YELLING, YELLING'S THE WORD.
With more confusion, and Bolter Fire, growing in their ranks. The terminator's find themselves already engulfed in the illusionary atmosphere of the Space Hulk.

Zethidis, eager to get to the fight, fires up into the ceiling of the corridor chamber in hopes of obliterating whatever's up there.

Zethidis fires Snaps Shots at Unknown
  • Snap Shots; Zethidis is reduced to 1d6 BS
  • Zethidis rolls a 5 for ballistics
  • Unknown rolls a 8 for ballistics
  • Zethidis misses

With his Bolter Fire being interrupted by Chaplain Aleros, Zethidis missed any chance he had at filling the unknown xenos with lead. The remainder of the unknown creatures scurried off in the direction of 2nd hall way, with a few going the way of the right one.

As they fled, Deimos was able to capture shots of the vermin's heat signatures with her target finder. The cretans resembled that of multi-limbed, lizard humanoids, with most of the heat resonating from the slobber that dripped from their oversized mouths.

Rand, standing beside the warping 1st hall, was suddenly affected by the Pyschic energy within the corridor. Visages of demons, heretics, and other unsavory thoughts clouded his vision. Yet, due to his strong will, hardened from the fires of the 'red wolf', Rand soon dispels the temptations swarming him.
  • Rand is Disturbed (-1 WS and -1 BS)
  • Rand repels the Disturbed special rule
  • Rand is no longer Disturbed

@GodOfWar KabenSaal brings up a good point. Should we make a stat for our ammunition and keep count?

Edit: Is experience earned and split between the group, or do we earn experience independently based on our own actions? For example, would it be you've killed 5 tyranids, split 250 xp between the 4 of you. Or would it be blah blah killed 2 tyranids they get 100 xp etc.

Hmm... Now for the ammunition, I would say keep a score for your rarer ballistic weapons (such as Kaben's cyclone missile launcher), since Bolter ammo can easily be scavenged and other kinds of ammo can also be improvised.

Regarding the XP, I would say a split up of a total would be appropriate.
Just got the next briefing up, sorry for taking so long.
With the terminators departing from their Drop pod transport into the foreign environment of the space hulk, skepticism rose among the diverse terminators as they drew lines between their chapters.

With the return of Zethidis's servitor, came a more indepth data of the dangers awaiting the terminators within the SpaceHulk.
  • The first corridor showed definite signs of physic energy, mostly chaotic, that reached almost entirely to the back of the dim corridor. Few thermal readings were found, except for a few resembling furnaces.
  • The second corridor emitted an equal magnitude of Pyschic powers, but instead resonated a more savage, omnipotent will. Blotches of thermal signs lined the walls of the 2nd hall.
  • The last hall, yet containing no Pyschic signs, possessed a low sound origin undiscernable to the un-trained ear. Thermal signatures were found among the puddles lining the absolute darkness, more puddles being found near the end of the corridor more so then the entrance.

In addition, scratching sounds and movements could be heard above the terminators, the ceiling coming alive with these hostile sounds.

@GodOfWar Love the opening IC. Is my post appropriate?

Thanks! And yes, your post is fine. We're not looking for full length essays, so a simple, descriptive paragraph or less is totally fine.

>Inquisition Mission log #11980; Relay Imminent:

Striking down onto the surface of the desolate space hulk, 'Fallen Icarus', The terminators of terminator squad B1067 descended by drop pod onto their target. The majority of the squad was successfully transported to the material mass via pods, but a select few were kept for further psychological and physical inspection.

Pods pierced the main abdomen of the space hulk, allowing terminator squad B1067 full access to the core of the hulk. Future transmissions expected within 0.5 day(s)...

The rattle of the Drop pod jumbles your senses as you descended towards your target, The expressions of your comrades covered by their emotionless terminator masks allowing you no comfort of your humanly surroundings. Preparing your equipment and yourself for impact, a soft hum starts to resonate from around the Drop pod as it pierces the Space hulk's thin atmosphere. The hum is soon followed by the harsh reality of contact, breaking through the first layer of imperial ships that served as the space hulk's protective coating.
Slowing down, the inertia of the fall curdling your insides, you arrive at your final destination within the space hulk.

The doors of the drop pod creep open, revealing a landing place within a maze of corridors, distorted and bonded together by years in the warp.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There are three corridors, 2 on the left of the inserted drop pod and 1 on the right, all of which are poorly lite.
  • The first on the left shows signs of Pyschic energy, the walls seemingly morphing and turning within the corner of your spectrum, creating an ominous feel.
  • The second teems with the same Pyschic energy, but instead produces a supernatural growl that carries over to the first hall.
  • The last, located on the right, travels steeply upwards and sustains pools of liquid. The watery substances are reflective, but smell of brimstone.

An interesting point to ponder: how familiar ar we with other meta's? So ar we've been knocking it around old hat like hellboy, butI'm wondering if our group is the exception or the rule? AlsoI'mwonderingif any of our characterswant to have a past with each other? Did any of us who are employed take down an indentured and ring them in to be part of this system?

Does Hellboy even exist? Or did they just, not find him/open the portal/whateverthatguy'soriginstoryis.

If we are ringing our character's pasts together with other personales, and this world is based in the marvel/DC universe. Then I got dibs on hellboy being somewhere in Heretic's origin story. o3o
Whelp, I'm very free on what you put on it's CS, so you may not even get criticism.

Or atleast from me
