"I mean... I guess it's a little weird you keep changing, yeah. Not a whole lot of people do that, you know?" Takeshi asked, smiling apologetically as he rubbed at his head, "But don't feel bad, 'cause it's not your fault you're like that. And I don't think you're bad or anything for it, it's just... I'm not used to people changing so much, that's all." They really ought to just drop this conversation now and be done with it, all he was doing was making it worse. Not intentionally by any means, but one little slip was leading to T'charrl feeling worse and worse. Just when the Saiyan figured he was done tripping over himself he made another off comment, cringing immediately when the Kaesstrian seemed to take exception to it. "No no, that's not it at all. Uh... I just mean get back to normal, that's all. You're well even if you don't look like yourself, right? We just want to help you get back to how you were before because your mother wants it, and I'd guess you do too." Deciding he was through grooming Shu, Takeshi gave his brother's hair a playful ruffle before wiping his hand on his pants, smirking at his sibling. So he'd totally missed all of that conversation, how dandy, "We were just saying how T'charrl's going to get back to normal, that's all. And we're going to help him do that, whatever it takes, right?" Given the fact their friend said he was close it ought not to take very much help at this point, maybe just a small push in the right direction at most. The rest, Takeshi figured, could be done by T'charrl on his own.

"Okay... Maybe the King did know what to do with you... But just because he decided on what you should do doesn't mean that is the right answer for you. No one but you can decide what it is you'll do." Viral could be a soldier, or a teacher, or he could go hunt if that's all he wanted. All in due time, once Vegeta healed the Beastman then he wouldn't be a potential threat to others and there would be no need to in effect babysit their friend. The question of tests didn't sound clear to Yumi, though considering her own position she had some idea of the purpose behind them. The fact that others may be in the same boat as her had made her stomach churn more than once now, that was something they were going to have to put a stop to. "I won't say a word to Vegeta, don't worry. All I'm going to do is ask him about medicine and see how he's doing, that's it. If you want to ask him something too then you can." She didn't want to step on Viral's feet and make him upset, so anything that could be remotely sensitive would be left untouched. Yumi smiled before turning about and strolling over to the door, folding her hands behind her back. "I wouldn't want anyone interrupting our hunting anyways, so I'll keep it a secret from everyone else."
"I uh, I don't mean you're weird, that's not it! I mean how the Spirit... Changes, depending on what it's with, that's weird. I don't know, I would think it would just look one way." There he went speaking like an idiot again, oops. Now he was looking like a fool too trying to backtrack and defend what he had just said. Shu didn't ever slip up like this and he barely knew how to speak by comparison, then again that might be why too. Smiling awkwardly Takeshi gave the back of his neck a rub, chuckling slightly before resuming picking at Shu's hair. "Sorry, we wouldn't hit you, bad joke, my bad. And you're not letting anyone down, don't sweat it. The way things are going too it's almost impossible that you won't get better, you know? All we want for you is to get back to your old self, which is what you want too, right? We're just trying to help you along is all." Come to think of it was that actually what T'charrl wanted? There had been a lot of them saying he should change back but he hadn't said it much himself. When he had too it sounded more like he was just going along with what everyone else was saying. Takeshi was a bit confused now, he wasn't sure if this was what their friend wanted. It had to be though, right? He couldn't imagine anyone wanting to constantly be changing the way T'charrl was. Glancing down at Shu he smiled at being done with the grooming, ruffling his brother's hair. "There, think we're all finished. I do alright buddy?"

