for rounded up numbers are we going rounded up from .5 and higher or .1 and higher? For now i'll assume .5

Unless otherwise stated always round in the hero's favour, so up if you're boosting and down if your debuffing or damaging.

<+1 ENERGY| Inspired: +7 health,+1 defense, +1 attack| Armored: +5 Defense 2/3rounds |Empowered: +1 attack>

Since this is the first round 'Inspired' is actually active for it should still be round 3/3 so you get the full effect for another two rounds after this one.

Also it wouldn't boost your Health, just Attack and Defence, otherwise it would also work as a healing ability by temporarily boosting max Health and raising current Health along with it.

I'm out for the day now, so don't expect another update until tonight (at least 14hrs)
Isla Sorna, InGen Base Camp - 8:38 AM

The staccato tapping of her heels across the floor made sure everyone know Betty was on her way to inspect her little pet. In her cage Nellie-79's head jerked up eagerly as the sharp, young palaeotoxicologist came into view, her hand reaching into her pocket and producing a small sliver of packet nutrients that passed for a pet's snack food. "How has she been today?" Betty asked, turning to face one of the guards standing watch.

"No problem at all. She's been asleep most of the time." The man replied, his hands sweaty on the shaft of the stun pole he was holding as a deterrent for the wild animal.

"That's good," Betty answered, only half listening as she reached for the test chart and inspected the figures from the latest round of experiments and probing. "No more biting incidents then, I hope?"

"Not today, not yet at least." The guard replied sheepishly.
I already have one of those. There's a wire you can plug your iPod into so the music can massage your cares away.
"If you need a stealth approach, surely I would be the best candidate?" Nicotine commented as she twisted her hand around, letting it fade away to vapour before reforming it again. "And I don't suppose there's anything better to do around here."

Languidly the former model reached her hand over and touched the metal panel in front of her, realising after a moment there was still a dab of paint clinging to her fingers. Letting herself fade out for a moment Nicotine watched with a satisfied smile as the dirt simply fell away, landing on the desk messily.

Pressing her advantage Nightingale charged forwards with a roar "Rrraaaaagh!" SHe cried out as loudly as she could, swinging her medical kit over her head with both hands and slamming it down towards the injured dog's head with all the force she could muster.

She felt a little bad about attacking the poor, bleeding creature like this, but then she reminded herself that this was all just a game after all, and that she was here to win. With this in mind she swung her pack again and again, smashing the doberman's head several times in the hopes of stunning it, or knocking it out.

Attack: Doberman B - Manic assault
"Anytime you want to bring that light of yours lass would be simply grand."
"Paxton if you're going to telling stories as we scout this I will smack you."

"You shouldn't make him promises like that, unless you're willing to pay up later." Henrietta smirked as she stepped down the steps past Lian, giving the elf's pert backside a playful slap in the process.

Not bothering to look back as she laughed merrily at her little joke 'Etta suddenly stopped, her voice lowering to a dim mutter as her mind went to work. "...some sort of pulley system, and a set of paddles... ...a water wheel? Nice and public, but I'm not sure the guards would agree..."

Just as she was about to stumble into a stone pillar the dwarf stopped dead, her eyes tracing up the smooth masonry until her head was tilted back, gazing at the ceiling in awe. "Wow... I mean, Wow! My parents told me stories, but until you actually see something with your own eyes..." So close to the entrance the stonework was lit from the dying light from above, and Henrietta's flickering green flame did little more than highlight the carvings and etchings spread across the walls.

Further down the tunnel became pitch black and gazing around Henrietta noticed a black metal brazier bolted firmly into the wall. Moving over to it she examined it carefully. It certainly wasn't dwarven in design, and there seemed to be a strange buzz in the air around it. "Hey, I think I need a mage over here. This might be one of theose veilfire things Martin mentioned."
Name: Doctor Elizabeth 'Betty' Sarah Manwaring
Gender: Female
Works for Jurassic Park or Ingen: InGen

Personal History:
As the daughter of a rich family Betty was given all the perks in life and access to the best education money could buy. Showing an aptitude for biochemistry Betty's original plan in life was to join a large pharmaceutical company, produce a few innovative vaccines and then retire to her family's Caribbean island with the knowledge she'd made the world a better place. However in the aftermath of the original Jurassic Park debacle InGen were desperate for as many experts as they could find capable of reverse engineering the materials left behind by the expired research teams, and when they came knocking the offer they made Betty was too good to pass up.

