John wanting to research more about the vines that attacked him and Serena didn't surprise Kay in the slightest, she was almost expecting him to mention at some point about wanting to do some digging about them. "Sure" she replied, rolling onto her side and scooting over to John more. "and before you ask Serena is fine, she's fast asleep curled up in the bed" she added.
"Lets get some rest then and hopefully you'll feel better in the morning" Kay replied, letting him go to get up first but when he fell back down, she got up and helped him onto his feet and guided him to the edge of the bed, aiding him in sitting down. "It's okay to ask for help you know" she smiled at him as she walked to the other side of the sofa bed, changing out of her hoodie and leggings as she went, staying in her vest and panties to get under the duvet and laying down.

"I really do hope you and Serena start to feel back to normal by the morning, I hate seeing you both like this" she told him honestly.
Kay nodded when he said he would sort it out, and left the room heading straight upstairs and to the guest room to check on Serena. Reaching the room, she saw Serena was sleeping soundly and the way she was bundled up under the duvet made her smile as it made Serena look so young and innocent, even despite how weak she was. Sneaking inside, she just went to make sure Serena really was okay, satisified she headed back out and downstairs again, but not before snapping a quick photo and after getting Josh's number off Serena's phone, sent him the photo.

By the time she got back downstairs she found John on the floor and not on the sofa bed, making her rush over and squat down beside him, "hey, talk to me....you're clearly not okay" she said to him, placing a hand on his back. "You don't have to shut me out John, we're a team remember" she added softly.
Something told her that John wasn't fully okay, but if he wasn't going to say anything then neither was she for the time being. At his suggestion of checking on Serena she nodded, "I'll go check on her, you wanna get duvet and pillows sorted for us?" she replied.
MIKA CHAMBERS

Mika nodded in an somber manner when Dean said about not being able to imagine what the widow was going through, she was honestly glad that Dean didn't know that kind of grief and she hoped that he never would. She had gone through that and it the worst feeling to be drowned by, a feeling she never wanted to feel ever again, as she was certain that if she did lose Dean again she wouldn't be so willing to stay alive for everyone else's sake the second time. She knew in her heart that as dark as it was, she wouldn't want to stay alive if it meant living with Dean not in the world anymore, she would rather throw her life awzay than live on a planet without him. She just wouldn't ever admit that to him or anyone else as she knew they'd just try and stop her or do all they could to make her change her outlook on the decision.

Changing the subject to the name of the babysitter was a purposely done tactic and she was glad that Dean took the bait of the change of subject, whilst also managing to figure out where she had seen the name from. "You're right, I knew I had seen the name recently on something to do with this case." she replied as she watched him pull the hex bag from his pocket that he found. "Bollocks...it's always bloody witches" she mumbled in annoyance. "She very well could be, it does seem rather too coincidental that she's not only the babysitter of this couple, but also was there when her friend died at the party" she replied, thinking as she spoke.

"okay, I say we head back to the motel, let the others know we got information and we should all group up in one of our rooms over food and discuss everything so we know what to do next" she suggested. The fact that witches really were involved meant they'd have to be even more careful with their next steps. They didn't have the most pleasant history with witches after all, and she knew how easily it could get complicated with a snap of a finger when dealing with them.

"Maybe check the contents of the hex bag before burning it as well? I'm not prepared to risk our own lives with the damn bag near us" she added.

NATALIA AND SAM WINCHESTER

As Annabeth took the discreet photos of the artwork by the students, Sam and Natalia both listened to what Don had to say about Tracy to the best of his ability as her teacher. Hearing that a student seemed to change overnight was suspicious to the both of them, but not entirely all that rare of an occurance to either of them. Students changed personalities often, Sam had seen it himself when he was at Stanford, the stress of exams or coursework getting to his fellow students and even his dorm mate and girlfriend. It caused all kinds of mood changes in them, yet it never once made them go as far as to make disturbing artwork or want to claw out the eyes of their teacher.

