she didn't have any messages, which she didn't, before she got back to resting in the chair she'd set up, head tilted back to bask in the sun. She could have gone somewhere else, but didn't feel in the mood for it. She'd be traveling enough later.

It did occur to her that she'd need to check her clothes and make sure she had something suitable to wear, but there was no hurry for that. She had to keep up appearances, and that meant doing things even like this. And even more at the social function, where there would be a lot of people watching. There were plenty of expectations, but it was fine. With herself and her powers, she could handle them.

So for now, she'd waste the day away. The hard work could come later.
I'm unfamiliar with Fate, but wouldn't that mean that there'd be no point in having Excalibur on the CS in the first place if it's too expensive to ever use?
I mean, if it's that draining, then just summoning it would deplete her mana and cause her to cease to exist the second she tried it, right? So, like, that's not even a suicide attack, really. It's just flat-out suicide.
That seems a bit silly is all. You might want to trade it out for something cooler and more usable.

I listed what we've actually seen her use in the anime/manga. Theoretically she could have Archers entire arsenal, but I was trying to limit myself as necessary for the sake of the GM.

Kanshou and Bakuya are her default combat weapons anyway, not something like Excalibur (Which she only used because of bodyjacking and infinite prana via Second Magic)
The others... I'd have to look at more honestly which I'm not doing right now.

Fake Nine Lives is Hercules axe thing without any of the benefits from it. So it's basically just a big axe.
Also, something that I don't know: if this isn't main-canon Ilya and instead has limited mana, is it limited at or below canon Archer's stocks? I can see a bit of a problem if we still have infinitely-powering-Herc amounts of mana, but that limited makes NP's an impractical choice.

I'd say around canon Archer's level, except she's always existing on Independent Action. Of course, that's ultimately up to Vita.

And if it's really a problem to the GM, I can limit her to Kanshou + Bakuya, Excalibur, Cadalbolg II, Fake Nine Lives, and Rho Ais. Really, the advantage she has on Archer is that she can do stuff with her prana besides Projection, due to the knowledge she has from the Grail War (For example, reversing binding magic, removing seals, firing balls of prana, basic magic like that which will also cut into her reserves at the same time)

But really, up to the GM in the end

Come on, we know those aren't major setbacks. Reality Marbles are nice, but being able to summon Noble Phantasms beats that the fuck out. Not being able to make multiple copies of a Noble Phantasm certainly wouldn't stop you from creating a single instance of the most powerful one and roflstomping anyone who isn't another Fate character or similarly powerful. Being limited by prana hasn't set back any of the other Fate characters I've seen in other multiverse RPs, since nobody ever bothers to keep track of it.

Archer! Ilya is an immensely overpowered character, and is almost guaranteed to end in colossal power-wanking between the three or so characters who can keep up. At least Superman is largely restricted to what he can look at or touch.

That Reality Marble is Archers trump card. It is a fairly big deal, like Saber using Excaliblast is a big deal. And what's 'the most powerful one' anyway? Using Excalibur as more than a sword would kill her, she can't even make something like Ea period, and she can't exactly match either Archer himself or Gate of Babylon when fighting.

This isn't regular Fate Ilya. She isn't a homunculus, but a being made of magic that has to use magic to exist, much less fight. As a result, I don't think it will lead to power waking, I will try to not do so, and I trust others will call me on it if I do.

Castle: SE wants to steal from it, other people are getting ready to stop them.
Shocker+ is on a recruitment drive and I have no idea how they're managing it.
Someone just set a school on fire.

Museum: Dlanor, Blake, and Kanji are fighting Cinder and Kiba after a heist gone wrong
Academy City: A Misaka SISTER and kakine are escorting Marisa (kleptomaniac Witch), to see Aleister

(By the way Raineh, is your Misaka from the same universe as mine and PKMNBOY's, or just one that's incredibly similar?)