Yumi still wasn't buying into Vegeta disowning Viral, no matter what reason the Beastman gave. She couldn't deny that their friend spent less time with Viral, he'd done the same with her as well, but she didn't fault him for it. There was a reason behind the attempted sales, one that they weren't going to know unless they went right up and asked Vegeta about it. Claiming anything else right now was just unfair. The conversation at hand was doing nothing but dragging Viral down, and slowly Yumi along with it. They should really try changing topics unless both of them ended up depressed, that wouldn't do anyone any good. "You don't have to be the most sociable person to be fun to be around. Fighting or hunting or exploring with you has always been fun, and the fact you might not talk much doesn't change any of that. The King didn't know what to do with you I'll bet, he just tried forcing you into something he figured would work best for him." Bringing it back to food again for a moment she tried to divvy out the responsibilities instead. Viral wanted to hunt and she did as well, who was cooking and how the food was to be prepared was up in the air though. Even when she tried to mediate and divide the job between them Yumi found that her friend was only getting upset. "We'll worry about cooking after we hunt, it's silly to think about cooking before we even get the food anyways," she remarked, "How about we go see Vegeta? I think your medicine should be ready and we can ask him about those deals, if you want. I bet he has a perfectly good explanation for it."
"So... The Spirit would be totally different if it wasn't inside of you...? Man that's weird... This whole thing is so confusing." Never having been a religious person by any means Takeshi had a hard time wrapping his head around the whole worship idea too. It seemed a bit silly to be praying to some otherworldly being, if you wanted something done then you did it, simple as that. He knew there were other things in the world, he'd seen it for himself, but he wasn't about to start praying to them for anything. Hey, if T'charrl wanted to worship some tree Spirit thing though then he could, hopefully he didn't expect Takeshi to do the same. Realizing he was being a bit cynical the Saiyan smiled slightly, prompting his friend to call out the very same Spirit he'd been thinking of. Surely that thing had to know what they needed to do, it had sounded pretty smart when they spoke to it before. Or even if it didn't they could at least try to get it to help a bit more. "Huh... Yeah, you being two people at once, kind of weird..." he mumbled, smirking slightly as he glanced at Shu's head, tugging a small knot free. "I guess though we could hit you and knock you out like we were talking about? Then we could talk to the Spirit and get everything figured out then and there." Lifting his head again and looking at T'charrl, Takeshi flushed slightly before rolling his eyes, "Kidding, by the way. No one's knocking you out."

There were people that wanted Viral as a weapon, no doubt. There were people who wanted him dead and others who wanted to test him like a lab rat. He had been surrounded by people who wished ill for him all of his life so Yumi could understand why he might be so negative. But she knew too there were people who wanted to help and support him, not just those the Beastman was with now either. People like Doctor Ikura had come and gone over the years but there were plenty who tried to be on the side of Viral. "Vegeta had to have had a reason for doing that though. Look at how he's been trying to help you, do you think he'd be doing all of this if he just wanted to get rid of you? Maybe he had something planned, or something in mind. Have you ever asked him about it?" Vegeta would explain himself if asked, she was certain of that. Whether the Beastman would want to hear his explanation or not was another matter, but Yumi was fair certain there was a good reason for it all. There had to be, their friend wasn't the kind of person to sell someone off like that. Sighing to herself she rubbed at her head, glancing at Viral sadly after a moment, "I really mean it. Sure we didn't know anything really, but we did know we loved being around you and we didn't want anything to change that. And we still don't. Why is it so hard to believe that people actually want to be near you?" This conversation was starting to get kind of depressing, not the way she had hoped to spend their day. The one saving grace they had right now was the banter about food, maybe that could lighten their moods a little bit. "What if we both prepared it? You get the meat, get it ready for whatever we're making, and I'll make the broth and throw vegetables in. Then we each did our part, you get the meat how you want and it'll be something you can put down."
"Heh... Yeah, your turn buddy," Takeshi repeated, smiling weakly as he continued to part Shu's hair. Please let there be no bugs, there was no way he was going to finish if he found something crawling around. If there kept being little creepy crawlies in his brother's hair then he may just shave the younger boy's head in his sleep. Sure, Shu might be a bit sore about that at first but it would make things a whole lot easier. Who knows, the little guy could even look good bald. One good thing about grooming was it was a fairly mindless task, he could talk to T'charrl no problem while doing it. Looking up at their friend, Takeshi listened as he spoke, nodding understandingly at what was being said. "Maybe there's too much of the General's energy? What if that is keeping you from changing back?" he suggested, shrugging his shoulders, "Or what about that Spirit, huh? Maybe you need to find a way to get that out, maybe that's what's stopping things. Though I have no flipping idea how that's going to work out..." That Spirit, or ghost, whatever was in T'charrl didn't seem malicious, it was anything but. That aside it didn't change the fact that it could well be the source of their friend's problems. Highly doubting it would work though opting to give it a go Takeshi narrowed his eyes at the Kaesstrian, staring silently for a moment as if trying to see the Spirit. "Hey, Spirit guy... If you can hear me how about saying something. We could use a hint here, you know?"