Both of them looked briefly at Annabeth when she asked her question, then looked back at Don to see what his answer would be, proud of Anna for how she asked the question without coming across as some kind of conspiracy nut or making herself seem suspicious. Don had a look of thought on his face at the question as if he was trying to recall whenexactly Tracy snapped or how to answer the question.

"I guess if stress can come across as possession?" Don said before shaking his head with an amused look on his face at the very idea. "But no, I can't think of anything in particular. Students are coming up to some exams so I can only think it would be that, I know she's been having a little part time night time job somewhere, but I'm not sure where exactly, I only overhear so much between my students when I'm overlooking their work in class" Don continued to explain.

"I guess that will be all, we'll continue to look for Miss Davis. Thank you for your time, if there's anything else you think of or find her before we do, please. Don't hesitate to give us a call" Natalia explained, handing over a business card with her work phone number on it.

Sam glanced over at the furnaces used for modelling and saw some interesting bones inside, so as Natalia was speaking to the teacher, he pulled out a tissue and discreetly pulled out a few of the small bones and wrapped them up, stashing them in his inside pocket.
Kay, Sam and Lara spoke together for a good hour as they ate and chatted. Kay never realised how much she missed Sam, but here and now it bece extremely evident to her just how much she really did. During their chats however, she felt through the bond that John still wasn't feeling great but as he wasn't bringing it up, neither was she.

The food and drinks had been eaten and drunk and it wasn't long before Sam and Lara decided to head to bed, but not before they left pillows and a duvet for Kay and John. With their good nights said, they went to bed and left Kay and John to it. Kay looked at John with concern in her eyes, "how you feeling?" she asked.
Kay wasted no time in taking a bite out of the burger she ordered and just as Lara said, it was phenomenal to her. "bloody Hell that's good!" she said after swallowing a mouthful. Sam smirked and chuckled at Kay's comment, "she did tell you they were the best" she said amused by her sister's reaction, but there was also a pinch of sadness in her heart at the reaction, sure she had witnessed Kay express delight at good food before, but never to this extent and the fact it had been so long, it made her realise how long it had been since she witnessed such mundane things with her sister.

"you weren't kidding! This has to be the best burger I've had since I was a kid and dad would make those insane tower stack burgers on the barbecue" Kay beamed at the memory. Sam chuckled, "he'd make them so damn big neither of us could fit them in our mouths! I remember one time when you tried to bite into it when we all said deconstruct it first, you were so stubborn and refused and the burger patty came flying out the other end, smacking dad in the chest!" Sam laughed.
She smiled when he kissed her head, glad that he was willing to try and put his stresses and blaming himself to one side for a while. She knew it would be difficult, she knew it all too well, but she also knew they had to try and look more positively, even if it was the most difficult thing to do. "it's okay" she told him as they walked back to the others hand in hand.

With their reappearance, both Sam and Lara smiled, "Everything all alright?" Sam asked, to which Kay nodded. "Yeah, it's all good." she replied, walking back to the couch and sitting down, grabbing her food to put on her lap, and then grabbed the ketchup and put a big dollop on her plate for her fries.
Kay frowned when he said what he did, standing in front of him she made him look at her. "John Constantine... You listen here. You did not fail us alright? Don't you ever say that you did because you didn't. I won't have you blaming yourself for today's events. We're all back here alive, that's what matters." she told him.

"come on, let's just forget about that for a while and enjoy good food, a few drinks and hopefully some good rest" she added, hugging him.
Chas smirked hearing what John said, "yeah yeah, go, relax and enjoy having some normal company for once!" he said before hanging up and going back to his family and Josh and Trish.

Kay smiled softly at him and waved off his apology. "it's okay, but know you can always talk to me okay? Now come. On, these apparent best burgers in Seattle are getting cold" she smirked, nudging his shoulder with hers. "we're gonna be okay, alright?" she reassured him.
