"Hah, I don't have problems concentrating. There's just so much I want to do with you in such a short amount of time, you could say I'm more in a hurry." Yumi retorted, smirking at Viral, "At least I'm not as spastic as Shu is, right? Can you imagine if I was?" Poor Viral would have a stroke trying to put up with her then, as if she wasn't a handful enough for him already. To be fair the reason she tried keeping him so busy was so he couldn't focus on the negatives in his life long enough to get down. Yeah he wasn't cured yet, and fighting was sort of off limits, but those were bound to change. Until they did she just had to try keeping him preoccupied, that was all. Getting told to shut up prompted her to stick her tongue out childishly, though being mindful of what Vegeta had to say. It sounded perfectly reasonable, his requests, and they would be simple enough to follow. Until they had a good idea of the situation on Kaesstra it was a fair point to keep themselves out of the spotlight, best to avoid unnecessary trouble and all that. Once their friend had finished she walked right on over, smiling at him as she snatched up two scouters and returned to Viral's side. "I doubt we'll need these, unless the animals try speaking to us," Yumi joked, offering over one of the devices as she fixed the other to her ear. "At least this way if we get separated we can stay in touch, it would stink to get lost out here."

Kabocha was all sorts of annoyed with Choi, which wasn't much anything new. After failing to clock the other boy a good one he huffed, sliding his hands into his pockets and looking over at Kai. "Ditch you guys? And do what exactly? The Princes are going to do some stuff with T'charrl, Yumi and Vegeta are going to do who knows what, and Vegeta's taking a tour of the city. Yeah, think I'm sticking with you guys." Not that he minded being with the twins, they were his friends after all. Even if they might agitate one another or pick on each other that fact didn't change. Smirking slightly he stepped closer to Choi again, this time giving his side a slight elbow. "Hey... Too bad there's no girls on this world, huh? Since you and Yumi are taking a break and all we could see some sights. Unless you're into bug-women that is." Eh, that was a horrific idea, trying to date one of these people. They were nice and all for the most part but how were you supposed to date them? Oh jeez, how did you do anything with them? Kabocha's mind went to a pretty nasty place awfully quick, making him shudder before shaking his head. "Uh... Scratch that, bad idea! Let's just do... Whatever you said earlier, that works." Ugh, he was going to need some mental bleach now, or some really strong drinks. These people probably had something, he could forget with a good strong glass. "Choi, grab us some scouters will you?"

"I know you got plenty of energy buddy, but you're making me tired just watching you. Relax for a minute, alright?" Plus they had to hear out Vegeta and whatever his rules were. No one really questioned the fact he was basically ordering them all around, and Takeshi didn't really mind it so much. The guy was trying to make sure they all were safe and things went well, that was all, couldn't get bent out of shape over that. As per usual some ground rules were laid out, nothing out of the ordinary. He did think it was a bit odd they were being told to lay low, seemed a bit silly. Everyone on the planet knew who they were by now probably so it wasn't as if they were strangers. Their ship hadn't been the most discreet thing in the sky either, someone was bound to see that thing coming down. Eh, if it made Vegeta feel better by telling them this then he wasn't going to deny the guy that much. Like Yumi he went right on up once they were done being given directions, taking four scouters for everyone in his little group. Shu yet again was at his side as soon as he got back, bouncing around like the little spaz he was. "Friend T'charrl day, you knucklehead," Takeshi replied, smirking as he handed Shu his scouter before giving both T'charrl and Haku one. It was still a bit weird the other kid was coming with them, but thus far he'd been quiet and hadn't caused any problems, so why not? Fixing his own scouter onto his ear he gave a small nod, looking off in the direction of the forests. "Alright... So where do we want to go first? It's all woods here so I guess it doesn't matter much."

They were... Playing? That was the plan, seriously? Haku didn't know about that, it seemed a bit weird to think they were just playing games. Plus he hadn't a clue what they might do in the woods, or how well he'd do in them. Kortal barely had anything even remotely like these forests and any world that did have them they hadn't exactly spent luxury time on. He was still kind of taken aback by the sheer size of the forests here, it was kind of hard to process. Still staring at all of the trees he barely noticed when Takeshi came over, feeling something pushed into his chest before glancing down at the scouter. Huh, so they had these things too. This looked different though, no visor and it was definitely a bit more comfortable looking. Shrugging his shoulders he slipped it onto his ear, clicking it on before looking at the others. "May as well just wander around, I guess...?" he suggested, not sounding very enthusiastic. Why were they bringing him along to play, seriously? Haku almost figured they were going to try ditching him in the forest, maybe that was why. Hm, but why give him the scouter then? Feeling a bit unsure about all of this he shuffled his feet a bit, folding his arms tightly over his chest as he waited for someone else to come up with something.
Yumi couldn't stop smiling once they were off the ship, her excitement palpable. Viral wasn't all to thrilled to be going just yet but she had enough energy for both of them, and then some. She couldn't particularly say why either, she hadn't eaten recently and she had a regular nap, so there was no reason to be exceptionally energetic right now. Maybe it was the sun, it was definitely more intense here so it could be that doing it for her. Smiling up at the sky she turned her head, looking at Viral amused. "I have plenty of hobbies. One of them just so happens to be tagging alongside you and forcing you into my wacky schemes," she joked, giggling as she looked away again. "And so what if I am excited to do things with you? I think it's fun, usually, so I look forward to it. Nothing wrong with that is there?"