Yumi's mouth pulled into a frown hearing Viral, feeling quite sad for him again. "That's not true, it doesn't even make sense. If they didn't care about you or want you then they would have put you back, killed you. The fact they kept you out and helped you recover shows they wanted you around. And not for a weapon either, I don't remember Vegeta exactly sending you out on missions and things like that, so you weren't some tool. You were and are part of the family, that's all you were. Not some danger, or some threat or nuisance." Sure, a handful of people in Capsule Corp most certainly did resent Viral. Some thought he should be killed for inadvertently killing Aito and June, while others thought he should basically be reduced to a servant. While Vegeta hadn't always been the most forthcoming it had actually been his insistence that kept Viral from being demeaned to anything less than he was. "Vegeta and I spent time with you and made sure no one treated you badly. Never mind whether we knew or not what had happened, we weren't going to let anyone do away with you, and we still won't." Cringing slightly at Viral's discontent towards food Yumi folded her hands behind her back, scuffing her foot against the floor before offering a small smile. "What if I prepared it in a way that didn't make you think of it? Like a soup, or stew. Something that you don't really have to chew. Would that help?"
The whole grooming business wasn't half bad as Takeshi had worried it would be. Odd yes, but not bad. It wasn't something he could see himself and Shu doing on a regular basis but maybe as an occasion thing. The older boy did hope that they might find another way of cleaning one another that wasn't quite as strange as this, or another way they could socialize. What else did monkeys do for socializing? Throw poop? Eh... Maybe grooming wasn't such a bad idea then. Hardly realizing Shu had stopped, having zoned out a bit for the duration Takeshi blinked when his brother appeared before him, more than ready to cash in on getting his turn. Darn, there was a bit of a hope before that the younger boy would wait, apparently not. "Uh... Yeah, Your turn buddy!" he replied, smiling as he got up and shuffled around to Shu's back. They had only bathed recently so nothing was in there that would surprise him, he'd made darn sure of that before. Still the fact he was grooming someone was a bit strange and Takeshi wasn't wholly sure how to even begin. Chuckling under his breath he shrugged his shoulders, figuring to hell with it, he'd try copying what Shu had done. Placing his hands on his sibling's head he began parting the hair gently, pretty much just repeating that as he 'groomed' the other boy. Not very hard, but definitely unusual.

"How could you be doing it wrong but getting closer to figuring it out, huh?" Takeshi asked, smiling as he continued working on Shu, "You've gotta be doing it right if you're getting somewhere with it. Whether or not you can do it, well, the only way you'll know is by trying." Of course T'charrl hadn't done something like this before, none of them had. Even Viral was able to change back to a degree now and his situation was arguably worse than the Kaesstrian's. Shu didn't get stuck in his form, that generally changed whenever he settled down and stopped being angry. In a way what their friend was doing was completely unique, no one else in their group would have to do it. Parting Shu's hair right down the middle, Takeshi glanced over his head for a minute before shrugging, still not sure what he was doing. Rather than really look for anything then he just continued parting Shu's hair, and trying to undo the occasional knot that he came across. "What part are you missing anyways? Maybe if you tell us then we can help you out, describe what you need or whatever. Could save you some time?"

