He is flammable when he turns into oil yeah. I should probably list that as a weakness.
Ryan Alon-Warakuma High

Ryan walked out of the school with a smile on his face. It was the weekend before the midterms, meaning he needed to relax and get some rest in preparation. Studying was over. He rolled his shoulders and began thinking. Today was an Anime and Manga club meeting huh? He should head over there. Ryan turned around and walked right back into the school.

A few minutes later he was at the entrance of the classroom and he walked in. Ryan sat down in a vacancy chair and began reading one of the various mangas that that weird shopkeeper had given him. This one was... Fullmetal Alchemist. This could be good.

As he read his mind wandered to when Mom would be coming home. She had dropped by last night to check on him. He had even prepared dinner and everything, just for her. She went straight to bed after seeing how his studies were going and this morning she was gone, with only a note saying she would be back in a month. The usual really.

He snapped back to reality and realized he was gripping the book a bit too tightly. Ryan relaxed his grip and looked around. Was anyone going to show up today? It was the week before midterms after all.
I'm going to be honest, from what that second paragraph says, it seemed more like he just wants to battle with a self imposed handicap. But hey, if you say it's him changing his mind then whatever.
A Brief History of the Skeleton War

That brought a tear to my eye. It was very spooky. Very spooky indeed.
@Double

Uh, no. Arthal challenged Cyrus to a no magic battle. So the battle is still going on technically. Cyrus ignored Arthal really. I doubt that Arthal would attack Cyrus like Cyrus attacked him, but if anyone is ignoring anyone it would be Cyrus ignoring Arthal.
Azazel shrugged and made his Keyblade disappear. "Yeah, just stop talking about making me into a stew. No more trying to kill me either. That's not cool. Abide by those two rules and we're fine." He looked towards Cyrus and chuckled. How idiotic, he's completely forgotten about his opponent and focused on two new people who have nothing to do with him. Even he was still wary about the man he disarmed, ready to stop him in his tracks with a Gravity Spell at any moment.

"Why bother them? They're not hurting you after all." Azazel walked over to Cyrus and smiled. "While I agree that the Keyblade is meant for a higher purpose, doesn't it make you better than those who don't use it for said purpose? So how about we just leave them alone and get to this meeting huh?" He looked at Zero and Daichi and waved with a smile. "Have fun with your campaign of destruction against ice cream!" They were acting pretty dumb though. What was the point of destroying ice cream stands?
@Daichinaara

Just wanted to mention that Azazel is no longer standing on the building, he is on the ground with the rest of them.
Oh I'm not asking for apologies, just making an observation. And besides, I'm pretty sure Bellasiel is, so far, the only one not being a jerk. Here's what I'm gathering from the characters based on their dialogue and actions thus far (Bear in mind these are simply my own personal impressions so you may want to take them with a grain of salt):

-Daichi: So far he sounds like a self-entitled thug and bully that really could stand a slice of humble pie at some point.
-Zero: At this point I can only assume he's an emotionally stunted drone who apparently isn't capable of making decisions, instead just blindly deferring to his prince.
-Rex: Okay, now Rex himself isn't actually that bad a guy from what I can tell, but holy crap his Keyblade is a friggin' psychopath, apparently.
-Azazel: I could be misreading something, but he's coming off as a hypocrite. I mean the guy inwardly mocked Arthal and Cyrus for using magic in their fight when, you know, he's a friggin' mage who, himself, has been using nothing but magic to do anything for himself.
-Arthal: Admittedly I didn't exactly get the best first impression of him, at first believing he was an arrogant prick. But since the fight with Cyrus Apollo's posts have made it clear that that was all a facade. However, that small glimpse of his real personality he showed at the end of the fight showed him to be... an arrogant prick, absolutely convinced that there was no possible way Cyrus could hope to beat him to the point he even said as much.

So yeah, those are my initial impressions of the characters I find to be less than likable at the moment. If I'm wrong about anything feel free to correct me, of course. After all, those are just my own personal first impressions and therefore totally subjective and debatable.

Azazel wasn't mocking them, he was just noting that their magic was a bit pointless at that moment.
May I join?

Name: Ryan Chideta

Height/Weight: 5"4, 110 Pounds

Age: 22

Personality:

Home Island/Sea: East Blue

History:

Fruit: Oiru-Oiru no Mi, Logia Class
The Oiru-Oiru no Mi allows the user to turn into Oil, and use said oil for anything oil may be used for. The user can produce large amounts of oil and can liquefy their entire body if needed. If the user wanted to hide in a small bottle then they could, they could also power a vehicle with their own body if they wanted. Typical weaknesses apply, the user cannot float on water using the Oiru-Oiru Fruit. They will just solidify into their body and sink as usual. The major weakness of the fruit is the users own weakness to fire, when turned into oil they are highly flammable.

Fighting style: Ryan uses guns, lots and lots of guns. While most people can only hold two guns, Ryan can form arms of oil to hold more guns and fire more bullets. He is also adept at reloading fast, but there is a limit to how much he can multitask. More complex tasks will require more attention, while simple things like loading and firing a gun is easy for him to do. He tries to stay away from the enemy, but he's no slouch in close combat. He uses typical Logia tactics like liquefying to avoid hits, but he also uses the oil he produces with incendiary bullets to create fires and in extreme cases, explosions. He keeps 10 guns on him at minimum at all times.

Ship Positions: TBA, could be maintenance guy.
