A whole assload, you say? Lol. Well I took a peek at the CS template and saw (ex. Faunus) I interpreted that as 'excluding' but I'm now guessing ex. is example. It's cool, I'm sharp as a marble. I do love the whole discrimination thing with faunus.

Heheheh, who knows? If I'm accepted perhaps u can help with that. On another matter, Faunus are not a playable race if I read correctly? Not a big deal to me just curious as to why? Also besides human what races are playable?

So I'm guessing this full but I am hoping not? I would like to get in on some casual RWBY fun (obviously if I'm posting here) If there is no room does anyone know of another RWBY RP wanting for members? Ha, a RWBY RP wanting for members, what am I even saying? More like is there one that could bear having one more without breaking.

You have some excellent points. Somehow it had slipped my mind exactly how old Okami is. 10+ years with no major sequels to carry it's legacy? Yeah, Flitter, half your answer right there...

Now keeping in mind I like to follow a lead rather than make my own RPs, I did briefly consider what I would do if I made it myself. Just the thought of how much work it would take to make a good RP based on that world and not a half-assed copy... staggering. Not to mention if it were me as the GM I would demand of myself no less than a damn good story, and at least a rudimentary system. Balance, too, would be an issue with players likely to be interested in playing humans, demons, demi-gods, half-breeds, etc. Finding a way to balance the difference between a nice fellow with a sword and a child of Susanoo with a bad temper? I don't think I personally have that much free time or talent.

But the point was the question and your answer was very helpful, thank you. It's good to hear all that from a fellow fan of the game, too. Okami has a special place in my heart, right next to Legend of Zelda. Just don't tell Zelda I said that, OK?

Question Time: Fate of the Okami RPs?

So I was never a part of the insanity years ago when the game was fresher and there were 10,000 FRIKKEN OKAMI RPs. So I did not follow the craze in real time and I have no idea how all those dark, dark times went. I look around today thinking 'I wonder if anyone is still doing Okami RPs, might be fun.' Nope. Just wind and tumbleweeds and the odd patch of white fur. Not entirely surprising g but it does make me wonder why?

Were all of the Okami RPs done so poorly it left a bad taste in peoples minds? Did it become a weird furry hate/love situation? Were there just too damn many of them and everybody just got burnt out? Did the game not translate well into text based RP? (I do recall the game being a very visual experience) Did the lack of many sequels like some other games lead to people just generally losing interest? Japanese mythology in general a little overcooked? Or are there even... more sinister reasons? O.o

But seriously, what happened? Does anyone even know?

Well said and I completely agree. That was brilliant. It kinda made me wish I had settled on a more martial oriented char so I could have also joined in the tournament fun. But no, there could not have been a better match than that, I think. And technically Armostos won, true love is sure to bloom now! :D

As for me I'll be taking my leads from Rin and Luna since Krys is an official hiree of the sheikah and thinks the zora is his second in command. ~salutes~

"Oh." Was all Krysanthia could manage to say at first though many questions occurred to her after the fact. She meant to ask why he felt the need to hire a medical specialist if there was no danger, but that question was answered before she asked. Jaque the Ripper? No danger?! Who was this man? That, too, was at least partially answered as he went on to mention he was doing a job for the guard. At least Tinnun was coming along and that made her feel better. She wasn't sure why, they had only just met, like most of them here, but it did.

She struggled a little to catch up as they approached the carriage, still limping a bit. She supposed maybe she should heal that up after all. It would not be good if she was stumbling just to reach someone if they got hurt. On the trip there, she decided.

Rin flagged down a carriage while he spoke with their new deku friend and Krysanthia approached Luna. "Excuse me, if its not too forward of me to ask, who are the two of you? Are you some kind of special investigators tracking down the.... the Ripper?" She lowered here voice to a whisper at mention of the murderer she had only heard rumors of thus far. She stood to the side and motioned for Tinnun to go ahead of her into the carriage. Krysanthia would need to see how well she could fit herself in after everyone else was comfortable.