Yumi wasn't trying to belittle Viral or make light of hunting, she knew how much he enjoyed doing it. She was just excited, she'd be hunting in a way that the Beastman had all along and that in of itself was going to be fun. She could finally get a better idea of how Viral handled himself, maybe, and get a little insight into what he was like. As of late she had been wondering just how animalistic Viral was in his behaviors, now she might see a bit more of where he was coming from. There was nothing inherently wrong with being primal, in a way it was sort of exciting. The unbridled nature of chasing around prey wasn't all that bad really, humans did plenty of worse things to animals they wanted than animals themselves did. She had seen Viral hunt before, and his killings were always quick and clean, unlike shooting some poor creature and letting it bleed out. "To be fair my mother got angry at a lot of things. Like me learning martial arts, or being a tomboy, or hanging out with Vegeta. If I lived her way then I would have been a recluse," Yumi pointed out with a smile, "She just wanted to protect me though, I realized that. And whether she fully trusted you doesn't matter much. I don't need her approval to spend time with you and you shouldn't need it either." So she might be a bit rebellious of her parents, ironic considering she expected the boys and the others around her to behave usually. "Maybe... We should cook our own meals then," she added, smiling sheepishly, "That might work better."
Takeshi hoped Shu was exceptionally thorough with his grooming, he was in no hurry to take a turn at it. The whole notion of someone peeling through your hair was still alien, even more than T'charrl in his current form was. That just wasn't something he had been brought up doing and there were loads of other ways, better ways, to accomplish what grooming did. But... His little brother wanted it, and goodness knows he was a glutton for punishment when it came to appeasing Shu. He'd give it a shot at least this one time and if it didn't pan out then hey, at least he could say he'd tried. "If you don't wanna sleep then we can keep you awake no problem," Takeshi said, smiling over at T'charrl, "Would fruit help you get energy back? We can always go hit the kitchen and grab whatever is left, if there even is anything at this point." There was plenty of food on the ship, sure, but certain things were getting precariously low, fruit one of them. That was a huge downer when it came to being stuck on a ship all the time, whatever you had for food was all you had, there was no hunting or going to the store. All the more reason for them to hurry up and get their feet back on solid ground. "Hey, you said it yourself, you're nearly there. We've just gotta give you that little extra push at the end, you know? This break might be just the thing you need to get that last little bit!" And once T'charrl was all back to his regular self then they could get heading to Kaesstra in earnest. Sure, their friend may not know how to use his energy completely, nor could he transform on will, but at least he'd have changed back. The rest were semantics, they could worry about that later.

Yumi was all sorts of excited to try out hunting now, she wanted to see what she was capable of. It wouldn't be like before when she would set traps, this would be more primal, and for some reason that was exciting. Plus she was eager to see Viral in action, hunting had always been something he was exceptionally good at. Bubbling over with excitement she glanced at the Beastman and tilted her head a bit, puzzled by the annoyed look he had. Had she said something to irritate him? Maybe it was just her enthusiasm that was getting to him, it seemed to do that occasionally. Toning it down some she folded her hands behind her back, watching Viral as he lifted one of the weights. "Like I said I'll be careful, and I'll do whatever you tell me to do. Don't worry, I won't be like this when we're hunting," she assured him, smiling happily, "I'm just excited to do this again with you, it's been years after all. It will be like when I was younger, I always loved doing it with you back then and I bet I'll love it now too." There was bound to be all sorts of interesting creatures on Kaesstra just waiting for them to come and nab them. A few of the meats they had tasted back on the planet had been pretty tasty, she was curious if they could find those again on their own. Getting her cooking criticized, Yumi's face turned into a pout as she placed her hands on her hips, looking at Viral intently. "I know how to cook and you know I do, I just don't do it all that often," she said defensively, her lips lifting into a smile as she stepped closer, "But fine, if you don't trust my cooking then you can cook whatever we catch. And it had better be the tastiest thing I've ever eaten."
Takeshi was pleasantly surprised with how willing he was to go along with this grooming business. So long as Shu didn't pop anything he found into his mouth it wasn't all bad, kind of like having someone brush your hair really. It must look a bit odd to T'charrl who had probably never seen such a thing, unless Kaesstrians did it to one another. Probably not, it would be odd seeing them picking at one another like that. Right now everyone present was in a good mood and that was a nice change of pace, no complaints and their Kaesstrian friend was even making progress, things were pretty good. They must be because the next few words out of Takeshi's mouth were some he never thought he would utter, offering to groom Shu when he was done. The little guy was real excited over that offer, probably all sorts of happy for reasons the older boy couldn't even begin to fathom. Hey, if this was what made his brother happy though then so be it, he could have it. "Alright, but just remember I've never done this sort of thing before, okay? So don't get upset if I mess up or whatever." There was probably some method to it, certain ways to part hair and what not. Takeshi figured he'd just sort of move Shu's hair around for a while and that would be it, seemed like that was all grooming really was.

