She tried to continue eating her ice cream, before the figures before them spoke.
"We are the gods. The Great Council of Gods over the Earth. You have been chosen to defend the Earth and all Humanity. You are all reincarnations of the greatest people in history over the many dimensions of reality." All but one stopped speaking. "I'm one of the senior gods. Please accept this situation as real. Your souls, your past lives will all begin speaking shortly."
"Hmph. It is as he said. Kindly do not give me and my soul a bad name." A mature man's voice spoke, or rather, projected into her mind. She was not hearing it through her ears, but directly, an experience shocking enough that she froze right in the middle of eating her ice cream. "Don't worry! We'll be alright. I'll help you as much as I can. He'd do the same thing after all..." A cheerful voice continued, a young girl, though she sounded wistful at the end. "As they said." A gruff voice offered, but saying nothing else besides that. He doesn't seem like the friendliest of people.
Ah. So I've gone mad. Kanako went right past disbelief and shock, and straight into numbness. It felt like a dream. I hope I don't give Rita too much trouble by going mad right at the station shop.
"No. This is not a cosplay party, Human." One of the gods spoke again, annoyed by Kacey apparently. "This is real. This is entirely real and has nothing to do with Cosplay. In this world there is no reincarnation, this is yet one of the worlds of the multiverse which has no magic at all. I would be surprised you can Awaken on this Earth, if I didn't know better."
"E..Excuse me." She spoke out to the figures seated at the table. "When can we go home?"

Well, I don't really have any specific pairings in mind for Victoria, so if anyone wants a no good magus with a penchant for punching things, just @mention me about it. ^^
