The journey from Pittsburgh to the Boneyard was a long one; four hours and fifty minutes to be exact. The siblings had begun their journey earlier that morning, stopping only a few times to get gas and use the bathroom. By the time they reached South Philly, it was time for them to head on over to Endeavour. Sevyn, who had been keeping her hunger at bay for the past few hours by scarfing down stale Wheat Thins, was not too thrilled to hear that they didn't have enough time to stop for food on the way. "We can't show up late, Sev," Zahir had told her, "First impressions are everything." After a bit more begging and pouting, however, Sevyn finally convinced her elder brother to make a quick stop at Wendy's for an apple pecan chicken salad. She shoveled the last of it into her mouth as they pulled into the bar parking lot.

Zahir and Sevyn slung their backpacks over their shoulders before heading towards the bar entrance; They figured that they'd move their things in later. For now, all they needed were their laptops, wallets, chargers, and cell phones. When they entered the bar, there'd already been two other people inside: an older man who seemed to be lost in his work, and a younger, blonde woman doing the same. Sevyn recognized the woman almost instantly from YouTube, but decided against introducing herself just yet. Instead, she simply led her brother to an empty seat and the two chatted among themselves until the rest of the crew arrived.

It was unsurprising that Zahir was quick to head up and shake hands with Mitchell, simply introducing himself and Sevyn and telling him that they were thankful and happy to a part of Endeavour. "I'll go ahead and move our stuff," he said to Sevyn after he'd returned, "It shouldn't take me long." He then grabbed an apartment key from off the table and headed back outside to their Jeep. Sevyn, on the other hand, decided to take this time to get to know some of the others. She approached the blonde woman that she'd spotted earlier, taking an empty seat nearby.

"You're Charlotte Rossi," Sevyn said matter-of-factly, "I've seen a couple of your vids. I gotta say, you're pretty dope." As Sevyn spoke, she extended her right hand. "I'm Eryn, by the way, but most call me Sevyn. I'm here with my brother."

I like trying out new recipes, but my favorite type of food to cook will always be Jamaican cuisine. Although not a big fan of sweets, I do have a soft spot for mint ice cream and peach cobbler. I also like to jog every morning before work; gotta burn off that cobbler somehow! At the end of the day, I like to wind down by sitting in bed with a glass of red wine and a good sci-fi film or football game. You'll also often find me listening to smooth R&B jams and old-school Hip-Hop music.

Least favorite things?:
I am not a big fan of sweets, as stated before, but I absolutely despise any chocolate or coconut candy bar. Although I try to stay in shape and exercise, I do not enjoy a lot of physical outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, and swimming. I am not a fan of most music that is played on the radio, especially country music. I'm also not very big on social media, even though I'm a member of every social media platform you can think of. Being the foodie that I am, I also dislike any food that isn't cooked... well, right. If I have to cover my plate with a napkin or fold it up before throwing it in the trash, then I'm definitely not coming back to your house for dinner.

Describe your perfect date:
I've always believed that the perfect first date would be to go exploring and be tourists for a day. We'd hit up museums and famous landmarks in the city, snapping photos of the artifacts and ourselves. We'd stop at the street vendors and try new foods, or maybe just stop at an Italian restaurant for a pizza; I can imagine sitting outside under one of those umbrella's, people watching as we eat. This date is a great way to make lasting memories with my significant other all while learning and seeing something new.

They are deep in the underground rap scene, well-known for their gritty, "boom bap" rap style. Always down to collaborate with other artists, the duo also has a few songs out with other popular underground artists. Sevyn, alone, is widely known for her producing skills; she produces all of Maverick's music, and regularly produces for other artists.

Maverick does it all, from flashy double-time flows to deeply introspective writing. Hailing from Brooklyn, Maverick is one of the more political and culture-forward rap groups. Maverick’s music drips vintage New York; From cadences and patterns down to the drum samples, a lot of Maverick’s music is deeply rooted in boom bap's storied tradition.

Zahir Kane was born in Brooklyn, New York, to Cynthia Kane and a mystery daddy. Two years later, right before the small family relocated to Philly, Sevyn came along. Ever since Sevyn was born, she and her elder half-brother, Zahir, have been practically joined at the hip. Unlike many brother and sisters, the siblings rarely fought with each other, if at all. Their mother taught them from a young age to love and look after one another, so that was exactly what they did. All throughout grade school, Zahir was super protective of his little sister, and vise versa. They did almost everything together: dance classes, singing lessons, jazz band, basketball, and even football. They were voted "best siblings" in their high school yearbook during Zahir's senior year.

It wasn't until the pair were in middle school, about twelve and fourteen years old, that they began to fall in love with music. Despite not having much money, the siblings' single mother always went out of her way to make sure that they had a blessed Christmas. In other words, they almost always received numerous presents. One Christmas, the two each got their own Drum Pads, and the rest was history.

With artists such as Nas, Tupac, and Lauryn Hill as their inspirations, Zahir and Sevyn began to create beautiful music. While both being great lyricists, Sevyn had the singing voice and was a genius when it came to making beats. Zahir, on the other hand, had the dope, unique flow and thought-provoking, controversial lyrics. When they were fourteen and sixteen, the two created their own YouTube channel and, to this day, post their original songs and covers under the name of "Maveriʞ"

When Zahir graduated, he went to a community college and received his associates degree in business. Much to the disdain of his mother, however, Zahir decided not to transfer to a university, wanting to focus more on his music instead. Sevyn followed in her brother's footsteps, only receiving an associate of science degree in psychology before dropping out to become a full-time producer. Thankfully, the siblings have been very successful; Sevyn makes good money producing for artists from around the US, and Zahir has been featured on a few underground projects. Together, their YouTube channel has just a little over four hundred thousand subscribers.

Zahir heard about Endeavour Records signing new talent from one of his connections, and got he and his sister a meeting as soon as he possibly could. For the two of them, this is the opportunity of a lifetime, and a great chance at finally having their dreams come true.