With Shu being seen to it was only fair T'charrl be offered something too. If he was running low on energy then he was in luck, two completely energized and willing Saiyans were in the room with him ready to lend a hand. "You sure? We've got tons of energy to go around. Not like we're burning any of it just sitting here," he said, lowering his hand when their friend rejected the idea again. "Alright then. And uh... Is hitting you really the best thing to be doing? I mean obviously we won't be walloping you, but should we hit you at all? Kinda makes me worry something might happen." It would be really lame if they had come this far only to mess things up, not to mention disheartening. Being as close to Kaesstra as they were now a setback was the last thing they needed, the Queen would rip them a new one if anything bad happened. "Nothing wrong with being happy about it, you know? I mean you're so close to being your old self again, I think anyone would be psyched! Just don't push yourself if you're running low on energy, find something else to do for a bit, yeah?"

The notion of going hunting was pretty exciting, all things considered. Yumi hadn't had a chance to do much of anything using her new senses yet, wandering about in the forests of Kaesstra was a good a start as any. Plus hunting meant that she and Viral could actually do something together like they used to. She may not end up liking it, not that she ever had issue with killing animals before, but either way it meant they could enjoy themselves a bit. Viral was right about him and Shu, their struggles weren't exactly the same apart from both of them transforming. Really when you came down to it she wasn't sure which was worse, both ended up putting people at risk when one of the boys changed. "I know there's going to be some nasty smells, I learned that in the city. Never knew garbage trucks smelled [i]that[i] bad before..." Yumi said, making a face of disgust before shaking her head. "I'll be one-hundred percent serious while we're practicing, I promise. I know how badly you want to do it so I wouldn't dream of messing it up. Besides, I can't see how well I stack up against you if I'm not being serious now can I?" she added, smiling playfully, "Maybe we can surprise the others and bring home some big game, or we can just eat whatever we get for ourselves."
Takeshi was pretty near bored out of his mind, that was the only reason he'd agreed to let Shu groom him. The whole notion of having someone plucking bits off you and possibly eating them was still kind of off-putting, actually quite a bit so. That aside he didn't want to refuse his brother and make him upset either, it was easier to just go along with things. Holy crap, was the little guy really so happy he got to groom someone? That was something he wasn't ever going to understand, no matter how much he tried to. One of his little brother's quirks he supposed, it didn't have to be explained, it just was. Sitting upright Takeshi sat still as he could, his face twisting into one of unease as Shu went about poking and prodding at his hair. The sole condolence for all of this was having just showered there wasn't a snowball's chance in hell that Shu was going to find anything. Hopefully that didn't end up upsetting the little guy, finding little treats was probably part of the whole experience. Ugh... No kind of treat lived in someone's hair, that was wrong.

So how was T'charrl getting along? All this sitting in silence didn't give a ton of clues as to their friend's progress, had he gotten anywhere so far? "Really? Hey, that's awesome bud!" Takeshi said, smiling up at his friend, "If you need energy we've got plenty, you know. Not like either of us are using it sitting here." If they could help speed things along by giving energy then by all means they would. Kaesstra was coming ever closer at this point, they were maybe a day or two out at most by now so they really needed to help T'charrl get back to his old self. It would just be a huge letdown if they got back and their friend hadn't changed, plus the Queen would be all kinds of angry with them, and probably the others too. Extending a hand forward for the Kaesstrian, Takeshi glanced back slightly at Shu who was still picking away merrily at his head. "Before I forget to say it... If you find anything, no eating it, right?" he warned, scrutinizing the younger boy for a moment before smiling. Since Shu had cleaned up earlier too there shouldn't be anything on him either, so maybe it was safe to groom his sibling this time around. "And when you're done do you uh... Want me to do it for you?"

