Oh, hey Sain :V

(Odd, I noticed the Fire Emblem guy before the Madoka girl. I must be falling off my game or something. Or it's just that the Kyouko picture was a lot harder to make out as such)

Looks like we have a volunteer for target.

My guy is too cool to be a yandere.

Actually, he's the kind of guy that the crazy people either gravitate towards, or the kind that get killed by the crazy people.
Hm, time to find an accomplice for my daring adventures in crime....
Appearance:

Name: Alex Kincaid
Age: 21
Allegiance: Neutral
History (Optional): Alex was born to a low income family, one of several siblings. Living like that, he always dreamed of getting ahead, rising above where he was to a better place as many youth might do. Yet while his siblings went on to respectable industries and jobs, his own rebellious streak caused him to fall into a life of crime. He hung out with the wrong sort of people, joined a gang, and in the course of that he met Derek Carrena.

Derek trained him, gave him the tools of the trade that he would need. Alex grew away from his family. He began stealing, small items at first, but rapidly growing. It began to become something of a draw, and he enjoyed the thrill and the challenge of it. This eventually resulted in him stealing a tome, which he soon realized and began to experiment with.

Over time though he and Derek grew apart, until one day Derek was caught. Alex carried on, his dreams carrying him higher. He knew what he would do now, and he would accomplish it. So he came to the Academy, to learn how to use his tome, and then to effect a daring heist, right under the nose off the Imperium! Such a thing would secure his place in the public consciousness, and his place and history. So now he bides his time, as he waits for the right opportunity to strike.

Personality: Beneath the indifferent exterior, Alex sports a keen intelligence, honed by years of his current occupation. He is always on the look out for number one, though he is able to set such concerns aside in the short term. When on the job he tends to be something of a showboat, falling into the vein of those 'master thieves' as he likes to imagine it. A romantic notion, to be sure, but he does his best to live it out. It need not be said that he has no regrets over stealing, though he does have standards that he likes to hold himself to. Averse to fighting, but he'll do it if he has to.

Tome (Color and Abilities): The tome he has is green, bound in corners of leather and fabric, set in diagonals with a background of green beyond that. the pages are thin, but surprisingly sturdy and tough. Upon activation it shapes into dual escrima sticks, green and inlaid with runes and patterns. When activated, it gives him the ability to create solid air, allowing him to shape it into different forms, for use as a weapon or a tool. The farther away it is from him, the harder it is to maintain, and the larger it is, the harder it is to manipulate.
Other: Gentleman Thief is a go!
Theme:
Yours is good as well, Flame. That ability is rather interesting, to say the truth. Do you have any idea of what happened to Derek? If not, I might add him to the execution row, just to see how Alex will react.

Not really, but I imagined that he had gotten caught some time ago, before Alex joined the Academy. So it might be odd for him to be there.
And here we go, my character

Theres also the thing where she is trying to bait the rest into thinking she is weak.
This might catch others off guard.
And she was also caught by suprise, and she doesn't know who is behind her so yeah...

E rank strength is approximately 10 times the average human. No one is going to bat an eye if she manages to kill a Master without being seriously injured by a bullet.

Really, your solution solved nothing at all, if only by the fact that he coincidentally chose your own servant as his hostage, ensuring that he would actually survive such an attempt in the first place.

Tatsunoko picked her because he didn't know she was one.

Hmm... you make a fair point her... she still doesn't want to reveal her powers though

I mean, she doesn't have to. It's perfectly possible for her to kick his butt without showing off her NP. Because Tatsunoko doesn't have anything exceptional to keep her from just dodging the bullet and beating his face in with her fists.
Tatsunoko is holding a Heroic Spirit hostage.

....Tatsunoko does realize that even the weakest Heroic Spirit is like 10x as strong as a baseline human, yes?

EDIT: Also, unless Mizore has a trait or NP that says otherwise, every other Servant in the room knows that she's a Heroic Spirit because they can detect her.
