I never said I didn't want matches. I said that I didn't want predetermined romances. Characters can be matched, only to find that they aren't meant for each other.

@Framing A Moose nope AI don't have profiles. They wouldn't need them. Samantha would know all that and simply put the with the best match

@Framing A Moose because ypu don't want parenteral and that's what the profiles would do. They would give you the best match. With this small of a group that would be one person.

I assume, since my character is doing this against her will, an profile would be filled out for her.

@Framing A Moose you don't want matches so there will be no partners. The idea is humans who are frustrated with dating humans can try AI. I wanted the humans to fill out a profile, like people on dating services do, then the AI that matched the closest would met with the human. But that won't work. So it's just going to be a mingler.

Okay...explain to me what's up with this whole A.I. and human single's meet-up. Do the humans take some kind of test beforehand to see who their artificial soulmate is? Or do they just wander until they find the one they want? Because it says in your post that your character already knew the name of her match.

Also, Sam still gets matched to a person, even if she is being forced to do it. That's what the whole rehabilitation is about.

No, the hair clip would be its own little mechanism. She'd be able to press a button on it or something and it would turn into a couple lockpicks remnant-style.

I think the thing that holds her hairdo up is a hair clip.

I have an idea. What if, for Nat, we did do the dust compatible/infused daggers, and instead of having those turn into thieving tools, she has a hair clip similar to Weiss's, which splits into small lockpicking tools.