Kabocha was a bit grumpy at the moment, in part due to being woken up early from his nap. Everyone had been told to get some rest before landing and he'd certainly tried to, but his parents were at it as usual. When he had finally gotten to bed it had only been for an hour before Choi came barging in, waking him up. Narrowing his eyes slightly the Saiyan glanced over at his friend, "Yeah, you're right. And there's one idiot in particular who I'd love to beat up right now," he hissed, taking a swing and a miss at Choi. Spinning slightly on the wet grass Kabocha righted himself, rolling his eyes and smacking his forehead at the other boy's comment. Thankfully Kai was here to be the voice of reason, he didn't quite have the patience for this right now. "If we find some jerks who deserve it then we'll kick their butt, otherwise I actually want to take a load off for a change." They had been in the midst of a war basically for some time now, was it such a crazy thing for him to want a bit of relaxation?

There really was no keeping Shu still once he was outside, he was just an unbridled bundle of energy. It was contagious, if Takeshi wasn't trying to act like the bigger brother he was then he'd be doing the exact same thing as his sibling. Smirking as Shu came over he poked his brother in the forehead playfully, "If you keep running like that you'll have no energy for games later, genius. Try holding still for a minute." That did the trick temporarily as the younger boy kept to his side, probably bouncing around still. Takeshi wasn't sure, he was busy looking over at Vegeta expectantly to hear what the guy had to say to all of them. Probably something lame about having to report in or something like that, something about rules. They were on vacation, they didn't need that kind of stuff!

Hm... Had he even prepared enough scouters for this? Hopefully, otherwise someone was going to have a real hard time talking to the locals. Glancing briefly at the box tucked under his arm Vegeta waited for everyone to stop talking and running about, particularly Shu. "Before everyone goes off to do their own thing I wanted to be sure to hand out scouters. Seeing as T'charrl is the only bilingual one among us we can't quite rely on him to translate. Also, please don't strut around thinking you're some saviors or second-coming here. We don't know the situation still and you could cause problems by acting high-and-mighty, so it's best we play it safe for the time being. So long as those directions aren't too difficult then we will have no problems. Now then..." Vegeta opened up the box, revealing about a dozen smaller, newly refined scouters inside. "I've updated the scouters with new phrases and words from the Kaesstrian language, with any luck they'll help close the language gap a bit more for us. Unfortunately they do not last very long, about a day, so you'll have to bring them back to get recharged, understood?"
Yumi was having a hard time concealing her excitement, near bounding out of her skin at this point. She and Viral were going to get to go hunt, have an escape from the things that were bothering him and maybe even have fun in the process. Being so detached from the things that ailed him ought to let the Beastman relax, even if just a little. If she could keep the conversation completely off of his condition or his testing then things should go just fine. Making sure Viral was well aware of her excitement she giggled faintly, giving a nod of her head before folding her hands behind her back. "Of course! I'm not going to wait for Vegeta to decide, I think I'm just as qualified to make a decision, don't you?" She might not have near as much education as their friend did, nor the medical know-how. What Yumi did have though was the ability to help Viral relax, more than that medicine of his could. Granted she still hadn't a clue about what made her do it, or how even, but she knew she had it. "I know you're not going to let it happen, and I won't let it happen either. Otherwise I wouldn't be doing this in the first place," she replied, smiling as she leaned over and bumped up against Viral playfully, "I'm just excited to learn from you again, that's all."

Kabocha didn't really know what he was going to do down on Kaesstra, aside from poke around a bit. Not spend the time with his parents, he knew that much already. His father would be busy sampling foods or something and his mother probably wanted to try fighting some of the soldiers, typical fashion for both of them. Sighing softly under his breath he turned his head when Choi leaned over to him, leaning away as he got rather close. "Exploring...? Bad guys? What do you think we are, superheroes or something...?" he asked, frowning before shaking his head. The promise of getting to knock some heads was a bit enticing though, a bit hypocritical since he'd been scrutinizing his mother just for that sort of thing. After a brief moment's thought Kabocha changed his mind, smiling and nodding his head in agreement. "Alright, I'll come with you guys. But we're not playing superhero and trying to solve crime or anything!" he warned, holding a finger in Choi's face, "We'll look around and grab some food, that's it. We're just tourists this time, not here to fight for anyone."

