Souji listened on confusion as the redhead talked while she ate, revealing that she had been mysteriously transported here just like him. Well, that was a coincidence if he had ever heard of one, though he might not say as such. It did confirm that it was probably the work of an active intelligence, rather than sheer fate though.

"I had to try," he pointed out calmly as he stood in place, doing his best to keep from drawing her ire or to get that spear used against him before he could shift to Tailred. But he moved on, choosing to comment on the other odd part of their situation as he scratched his chin. "Weird, the same thing happened to me."

Then, things went to hell.

A call for help drew Souji's attention instantly, and his eyes widened in shock to see a girl wit....sentient hair? running from what looked to be some sort of animal made from....taco parts. Well then, that was odd. And terrifying. Of course, he could hardly ruun when someone needed help, but even he recognized the wiseness of this situation and how to act off the bat.

"Watch out he cried as he leapt out of the way, breaking into a run to get to a safe distance before turning around to watch the fight as it raged. He was impressed as the redhead with the spear went to it, revealing that she really knew what to do with that as she began to fight the creature, slashing and stabbing at it.

For the moment he chose to keep out of it and watch, though he itched to jump into the fray. But for the moment it seemed that she had it in hand, and now that he had gotten to this point he could always duck out of sight and shift to Tailred at a moment's notice. So he could afford to see how good of a warrior Spear was before he leapt into the fight.

Souji had thought that his luck had been looking up when he had spotted someone at last, in this mess of food. Well, he'd seen other people, but they seemed a bit preoccupied at the moment, or they just hadn't heard him. Besides, it was a fellow redhead, so maybe he'd get more lucky? One could hope.

That luck had been dashed though as she presented some sort of giant spear, leveling it his way. That brought him to a halt quick, hands raised in a gesture of surrender. This was...not good. She was armed, and he could hardly turn into Tailred right in front of her. If she was going to use that thing, then he would need to figure out how to escape from her sight so he could transform and let Red handle it. He had no other choice.

But for now, he had to play it safe. He gave the girl a quick look over, noting the collected food and the costume, which certainly caught his interest. Maybe she was another Gear user, like him? That would be fortunate. "Sorry," he apologized with a smile, doing his best to leave a good impression. "It's just that I don't know where I am, and my GPS isn't working." Hopefully that would serve as an explanation.

"Hmph, pathetic."

Garie sighed to herself as she looked out the window of the house that she had managed to find and occupy for her time here, with a bit of fighting necessary to make sure that no one bothered her about it any time soon. What could she say, she wasn't going to stay outside the entire time. It just ended up being an inevitable hassle. Even she had her preferences.

Now though, things had become....odd. Even she could see it as the city shifted to the point where it looked like it was completely made of food, as if such a thing was logical or made sense at all. It definitely showed the power of the Viewer, that much was for sure.

Garie though, was unimpressed. For one, it wasn't as though she had to eat food in the first place. So any nutritional value was completely lost to her. But it was amusing to watch, to see the people squabbling and tearing each other apart over what was available here and now. And if Carol had been here, well, she would have hated this as well. After all, it was nigh akin to a miracle, which she knew Carol's opinion of all too well.

Still, she supposed she couldn't wait around. As if it were difficult to figure out that this would herald a challenge. So with casual nonchalance she departed her current hiding spot to walk through the miraculous city, and to wait. It was sure to be...fun.

A blazing comet fell from the sky, similar to all those who had come before it. Ensconced within the burning flame was a redheaded boy, clad in a school uniform and current unconscious. This would make the landing more pleasant, but in the end he didn't have to worry about it. Specifically, the fact that his fall was cushioned by a layer of jello from the transformed city, which he punched through before hitting the ground.

That woke him up if nothing else did, and he grimaced as he rubbed the back of his head, laying on the ground. "Ahhh," he complained, glad to see that there was no blood but definitely confused. At that point he got a good look around, noting the incredibly strange city. "What?"

