Ogre waited near the front of the elevator, towering over everyone. When the man was speaking, Ogre readied himself, with his axe in both of his hands and his pistol holstered. The doors finally opened and thetwo cretures came straight for them. Ogre charged straight back, revving his chainaxe. One of the creatures jumped up at him, and Ogre could only extend his arms quick enough for defense. The mutation began gnashing at his face but the long hilt of the axe spread across it's chest, stopping him do any real damage and Ogre pinned it to the wall. He didn't know where the other creature was but Ogre had to deal with this one first.
I am very interested, your second idea seems a bit more manegable but there is a grand scale and accomplishment when creating an army.