Everyone might be excited but Shu was the only one literally bouncing with energy. Heh... And Takeshi was the one who had to keep up with him, wonderful. Even as much stamina as he might have it was sometimes impossible to keep pace with the little guy, he basically never ran out. Maybe he was like a sunflower secretly and could pull energy from the sun, sort of like Viral. Or he was just naturally hyper, that could be it too. In far too good a mood himself to tell Shu to relax he instead laughed at his brother's enthusiasm, putting a hand on his head and ruffling his hair teasingly. "We'll get all the food you want before we go explore, how's that sound? There's loads of shops if I remember right so it'll be easy to find a ton of tasty stuff. Plus we'll find fruit out in the forests, you know? Free food!" The best kind of food too! Takeshi had been given the rather inconvenient reminder that they were going onto a world where they had absolutely no money to spend. Sure, T'charrl could probably dig into his family's fortune to pay for lunch but that seemed a bit rude to expect. Making doubly sure the Kaesstrian knew he was still joining them, the Saiyan turned when Vegeta gave a brief address to everyone, rolling his eyes dramatically. The guy was like a mother hen sometimes, trying to keep them all in check and whatever. Smiling up at T'charrl again he gave a thumbs up, noticing how his friend seemed a bit down all of a sudden. "Hey, we're going down there to have fun, don't forget! We've got loads of games and stuff to look forward to."

There was a slight problem with their visiting Kaesstra this time. It wasn't that they were coming back on bad terms, or even that they should be doing something else right now, there was no reason they shouldn't be here. It was more landing their ship, and the slight fact that their current vessel was several times larger than their old one. Landing in the same spot as before wasn't going to cut it, they had to move away from that. A fairly far away from their original landing, to a field maybe a kilometer away. Shame too since there looked to be a fair bit of wildlife in the fields, all of which went bounding off as soon as the ship got anywhere near it. By the time the supports of the ship had touched the ground Yumi had already dragged Viral to the doors, holding onto his wrist securely as she waited for the doors to open up. Yes, she was excited to be on ground again, very excited. Plus keeping Vegeta's advice in mind there was a very good chance this could be just the thing Viral needed, all the more reason to be eager! The suspense of just the door opening up was enough to make her crazy, and not a second after it finished laying itself out did she take the first step down, smiling back at Viral happily. "Let's hurry up and get Vegeta's lecture out of the way, hm? I want to have some fun already."

Takeshi wasn't far behind Yumi and Viral, moving along with Shu and T'charrl as he did, and Haku who apparently had begun following them. He might have told their latest member off if he didn't want to seem like a total ass in front of the others. Plus to be fair they had sort of spent more time with Haku than anyone else, however minimal that had been, so they were kind of his only option. He wasn't going to let this fact bother him, nope. They were here to enjoy themselves, not worry about some little brat following them around. Finding both Yumi and Viral already sat outside the ship he was quick to join them, jumping out of the ship and landing on the calf-height grass with a grin. "Wow, it's awesome to be breathing fresh air again!" Takeshi said, chuckling as he gave the grass a patting before looking around. Much better than being holed up on a ship, no doubt about that. Though he wasn't normally one to be bubbling with energy right now he found himself just wanting to break off in a run, he didn't care where really. But Vegeta had wanted to talk about a few things so they needed to stay put, probably for some boring lecture.
Okay, so maybe they weren't going to leave medication wholly up to Viral. It was a little flawed, Yumi would admit, expecting someone with no sense of time to moderate their dosages. Perhaps instead she'd keep the medicine on hand and administer it to her friend only if a certain period had passed, maybe that was the safer way to do it. Ah... But she'd already handed it over to Viral earlier, would that seem two-faced of her? She worried that in taking the pills back it might appear as her doubting her friend, and that would only serve to upset him further. This was a fine line, trying to accommodate him while also trying to keep an eye on him at the same time. "You keep saying you're a warrior as if that's all you are, but it's not. You're intelligent, you have other skills, and you're family to many. A warrior is part of who you are but it doesn't define you, not alone anyways." There was nothing wrong in taking pride in oneself, Viral used to have plenty. It had been shaken with his troubles however and now they had to try and rebuild it again. If that meant Yumi had to give up some free time in order to help her friend then fine, she'd do it. Apparently however Viral was not wholly onboard with that notion. "It's not like we broke up or anything Viral, we're just doing something else for now," she began, her face puffing up a bit from being flustered as she stopped and turned to face him. "If people really care about one another then separation does nothing to ruin that relationship. If I didn't see you for another few months I'd still think of you the same way, I'd still care about you, time apart or not." Huffing softly Yumi glanced up at the Beastman, a smile spreading across her lips as she reached up and poked him in the forehead teasingly. "Freedom means we can be free to make mistakes too. Maybe this was a bad idea, who knows? Right now I don't care though, my only concern is keeping you company."