Yumi had grown fairly bored of running in place, it just wasn't comparable to being out in the open. The sooner they got to Kaesstra then the better, she was eager to go see a bit more of the forests that covered the planet. "There's a 50/50 chance of something happening with Shu too, but that won't keep my away from him either," she pointed out, "I know there's risk being with you, but I'm not going to let that stop us from spending time together. I'll deal with the risk and we'll have fun our own way, however you want." They could do what the Beastman wanted, when he wanted once they had landed. The only thing Yumi was concerned about was sticking by her friend's side and making sure nothing bad happened, either to him or those around him. "Oh, hunting actually sounds really fun. We haven't done that since we were little," Yumi agreed, beaming at the idea, "I'm not questioning how or what you want to hunt, I'll go along with it. I want to see how good I am now that I can smell and hear things better!" There hadn't really been all that many opportunities to see what she was capable of yet. Back on Earth they spent a lot of time in the city and there was nothing there she particularly wanted to be smelling. The rest of their time was spent on a ship, not much to notice here either. Stepping closer to viral she laughed excitably, folding her hands as she looked at her friend, "Will you teach me how to hunt? I want to try it!"
It would be rather nice if they were taking a more... Active role in helping T'charrl. It was fine if he was getting help either way but Takeshi was utterly bored sitting here. The most involved that he and Shu got was when one of them were asked to offer some more insight, or some scene for their friend to play out in his mind. Helpful but not exactly his usual way of going about things. Then again there wasn't exactly room here for pounding at something until it gave in, not unless he wanted to try hitting T'charrl for whatever reason. Surprisingly Shu was holding out quite well considering how hyperactive he generally was. Takeshi hadn't watched his brother the entire time but when he did glance over the little guy was having no problems sitting still, kind of odd the more hyper one was the calmer of the two. Shu must have realized he was being looked at because he looked over to the older boy after a moment, taking it as an invitation to come on over. Hah... He wanted to do what now? "Uh... Sure, I suppose you can do that," he replied, shrugging before pushing himself up into a sitting position. For whatever reason his younger brother loved doing this, and since not much else was going on Takeshi figured why the hell not, let it happen. Shu wasn't going to find anything either way and at most was just going to end up messing up his already untamed hair, but if that was entertainment then fine. Shifting his gaze up to T'charrl he smiled slightly, curious how things were going, "So... Any luck? How's it going so far?"

Yumi had to find a way to keep Viral active, some way that wasn't too intensive and wouldn't cause a change. Though Vegeta had assured her that wasn't liable to happen again she was still being cautious, far more than she would have been before. Two near misses in one day was more than enough for her to wise up and be more careful. Exercising sounded like a safe bet and at the very least would keep them from becoming bored, if they spiced things up with some different regiments than usual. She was taking to the routines just fine, Viral on the other hand was just sitting on the sidelines looking like he was very reluctant to even be here. After jogging on the treadmill for so long she sort of shared that sentiment, and after voicing a complaint she turned it off, sliding down to the floor casually and stepping off, wiping sweat from her face. "I'm sure things will be alright. Plus we'll be out in the sun, and that's good for you. So long as we just be careful where we go and what we do there won't be any problems." Kaesstra should be peaceful by now, and even if some parts were a bit tumultuous they could just avoid that and stay with the Queen this time around. "I don't think Vegeta wants you to stay close because he doesn't trust you, I think he just wants to be able to be close in case something happens, that's all," Yumi added, "And as long as I'm around then you should be fine. We can do whatever you want when we get to the planet, does that make it any more appealing?"
"It's because she cares about you so much that she seems so strong," Yumi said, smiling happily, "My mom was always the same way with me growing up. She isn't a fighter like us but you wouldn't know that if you saw her mad, you'd think she was the world champion or something. I get the feeling your mom gives you those little dope slaps from time to time to make you realize you did something wrong or that you worried her. Mom's can be funny like that." They also could be, and were the cornerstone of a family. All this talk of mothers made Yumi realize she really should go visit her own soon, it had been quite a long time. Her father she could do without though, with any luck he wouldn't even be around any longer. The idea of all Kaesstrians living together was a pretty neat one, it would be a huge shift from how things were during their first visit on Kaesstra. It had been such a shame the two groups were at odds then too because each had its own unique beauty, and bringing them together, the natural and the refined should really make that planet look like something special.

