Alex hummed to himself as his eyes scanned the enormous crowd that had gathered here at the Citadel, on the Imperium's orders. It was a celebration, of course, a grand event to celebrate the salvation of the world from the Great Beast that had threatened it so long ago. Definitely something worth celebrating, since without it he wouldn't be here right now, would he? And he was all in favor of things that kept him existing.

But while some would assume he was here to partake, they would be wrong. They might see a throng of people gathered here to celebrate, but he just saw a bunch of targets. Marks, people that were just ripe for a suitably skilled pickpocket. They were unsuspecting, clueless, and without a care. Doubtlessly he wasn't the only person who felt that way either, not in a place such as this, at a time such as this.

That was why he refrained, why he didn't stoop to that level. It would be much too easy to do something like that, and he wasn't that kind of thief. No, his eye was on bigger game, the kind that could only be attained here at the Citadel. After all, who knew what sorts of riches there were in this place? Yeah, it would be dangerous, but he liked a challenge. It would just make it all the more fun when he succeeded. There was no doubt about that at all.

So, clutching to his tome, he weaved his way through the crowd as he explored. For now it was reconnaissance, noting the doors, the positions of guards, the layout from the outside, the various Knights. He had to be prepared when an opportunity came, and he would not waste it. But otherwise he did his best to not draw attention, sampling the food, doing a bit of shopping, and the like. It was going to be fun when the time came, he was sure of it.
I'm working on it. Along with my other RP's.
Master

Alistair frowned as he observed the room degrade into chaos before Gilgamesh restored order, the King of Kings most unpleased with how things were going. As it stood, he himself had to resist the urge to show his own frustration with how things were going. This was a serious matter, so how was it this hard to treat the event with the respect and seriousness that it deserved? They were all mages, so they could do that at lest, yes?

But apparently not. Well, he would do his best to ignore it all and to focus on the matters at hand. Though he did notice the interest that his Servant showed in Gilgamesh. He didn't say anything about it though, willing to allow it so long as it didn't interfere with what he had to do to win the Grail War. He was willing to compromise when needed.

"I suppose it would be a waste to ignore this feast," he agreed with a nod, taken aback as she wrapped her arm around his and pulled him forward. He provided no resistance though, since he was willing to go along with the suggestion that she had presented. There was no harm in doing so after all. At least not to him, and not to his Servant. And after all the walking, and the summoning itself, he could use a bit of food.

Sitting himself down at the large table, he looked over the available options there were to choose from. While Gilgamesh might be incredibly arrogant, Alistair couldn't help but admit that it did look good. He merely hoped that it wasn't actually food that was thousands of years old. So he took a roll, some turkey, and more to that. Time to eat. And so it was that a hum escaped on the very first bite, eyes widening slightly in the process.

Well then, seemed that it wasn't thousands of years old food after all. Once again, Gilgamesh proved to have the best things. But at least he could enjoy it while it lasted.

Servant

Caster watched with an idle and amused smirk as things degraded into chaos, one Saber class Servant attacking his Master, who proceeded to do the very confusing move of taking another Servant hostage. She expected that they wouldn't be in the war for very much longer, and the same could be said for the Caster that was insulting their current host. Well, she supposed that it was a good thing. After all, that meant less competition.

That little girl is another Servant, she noted to her master via their telepathic connection, provided courtesy of the Grail. If she could be killed by a single Master with a gun, then she didn't deserve to be in this Grail War in the first place.

Glancing down, she noted her Master's movement, a call for her to sit down and join in the feast. A quaint gesture, though one that did garner a bit of appreciation. But she made no move to sit down, staying in a position by her Master as she continued to observe the spectacle at hand. "My thanks Master, but I'm not hungry right now. And I would hate for something to happen to someone as frail as yourself."

For how condescending it sounded, it was true. She wasn't hungry, and she partook in more delicious affair than simple food. But her master would learn that soon enough. For now she stood in a pose like one about to dance, ready to draw her weapon and use it should someone foolish make a move for her master. It wouldn't do to lose before the war had even begun.
Theme music added for my own character. Gotta love that jazz.

Arcadia-2, not 1. That's where I am positioned.

Bah. Saten is in Arcadia-1 anyway.

Besides, Ahsoka is from Star Wars. Ships flying overhead are mundane to her.
Let's see if we can't drum up any more interest here.
Ruiko Saten - New York City, Arcadia-1

With the beat down going on in front of her, Ruiko had no choice in the matter as she was forced to watch the slaughter, the strange creature taking down the new arrival like they were made of tinfoil. Fortunately it hadn't noticed her yet, or else she was sure that she wouldn't have a chance of survival. Nonetheless, she had to marvel, and tremble at the strength on display, even if the men before her got no sympathy for charging to their deaths.

She couldn't tear her gaze away, and it was only when she suddenly found herself somewhere else that she could possibly act. "Hey, what gives," she protested after a moment, looking around to find herself with the Ethereal once more. But it wasn't the Ethereal who had done this. No, it was some other person, a looming figure in golden armor that seemed to grab and captivate her attention.

Held as she was, she had no choice but to listen to what he had to say. At first her hackles rose at the offer of protection, condescending as it was. Her choice to use the Level Upper in the first place had been motivated by her helplessness, and she would never be that weak again. Fortunately he seemed to recognize that, somehow, and offered an alternative that ha her eyes widening in shock. He...he could do that? Could give her full and complete access to her Esper abilities, without needing the Level Upper to do it? It was a toxicating thought, and one that threw her into confusion as she tried to figure out what to do.

She turned to watch as he walked off, still as she swayed slightly on her feet. Such a possibility, it was what she had dreamed for. She wouldn't need the Level Upper as a crutch to activate her powers, and she could return to Academy City free of the ridicule and hatred that using it had gotten her. she just...didn't now what to do.
Caster confirmed for death wish. :V

I don't see how anyone watching couldn't feel like their soul had been ripped out and shredded. And WIXOSS? I'm not sure I've heard of that. But judging from the Wiki page, it looks painful to watch. Angel Beats is another life ruiner.

Angel Beats, that made me cry.

WIXOSS is basically genderbent Yugioh meets Madoka. It's great, and I thoroughly recommend it.
I honestly didn't know it was her when I first saw it either. I love Madoka Magica though <3 So many tears.

I didn't cry, it just tore a gaping hole in my heart. Like WIXOSS (Which I will get around to doing an RP of eventually, once I come up with a good way to run it >_>)