It was set in stone, they were going to go play a bit to get their mind off of things. Again, whatever it took to help T'charrl figure himself out. Playing around was hardly considered work and to someone like Shu it came as easily as breathing so it wasn't as if this was inconvenient or anything. Takeshi smiled at his brother's enthusiasm, heading to the door with his shirt slung over his shoulder again. "There's probably loads of stuff we can use in the recreation room, so we'll start there. And if we can't find any toys there then we'll make our own games up," the older boy said, pressing the panel and opening up the door. Hm, Shu had a fair question, what did the others do for play? They more or less just saw the rest of their group now for meals and the occasional training, otherwise people were pretty much off on their own as of late. Pausing at the door Takeshi cocked his head slightly, rubbing at his chin in thought. "You know... I don't know what they do for fun," he mumbled, smiling and placing his hand on his hip, "So how about we go find them, yeah? We'll see if they want to join us, we can get a whole lot of people for our games. The more the merrier, right?" Being cooped up like rats was probably driving everyone a bit nuts at this point, everyone would benefit from goofing around a little. Maybe they would even stop by and grab Vegeta, however willing or not he may come along. Everyone needed a break now and again, it was all they could do not to go insane. "Come on guys, let's get the others to join us."
"Wow... Kaesstra is even more beautiful than I remember!" It really did look like a paradise from up above, and on the ground. All of the colors, the forests which were visible even from up in the atmosphere, it was all breathtaking. Now that they knew they were going down on peaceful terms too it added a certain air of excitement. Everyone had noticed the planet's beauty initially, but having been caught up in the civil war there hadn't been time to appreciate it. Now that they were returning it was a whole new experience, they could enjoy the world for what it was really worth. Yumi wondered if T'charrl felt like this when they had gone to Earth, if he thought their planet was beautiful too. In it's own right their home world was, some portions of it were even as densely vegetated as the forests on Kaesstra. Even the city had a certain beauty if you looked at it the right way, even with the lack of colors. Smiling rather excitably she turned to Viral at her side, reaching up and grabbing hold of his sleeve to direct his attention down to a lake. "Look there, we should try finding that when we land. I bet there's some interesting fish in those waters we could try. Plus all sorts of animals must gather around it to hunt and drink." Yes, she was still on about hunting together, even more so now that they were close to landing. Viral had liked the idea initially and now she was going to hold him to it, whether he wanted to or not.

Haku had been to his fair share of planets before, sure. He'd been to deserts, icy tundras, jungles, everything. But Kaesstra was still something else to look at, he'd never been to a world so green before. Except it wasn't just green but a sea of colors, it looked kind of like the forests were on fire. Orange, red, green, blues even, there were literal seas of color below them, it was amazing. Normally he would be quiet and keep to himself but now he found himself standing on the bridge with everyone else, staring through the large glass windows in awe. They had been to this world before, hadn't they? It was where T'charrl came from if he remembered right. A whole world of aliens like him, he wasn't sure how he felt about that. There was no particular fear or unease towards the Kaesstrian aside from the fact he could be a bit scary when he changed. The fact his condition was apparently unique was the sole saving grace of this, otherwise Haku may well not leave the ship. As they descended ever lower and came closer to the ground he began to see the massive pillars as well, watching intently as one of them jettisoned a blast of energy up into the atmosphere. The energy exploded after reaching a certain point, the shards or whatever that had been inside of it reflecting the suns rays coming down and glistening in the air. It was really amazing to watch, he couldn't wait to see what the rest of the world looked like.

Not everyone was so thrilled with the environment, in fact Kabocha found himself not particularly caring. Sure, it was pretty and all but he was never one to bother with that sort of thing. Used to be they blew everything up, pretty or not, which now that obviously wasn't the case. Having done that however he didn't quite have the eye for it, he just saw trees everywhere. What he was more excited to see, however, was this city which T'charrl had come from. The nobility down there had an amazing castle, and judging by the stories head heard from the others it was like nothing else. He was much more interested then in seeing how the upper echelon lived, and in turn maybe getting an idea for how things worked in their society. Where did they fit in, he wondered? They were technically heroes so that had to mean something, whether or not it gave them some sort of title. His parents had sort of been on about that too despite not doing anything themselves, they were still concerned with status. He just wanted to know, that was all... Though he wouldn't be against being given some official title if the Kaesstrians felt so inclined. How many Saiyans could say they were an ambassador to an alien race, or something like that? Not very many he'd assume, at least not ones who were willingly given that title.

"Wow... I know we've done this before and all... But I'm really excited, you know?" Takeshi asked, beaming as he stared down at the planet below. "This is going to be awesome, Shu. We'll get to go check out all kinds of things we didn't get to before. And think of the food we can try too! There was a lot of yummy looking stuff down there we never had, I want to give it all a shot, don't you?" Maybe he could even get a bit of insight into sword training while there as well. If T'charrl's father was available then he'd ask the guy for some guidance, and if not he was sure he could find someone else for help. Glancing over at his friend he smirked, reaching over and giving his arm a light punch. "Don't forget, you're coming and playing with us, right? If you don't have any places in mind above ground then we'll find some, shouldn't be too hard." They had a massive world to use as a playground basically, it was guaranteed they would find something of interest. Anything was on the table really so long as they excluded water games seeing as T'charrl wasn't exactly a fan. With a grin Takeshi laced his hands behind his head, giving a small chuckle as he did so. "Man... I wonder how things are down there. I'm sure it's loads better than when we left, we've been gone a while, you know?"