Takeshi didn't have a whole lot of luck earlier but he'd try chipping in again now, anything to help T'charrl get back to his old self. "Yeah you really do. Usually, right now you're a bit closer to your dad... With a few things aside." All of the mutations were obviously nothing he got from either parent, that was courtesy of all this energy. Hey, for once what he had done actually looked to pep someone up, alright! Grinning up at the Kaesstrian he nodded his head, "Yeah, I bet it would help buddy. It definitely can't hurt to try." If this was the answer the whole time then he was going to feel a bit silly, it seemed kind of obvious now. They didn't exactly have any images of the Queen or General anywhere so whatever T'charrl was going off of was his own memory. Hopefully that hadn't been scrambled with all the changing their friend had done, otherwise it could be a real tough task. Thanks to Yumi's input they now had the solution to all of T'charrl's worries, hopefully, and could get to working on getting him back to normal. "We'll let you know if we get anywhere with this, Yumi," Takeshi said, giving her a thumbs up before looking back at the Kaesstrian, "Yeah, going to your room sounds good. We can get working on that right away."

This was great, it meant one of the group's big issues was going to finally be seen too. Odd how T'charrl was going to be taken care of before Viral who'd been suffering longer, that seemed a bit unfair on a grand scale of things. Yumi wasn't going to resent or be bitter over that fact though, Viral's help was coming soon enough and then they could focus more on Shu; It wouldn't be long until everyone among them was happy and healthy again. "Don't rush it boys, take your time and make sure it works!" Yumi cautioned, smiling as she waved to the group, "I'll see you all later I'm sure, I got to get back to, uh... Cleaning Viral's room, I think..." Ah, she'd forgotten the little lie she had given them not moments ago, oops. The others didn't seem to mind or notice though so she was off the hook, laughing lightheartedly before going back into the room. Or she would have had she not opened the door and nearly barreled into Viral who was pressed against it, catching herself on the frame and looking down at him surprised before smirking. "Viral... Eavesdropping? So not like you."
Takeshi wasn't sure what he had been expecting when they were going to start working on T'charrl's transformations. It wouldn't be too intensive since all he was doing was focusing on images, but he'd figured there would be some kind of action. Instead it turned out to be a whole ton of sitting around, watching and waiting, none of which he was particularly good at. They had to be quiet too for T'charrl's sake which was probably wearing Shu down, it was unusual for the little guy to be so quiet for so long. Having grown tired of counting the panels on the ceiling Takeshi now found himself laid out on the floor, his eyes closed and hands folded behind his head as he sort of dozed off. Really he was spending this time to try and come up with ways of helping Shu, another big problem staring them in the face that was basically being ignored. T'charrl would be better soon and Viral was being helped, it was a safe bet that the two of them would be fine in no time. Shu was the only one then not really getting the attention he needed, and sadly for Takeshi he didn't know how to give it either. Opening his eyes lazily he glanced over at his younger brother, frowning as he wondered if they should try suppressing the Oozaru form somehow. That might make Shu just do as the older boy did though, lash out when he got angry instead of changing. No, they had to solve his anger issue, but how?

Even if Viral wasn't excited right now Yumi most certainly was. She had been for the last few days as Vegeta was making progress on his work. Going by the last visit he had paid Viral nearly all the genes had been mapped out, and "anomalies were isolated and further scrutinized for inspection." He had sort of lost her thereafter, but figured it was a good sign. Even if this treatment didn't end up being a catch-all it was at least bound to solve a few problems, and any progress was better than none at all. There wasn't any timeline given to them as of yet, probably Vegeta wanting to be cautious and hold that until he was certain, but Yumi again was optimistic it would come soon. It just had to, it was practically owed at this point for the Beastman to get well. Since they had decided being sedentary was part of the problem with Viral's outbursts they needed to stay active, though not to an extreme. Since he was back to his non-feline self they could do a little more, and so Yumi had the idea to just exercise. Hey, you had to stay in shape after all, especially when you were a fighter like they were. "I kind of wish we were on the ground already... Running like this just gets boring," she remarked, jogging along on a treadmill idly. The speed was up near top but it was still easy, she might even ruin the machine if this kept up. "When we land on Kaesstra I kind of want to go explore a bit more, would you be up for joining me?"