Involved with the chimera project from its earliest days, Betty concentrated her work on the various harmful toxins and venoms produced by the prehistoric creatures and soon became one of the leading names in palaeotoxicology, a field of science which had never been very broad until living examples of the creatures involved were walking the Earth once more. Given virtually unrestricted access to the test subjects Betty soon found herself working alongside Specimen CDO-16479 and her sisters. Over several years Betty spent every waking hour pouring over the creature's secretions, learning everything there was to know about how the chimera's biochemistry worked, as well as how to adapt it for profitable use.

With her research reaching an impasse, with almost everything there is to know about the Nellies discovered, patented and passed on for further commercial development, Betty finds herself in need of fresh 'materials' to work on, and sees the expedition as the opportunity to find new sources of commercial interest for her employers.

Personality:
Although seemingly polite, cultured and well-mannered on the surface beneath the facade lies a conniving, traitorous bitch looking for the easiest ways to further her own career and future financial prospects independent of her family's backing. With little deep feeling for others Betty is more than comfortable to 'cuddle up' with any malleable individuals who are willing to respond to a little affection favourably, no matter what their background, race, creed or gender may be.

Name: Specimen CDO-16479. AKA 'Nellie-79'
Species: Carnothnieliasaurus (Carnotaurus/Dilophosaurus/Othnielia chimera)

History:
One of a dozen hatchlings bred as part of InGen's 'alternate warfare' programme Nellie-79 was originally intended as nothing more than a toxin bank, providing unique chemical warfare options not available anywhere else in the world. Raised in captivity with limited social contact Nellie-79's closest 'friend' is Doctor Elizabeth Manwaring, the chief scientist in charge of the research programme studying her. Bonding with Betty at a very young age, and given little chance to learn about other humans, Nellie-79 is fiercely loyal to the scientist, despite receiving only a cool reception at best from a woman who sees her as little more than an animal.

Personality:
Unused to dealing with humans and more at home inside a laboratory than out in the field Nellie-79 is nervous and skittish most of the time, and if it were not for her connection to Betty would most likely have run back onto the transport ship as soon as they arrived on the island, and remained there until the team was ready to take her home.

Abilities:
  • Chameleonic Skin - Nellie-79 has a relatively fast acting active pigmentation in her skin which allows her to blend in with virtually any surface. Although this reaction is normally emotionally driven, due to her nervous nature Nellie-79 is rarely seen in her true colour, instead constantly shifting from one shade to the next as she constantly attempts to conceal herself.
  • Venomous Spital - Nellie-79 produces a paralyzing venom which is stored in special glands within her throat and which can be hurled upto 30ft when ejected. While the venom tends to be little more than an irritant to most humans unless delivered in high enough volumes, if contact is made with someones eyes it can lead to rapid, but temporary, blindness.
  • Hooking Claws - Originally intended to help the Othnielia climb trees and hunt for herbivorous food in the canopies Nellie-79's large curved claws could serve just as well in trapping a large creature, such as a human, allowing her to apply her venom and devour them with ease. However given her timid nature it's unlikely she would ever do such a thing.
  • Omnivorous - With a blended digestive system sharing aspects of the carnivorous Carnotaurus and Dilophosaurus as well as the herbivorous Othnielia Nellie-79 can theoretically eat just about anything with sufficient nutritional content. However having been raised in captivity she prefers to eat the pre-packed pet foods carried by Dr Manwaring whenever possible.
@rush99999 And having a great head of hair?
Also I don't suppose I could plan my action so it occurs after a move. Like I'll use this ability only after I take damage?

I resolve the effects of the battle in the order they're posted. If you want to time an attack to take place after another then you can either waiting patiently for the other player to make their post or find out where they live and threat to hum loudly right next to them until they post for you.

Nope. After that epic solo, he wouldn't be kneeling on the floor panting heavily while sweat drips off him like a waterfall. Instead, his guitar would be glowing a dim shade of red.

And preparing to melt faces?

Using skills like that doesn't actually tire him out. When Rocksmith uses a skill, it causes his guitar to heat up. The energy meter is actually a representation of how long he can safely use skills that heat up his guitar before he has to stop to let it cool down.

You mean he isn't kneeling on the floor panting heavily while sweat drips off him like a waterfall?

Good, now open fire!

Literally! Break out the Incendiaries and burn those buggers out of their cover!