Vegeta was rather excited about landing, for more reason than one. It meant giving Viral access to some potent solar energy which, in theory ought to speed up his recovery. It also game them a more suitable environment in which to help T'charrl too, something else they needed to get done. He was curious too about the progress Katas might have made, having left the Kaesstrian with blueprints on a relay system as well as basics for ship construction. The prospect of seeing a civilization advance technologically was enthralling, even more when he considered that it was in part due to his actions. Who knows, they may even have some unique, inventive technology for him to examine too, he really did want to see about that. Glancing at the crew and nodding for the go ahead to descend he walked up behind everyone gathered at the glass, folding his hands behind his back. "When we land please don't go all running off. We are coming here for reasons besides play," Vegeta reminded everyone, smiling slightly, "That being said... As soon as we've gone over what we need to feel free to do whatever you please. I've got scouters for us to stay in touch but otherwise I see no reason we've got to stay as a group this time."
"To be fair, you did say you weren't sure of time earlier, so it's not much different then if you take your medicine. And is losing track of time really a bad trade off for having peace of mind for a while?" Yumi wasn't enthusiastic about Viral using medicine but that mellowed out state it provided had to be better than this. Who knows, she might even be able to get some information out of the Beastman he wouldn't otherwise share, something that could help her handle him. She almost wanted to push him to take his pills on that alone but decided against it ultimately, it should be up to Viral and him alone when he needed them. Folding her hands behind her back she smiled at her friend, giving a small shrug of her shoulders. "I worry because I'm your friend, and we're like family. You can tell me not to worry all you want and I'll still worry, it doesn't work like that," she explained, giggling slightly. Having Choi brought into the matter made Yumi's face redden slightly, her face puffing as she whiffed her head around and gave a soft 'hmph'. "Choi wouldn't do anything, don't worry. He's too mild mannered really to act up like that, usually. Besides..." Yumi smiled sheepishly as she freed up one hand, scratching at her ear, "We're sort of taking a break from one another. I want to help you and he misses being with Kai, so we've agreed to a little space. I guess at the moment he's not technically anything but a friend to me, and we're both fine with that. So, mister grumpy, that means all of my time can be devoted to helping you!"

Between himself and Shu there was more than enough enthusiasm to help T'charrl out. The two of them more or less had all the free time in the world, and if both of them spent that at their friend's side then he'd have all the support he'd need. At the moment that support was looking like it would be more a distraction, trying to find a way to help the Kaesstrian relax a little. Apparently getting all stressed out really screwed up the whole process for the guy, he needed some peace of mind to get anywhere. What better way to relax than to go have some honest to goodness fun? Suggesting a game for them to play Takeshi stepped back as T'charrl got up, smiling up at his friend. "Yeah, not training, that sounds like a good idea. We won't be spending any energy playing around." He hadn't a clue what they would even do for play yet, aside from maybe tossing a ball around. It didn't much matter, he supposed, the whole point was to just do something to get T'charrl relaxed and in a better mood. "What do you think, Shu? You're the master of having fun and goofing off, what game should we play?"
Yumi was sure being able to medicate himself would make Viral happy, and yet he was still as gloomy as ever. This was hard, she hadn't any idea what she could do to make him feel better. Words were hollow, any promises might as well be empty and any distraction she tried fail to grab his attention. If she stopped though then that was the same as giving up on Viral and she refused to do that. So long as he needed help she was going to keep trying, even if she ran out of ideas. "Remember, I'm here to make sure the medicine doesn't do that," she reminded, wagging her finger a bit, "I'm letting you handle when you take it because you can tell better than I can when you need it, but that doesn't mean I won't sit back and watch you take one after another. We'll figure out the best way to sort out your doses to keep your mood at least a bit better, enough that you don't feel bummed out. The only way we'll know whether I can stop you or not is if it happens again, and the point of medicine and my being here is to see that it doesn't." Right, she had panicked when she saw Viral's head bleeding, but not for the reasons he might think. The smell of blood, something that never really did anything to Yumi had her feeling awfully weird. It almost made her hungry, which left her both confused and disgusted. Since when did blood equate to food for her? When she'd smelled the blood the first thing that she wanted to do was find a nice steak or something and sink her teeth into it, be it raw or cooked. So did she have some kind of bloodlust now? That didn't make much sense seeing as they ate earlier and she had no problems, so why was she randomly feeling it there? Looking back at Viral she forced a smile, her eyes closed as she waved a hand dismissively, "I was just worried about you bleeding, that's all. Losing blood isn't exactly a good thing, even in small amounts!"