The last thing he remembered was walking to school with Aika, Erina, and Twoearle, yet here he was instead. In a city. Made of food. Even by gender shifting twintail warrior standards that was kinda weird. He'd assume it was Anko's work, but this didn't seem like the sort of thing she would do, since she had to know that it had no appeal for him, and she didn't know his secret identity anyway. So that couldn't be it.

He rose to his feet then, brushing crumbs off of his school uniform in the process. He was glad to see that he still had his Tail Gear, so he did have options, though it further confirmed that this wasn't Anko's fault. Probably.

With that he got on the move, jogging out of the alley as he looked around, to see if there was anyone who could give him some assistance. At least it was easy to tell that he wasn't alone, which was better than nothing. "Hello," he called as he moved down the street. "Is anyone there?"

*Personality: Souji has a strong sense of justice and is firm in his beliefs, willing to do anything to protect them, and the people he cares about. He sports a strong love for twintails, which he has had since he was a child, making him one of the strongest wielders of the twintail attribute in the universe. Otherwise he is a pretty calm person, able to roll and cope with whatever is thrown his way, whether it be aliens, being forced into marriage, or his friends inflicting bodily harm on each other via martial arts.

As Tailred, Souji has many of the same attributes as her normal self. However, she is more prone to act like a young girl, and can be aggravated when her enemies are taunting her about her appearance. Souji also finds the fact that his girl self is getting all the fame embarrassing, to some extent. Souji also has a habit of transforming into Tailred to play with his twintails when no one else is watching.

Did I mention that he was obsessively in love with twintails?
*Powers/Skills: Souji is very good with modern social media and technology, as a high school student living in the modern world.

When in Tailred form, Souji becomes very atheltic and very strong, able to jump tremendous distances and send hordes of enemies flying. Her strongest attack is an Aura Pillar, when the gems on her Tail Gear glow, causing a pillar of fire to engulf the enemy before she delivers her final attack, Grand Blazer. When her Infinity Chains are activated, this is replaced with a more powerful attack, Rising Blazer.

When her Progress Barrettes are activated, Tailred gains the abilities of her Infinity Chains. The first, Riser Chain, gives her an additional sword while increasing her attack power. The second, Faller Chain, Each can only be kept active for 22 seconds before she is forcibly returned to normal

Backstory

As a child, Souji had an obsession with the twintail hairstyle, which his friend Aika teased him over. This maintained itself for his entire life. But, as fortune would have it, on the first day of high school he saw the student council president being attacked by evil aliens known as Ultimagil, who wanted the power of her Twintail attribute. It was then that Twoearle appeared, giving Souji the Tail Gear. With it, he was able to defeat the Ultimagil and save the day.

From then on he became a twintail warrior, fighting the Ultimagil across the globe as he operated out of a secret base constructed beneath his house, thwarting the Ultimagil at every turn. In time, his friend Aika and that student council president Erina joined up with him, creating the group the Twin Tails, and gaining international renown. All this while dealing with the various situations that arose in his normal life.

Then one day, after an encounter with his greatest foe Dark Grasper, Tailred's Tail Gear malfunctioned, trapping him in a half transformed state where he was normal, but still a girl. Taking on the name Sōra, she now continued to try and fight, only to find herself dramatically weakened. Eventually she came to the realization that it was due to her growing romantic love for the various female friends in his life, rather than his obsession with twintails, but he was eventually able to separate the two, regaining his love for twintails and going back to normal.

With the defeat of Dark Grasper and Spidergildy, it seemed that his adventures were over, with the Ultimagil incursions ceased. But that ended up not being the case as he found himself thrown into another world, one that needs saving and the light of twintails brought to it. And he is determined to not fail.

*Equipment: Cell phone, Tail Gear

As Tailred, Souji has access to several pieces of equipment:
Blazer Blade - A black and red sword that Tailred uses as her default weapon
Progress Barrettes - Allows her to activate her Infinity Chains
Ribbons - It's from these that she summons her weapons, like the Blazer Blade
