It's pretty strong. It's a tool that is used to cut damaged parts of the outside of my ship off so I can repair them.

As long as you don't move, it'll be perfectly fine.
*Turns the saw on, and a blue light forms a one-inch blade of energy all the way around it. I start to gradually and carefully cut at the "cuffs"*