Takeshi really didn't know why they were discussing the rebels, he didn't particularly care for them right now. It wasn't that he hated them really, he thought of quite a few of them as friends, but at the moment they weren't important. They had their thing going on and the rebels had theirs, they shouldn't be worrying about those guys at the moment. Their concerns were here on the ship, with their own group and trying to get everyone back into fighting shape. Viral was being taken care of by Vegeta and Yumi so he ought to be fine, that left T'charrl and Shu to him then. Hmph, sure, no sweat. Let the Saiyan who barely could handle himself take care of two other people, no problems there. "Well... Things will work themselves out, we just need to figure out what is missing, that's all. Don't go getting all nervous, it's going to work out just fine." Was being made to try and change back really freaking out T'charrl so much? He figured that the Kaesstrian would be eager to get back to his old self, that was why they were sort of pushing it. Maybe that was the reason T'charrl was stressing though, it could be a ton of pressure. Jeez, so in trying to fix this they were actually making it worse then, what a headache. Smiling slightly Takeshi went over and gave his friend's back a small patting, trying to assure him things would be okay. "Things will work out, Shu and I are going to make sure of that, right buddy?"

Shu of course agreed without hesitation, always the one to be on board with stuff like this. Smiling approvingly Takeshi took his hand from T'charrl, using the moment the others were distracted to discretely wipe it on the back of his pants. He was getting a bit better at touching T'charrl and all, but it was still a long way from being totally relaxed about it. Baby steps, he'd get there, maybe. "If things go wrong then we'll fix that too! We'll keep fixing things until everything is all better," the older boy agreed, nodding his head as he looked at his brother. Huh, the little guy was actually making a good bit of sense with what he was saying, maybe it would do their friend some good. Looking back at T'charrl he put a hand on his hip, giving a thumbs up with the other. "Like Shu said, it's not a race to get better. We'll take as much time as we need if that's what will help, no sweat. In fact how about we go ahead and take a break for a while? And I don't mean sitting around like we have been, let's do something else." What could they do on the ship, he wondered. Their usual business of playing tag, or hide-and-seek, or going for a walk didn't quite work as well when confined to a ship. Maybe they could go down to one of the rec rooms and find a ball, just play with that or something. "Let's go find something to do, a game or whatever, you know? We'll get to helping you later, whenever you're feeling up for it again, how's that?"
Another successful outing by him and his friends, which meant a bit of celebration was in order. Really anything called for celebration in Suto's eyes, he just wanted to have fun. In a world as miserable as Aincrad it was only natural you combated it with extravagant dances and parties. Sure, maybe his pockets resented him a bit for throwing these get togethers, and maybe his superiors weren't fond of his attitude, but he didn't particularly care. Everyone had their own means of dealing with the stresses of the game and this was his. It had become increasingly difficult to organize one as well, being in the KoB left little free time to its members, especially when you were so closely connected to one of the higher-ups. Whenever he got the chance to let loose he was going to, and he was going to make sure people knew it. Gamers in this world were renown for many things, some their skill, others like Nero their wealth. For Suto he was fairly famous, or infamous depending on your circle for throwing over the top parties. And tonight he was going to live up to that reputation even if it drained every Col he had earned in that dungeon. What bit he had left was spent on a simple set of dress clothes for the evening, consisting of a dark blue tuxedo jacket which, in typical Suto fashion, was left unbuttoned and open, sitting on top of a black button down shirt. He had a pair of dark blue tuxedo pants to match as well, though he wore his typical combat boots simply for comfort. Overall his 'fancy' attire was rather casual still, which might come to the chagrin of Nero who was as usual rather extravagant.

In spite of a bit of a slow start it was pretty soon a very lively outing, encompassing most of the town center. An NPC band was playing and while not the greatest would do just fine for their needs. Just as well, Suto didn't have much cash left to pay any real musicians. There was food, games, even a few drinks here and there for people who felt like it, not that they generally did much. For someone who wasn't typically a party animal in reality here he found himself mingling will all sorts of folks, enjoying the company and carefree nature of everyone around him. It was a breath of fresh air, a break from the game of death they were trapped in. Maybe it was just a sorry excuse for an escape, like pulling a blanket over your head to tell yourself there were no monsters there. Even so, he was going to keep doing this. He'd party right up until the game was cleared, and at the end he'd probably end up throwing some bash he couldn't even fathom at the moment. Beaming at a pair of girls who said hello to him he chuckled and waved, watching them leave before abruptly being pushed by someone. Stumbling and catching himself Suto blinked in confusion, his face paling considerably when he saw Luna glowering up at him. "H-Hey Luna, long time no see!" he said nervously, letting out a short laugh.

"Yeah, no kidding, long time no see my foot!" Luna snapped, balling her hands into fists at her sides. "I've been busy training by myself while you've been off playing with your Guild and the rest of our friends, but did you think to invite me at all? Oh heavens no!" She was quite clearly steamed, if her shouting weren't evident enough. It was probably a good thing for Suto the music was loud enough to drown her out from anyone not in the immediate area. She had gone through the lengths of getting dressed up for the party as well, wearing a deep purple dress with frilled shoulders, and a strip of lighter, almost pink fabric hanging down from the front of her waist to her feet. Her arms had long gloves of the same color as her dress, and her hair had been tied back into a neat and tidy bun. Puffing up her face slightly in indignation she growled and tried stomping on Suto's foot, then proceeding to stick a finger in his face. "Am I or am I not part of this group of ours? Because I will so gladly walk away and find another group to work with if all I am is some friend on the side!"

