Current Memes aside, pineapples on pizza is ok actually. Being shat on for liking things different from other people gets old after a while.

Sweet. I already have an idea on what to do.
When in the depths of utter despair, when your ambitions crumbles around you, when deepest anger rises up and you're no longer concerned with what happened, when your whole being is focused into one singular emotion.

At least, that's how I had imagined it working. ^^;
Oh right, I'm supposed to take control of the two and write the three round thing. ^^;

Oh? Was the overseer disappointed? There was a slight smile of amusement on Alice's face back in her house; she had thought the Overseer would be some stuffy old priest. But priest or not, he was still the one overseeing this ritual, the neutral faction that will take in any and all that wished for their protection, specifically those magus that cannot fight any longer, or those that wished to forfeit.

Even observing from far away, she couldn't help but feel sorry for the Overseer. Perhaps she could invite him to some tea some day.

"Good evening." The doll bowed. "Apologies for not making a personal appearance, but I'm sure you understand our position."

With that Alice waited for her Servant's question to be answered. There seemed to be only one other familiar at the moment visiting the Overseer. Perhaps they felt the need to visit after a more convenient time? As for that Overseer, that Servant; he was much more than he seemed, even though his parameters seemed oddly low, with the exception of his Luck. Which land's hero was he?

With a nod to Ruler's last comment, the doll answered. "It shames me to admit it, but I've hardly any knowledge of this Grail War ritual, save that one must summon a Servant, and fight six other participants to win possession of a Holy Grail. A Holy Grail that can grant anyone one wish. But, I have barely any knowledge of the specifics of the war. For starters, what are the rules of this war? Oh, Rider, you're free to partake of the food inside if you wish."

That much was true. Alice had rushed to Japan as soon as she could finish preparing her items when she caught wind of the ritual, and read only a few of the texts about it. There were other reasons for her to ask questions as well, reasons that might or might not involve waiting for the other Masters to show up, particularly those who might not be prudent or skilled enough to send a familiar in their place. Perhaps she might even try to gauge one particularly unlucky Master's strength.

For now, however, Rider seemed to be the sole Servant here.
much much better than the first port, in terms of stability and porting quality. They polished up the gameplay as well, gave a new spin on every single one of the weapons and added two more types. The game going onto a large relatively open world sort of thing was a good move imo. It made the world more alive, and feel more populated. There are secrets here and there that you can only find while exploring.

Storywise, its alright. Its nothing to write about, but its not something you can say was bad either.
Im into toukiden 2 recently. Its pretty fun. So far the only real monster hunting game on PC afaik. God Eater doesn't count, because its less hunting, and more arena fighting.

I wish sometimes the Monster Hunter series was on PC. Theres one, but its only in China.
If its horror or anything, I'm not too interested in those. They bore me. Especially those with jumpscares. Those are either annoying or just plain boring.
We could set up a discord server as well, so we can chat better.

Speaking of which, how will the IC start?
It seemed there were more and more people coming into the room, more than she remembered being here last night. Perhaps she did not notice them, or perhaps they were called in there by those who were present at the gashadokuro incident last night. There was one that fitted that description, studying her intensely as he moved around her.

"Huh? What is it?" Yagra looked back questioningly, before taking another swig from her sake gourd. "S'there something on my face or something?"

"Hey! Sorry if I'm being rather indelicate, but... You're also not human, right?"

Oh, so that was it. Simple curiosity. He seemed to be a friend of the nukekubi, and seemed to come from far away as well. Youkai wasn't easy to identify nowadays when most of them were hiding their identity after all; for one who haven't seen an oni before, seeing her must be like a mountain man seeing the sea for the first time.

"First time seeing an oni?" She laughed, before offering him her sake gourd. "I don't blame ya. We've all been hiding from the humans after all. Can't tell if anyone's a youkai most of the time."

She must say, this was turning out out to be very entertaining; already there was work to be done, and money to be earned. It was unfortunate that people got lost in the mirror world, but she had absolutely zero doubt that they would be rescued in time. You lose when you start despairing before you have done everything you can after all.

"... The oni, the... tengu, and the wolf, then. Now let me go through the portal."

There it was. As Yagra had expected, her, the black haired tengu and the okami from last night was chosen first. A inevitable outcome, considering how important this seemed to the lightning girl. All of the youkai the girl had chosen were known to be strong, an obvious choice when trying to make sure nothing will go wrong. Yagra was not about to complain however, for work was work. Plus, she get to save someone in the process, a win win for everyone.

"Can we go now, or what?"

"Calm down," Yagra stood up and put a hand to the girl's shoulders. "Rushing in blindly would just inconvenience everyone, including whoever it is you're trying to rescue. Don't worry, we'll rescue them."

She moved to enter the portal first, resting her kanabo on her shoulder. Yagra gave a friendly slap to the okami's back, and a nod towards the tengu.

"Oh and call me Yagra."

With that she went over to the mirror world, seemingly nonchalant in the face of unknown danger.