Suto really didn't know where or how to even begin. Luna was pretty pissed, and rightfully so. He kept on meaning to invite her along but things moved so fast, and he may have sort of forgotten on one or more occasions. Wincing as his foot was stomped on he drew it back reflexively, hopping slightly with a nervous smile on his face. "You are definitely a part of our group, you know that!" he said hastily, putting his hands up defensively, "I got a bit busy with things and maybe it slipped my mind to invite you, I'm sorry! Tell you what though.. Tomorrow we'll go hit the fields, just us, and we'll train just like we used to. And I'll fill you in on what the next dungeon we'll be tackling is so you can get ready, how's that sound?"

Luna wasn't so much looking for an offer for a run as she was an apology. She sort of got one in the form of a hasty 'sorry', which wasn't quite good enough. But she had been given the chance to go in a party again, something she hadn't done with the others for some time now. If she was going to reject that then she'd also seem totally insufferable, and that wasn't what she wanted. A bit red in the face she huffed softly, folding her arms and turning her head away, lifting her chin haughtily as she did so. "I suppose that will suffice for now, yes. I just hope you're willing to be patient with me, seeing as I am of lower level than you all are now." Looking back at Suto and Nero she smiled slightly, tilting her head to the side. "I expect you to help me reach your level before the dungeon, and I want to party up with you and the others, not some randoms. Also, I expect you to keep me in the loop about what we're doing, it's only fair, don't you agree?"

"Hah... Ha... Yes, yes it's fair, it's all fair," Suto agreed, sweating a bit on the spot as he rubbed his neck uncomfortably. Sheesh, was Luna always so demanding? And scary? It was like having your mother scold you but ten times worse, yikes. Though it was asking quite a bit he acknowledged he was at fault here, and if this was what he needed to do to make it up to a friend then he would. Reaching over with one arm he slung it around Nero's shoulders, pulling the other boy closer before pointing at him. "Nero here will see to it you get outfitted with the best gear for your level, isn't that right buddy?" he asked, laughing before patting his chest, "You know Nero, a charity case and all. I'll even try getting it together by tomorrow so you can train in your new gear!" What a start to his party, he was being extorted by one of his friends! If he had the money left over he'd buy Luna's gear himself but for obvious reasons the bulk of his wealth had gone elsewhere.
"Alright, alright. I just don't want you feeling like it's bad to express yourself. We're more worried about you being silent than we are about what you might say to us." The effort to get Viral to open up wasn't just to try and make him uncomfortable, in fact that wasn't it at all. In part the difficulty of helping the Beastman was that he simply did not share anything on his mind, not usually. Because of that Yumi wasn't too sure what she should be saying or trying to talk her friend through, and likewise Vegeta wasn't wholly clear what he ought to be working towards. Giving Viral's paw a gentle patting she offered one last reassurance before continuing on towards the kitchen. Behind her she heard her friend speak up, glancing over her shoulder at him curiously. "If it's any condolences... I can stop your attacks, remember? Plus I'm at your side, if you collapse you'll be taken care of, no need to worry about that. And I want to trust you with the medicine because I want you to feel like you've got some control in your life again. Isn't that one of your big complaints, not being in charge of yourself?" Plus, is showed they had confidence in Viral being able to take care of himself, to a point. He still wasn't going to be left to his own devices just yet and checkups would remain regular for a while yet, but self-medication was a tiny step forward. Smiling sweetly at Viral she held up one finger, continuing, "Plus, you know better than anyone when you need the medicine, so it makes sense for you to handle when you take the pills. I'm going to be here just as a safety measure and all, but it's going to be up to you. Vegeta won't like it if he finds out, but I'm hoping this way you'll be able to calm down a little bit. That will be our little secret, got it?"

"Eh... Well we didn't much like the rebels either. Hell, some of us still don't like the rebels," Takeshi said, smiling as he shrugged, "Viral hates them, I don't really think Vegeta is a fan of anyone there except Sayomi maybe, and I know Kabocha and the twins are still mixed. Haku probably hates them too, but then again he hates everyone it seems. It's kind of just us and Yumi who don't mind them. My point is don't worry about whether they like you or not, because for the most part none of them matter, you know? They're there to fight, and after that it's bye-bye rebels. We'll try staying in touch with a few, sure, but most of them I can't even remember their names honestly." You couldn't please everyone, Takeshi had learned that plenty early on. If people were going to taunt T'charrl for his voice and make fun of him for how he looked then they weren't worth keeping around anyways. Letting a yawn go the Saiyan got up onto his feet, scratching at his head as he leaned over and scooped up his dirty shirt. "You know I'm kidding about eating everything, right...? I'm sure some of them look really yummy and all but I don't go biting something I don't know what it is. That's how you get sick." If this were Earth they were talking about then he'd have a fair good idea about what was and wasn't edible. Shu would probably know even more, being a bit of a wild boy himself.

So then, about getting T'charrl back to his old self, how were they going to get that done? Everything they could think of was pretty much a bust, and the Kaesstrian hadn't any ideas either. Drawing wasn't going to cut it, obviously, which left little way for them to actually show their friend how he had looked. Maybe there was some way to do it that they hadn't even considered yet, it would make sense. Maybe some sort of meditation would help T'charrl remember, or maybe he needed something from Kaesstra itself to jog his memory. Of course that meant showing up back at home while he was still like this, and that was what they were trying to avoid doing. The Queen would be all sorts of mad with them if they didn't hold up their end of the bargain, and Takeshi had no desire to be on the receiving end of her anger again. Cringing faintly at the idea the Saiyan smiled sheepishly, laying his shirt over his shoulder. "What are you scared of...? You'll be able to control yourself, I mean why wouldn't you? You've been in control when you had way more power than before, so I don't see how you'd lose control with less, you know? Besides, you've got all of us behind you and we'll help whenever you need it." Grinning he walked over to his friend, placing a hand carefully on his upper back despite his usual repulsion. "You've got nothing to worry about bud, we promise that. Shu and I will make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible," Takeshi added, glancing to his brother and giving a thumbs up, "Right buddy?"
Yumi was doing what she felt was best, even if it meant doing something as awkward as tearing her shirt up. They should cover Viral's head wounds either way just to keep the blood from trickling down, they were bound to close on their own soon enough. Plus he looked sort of neat with a pseudo headband on, or he might if it weren't baby blue. Even if he wasn't wanting her help she felt partly responsible for the situation he was in and she had to try doing something to make amends for that. Yumi understood she wasn't going to be the one to finally make the Beastman feel better, she knew that, but she could at the very least help him along. Stepping back into the hallway she tried one last time to get Viral to open up a little, prodding about what he was going to say a second ago. "Saying something is bothering you or hurting you isn't a sign of weakness," she remarked, frowning as she rubbed one of her arms, "If you ask me... Trying to hide it all is weaker. It shows you can't trust those around you enough or don't think it's worth mentioning. Nothing is as weak as holding back, don't you agree?" He didn't need pity but he sure was getting it. Those who weren't pitying Viral were his enemies, everyone else felt sorry for him to some degree. Near everyone who knew the Beastman was a fighter in some shape or form, none of them would want to be in the state he was. And everyone would probably be coping the same way he had been, poorly. Sighing softly Yumi smiled up at Viral, placing her hand on his paw and giving it a small patting before continuing towards the mess hall. "No one views you asking for help or sharing your problems as weak, Viral. And it would help you heal much faster if you told just what was on your mind, I'm sure."

"Eh... If we go back to war then we go back, but I'm not holding my breath," Takeshi mumbled, folding his hands behind his head, "The way I see it our old man is busy with whatever is attacking both sides, so it's not like he's hurting anyone. And who knows, maybe the rebels can finish it without us. I'd love to get some payback for what that creep did to Shu and Viral, and Yumi too... But it'll be dangerous, you know? The more we can keep our friends out of danger the better. Hell, that's kind of how Shu and I ended up in this mess in the first place." What an idiotic move that had been, chasing after Viral on their own. It still bothered him that he'd done it, because the whole testing and capture thing might never have happened. They could have gone as a group to save Viral, probably rescued him and none of this would be happening now. In short Takeshi still felt responsible for what had gone on, but was powerless in his mind to change or fix anything. Be it Shu and his problems or Viral and his issues none of it could be helped. Getting slightly bummed he closed his eyes, a small frown on his lips as he leaned back completely on the wall. "If there's a will then there's a way. If we can't eat them then fine, we won't. I won't kill what I can't eat, as long as it's not a jerk. Just tell me before I go blasting some endangered species out of extinction, will you? I don't want all of Kaesstra hating me because I went and killed off some creature."

It was nice Shu was showing a bit of enthusiasm as well. Between the two of them they should be able to get T'charrl to come along, he would want to play with his friends right? All this support and whatnot ought to be enough to spur the Kaesstrian into changing back if that's all he was missing. "You'll find it, no reason to get all scared. Look how far you came in the last few days, you're getting closer a heck of a lot faster than we thought you would, so technically you're ahead of schedule. We just got to find what that last piece is, that's all." There had to be something they could do to help things along. Describing his old appearance didn't help T'charrl much, they'd tried that a few times now. Nor did his drawings do anything for it, which left Takeshi pretty well out of ideas. If they couldn't tell or show their friend what he looked like then what else was there? Nodding his head he opened one eye, looking over at T'charrl and smiling slightly. "I could think of something to draw, whatever piece you can't remember about yourself maybe. And your mother won't kill you, but she'll probably get all slappy knowing her, she's kind of scary sometimes." Opening both eyes then Takeshi glanced up at the ceiling, inhaling deeply through his nose before exhaling through his mouth and shifting a bit in his spot. "It'll be fun when you are back to normal, you know? We'll be able to do things like wrestle and play hide and seek, and you won't have to worry about other Kaesstrians getting all spooked. Maybe just think about all the fun things you used to do, and that you'll be able to do with us once you change back? Maybe that'll help you figure out what you're missing."
