Gram poked the felled Ursa Major in its lifeless eyes. Yup. Definitely dead. Shame, but perhaps he could turn this disappointment into an advantage... His eyes darted up to the Ursa Major's back, at the bone spikes protruding from it. He definitely could turn this unsatisfying kill into a fun little advantage, indeed.

Gram climbed up onto the oversized bear and wrapped a hand around one of the sharper bone spikes and yanked as hard as possible. It was easily 'uprooted' by the young man, who inspected the spike rather casually before holding it under his arm and pulling out the others. Finally, he picked out the sharpest, most wicked looking two and held on to them, leaving the rest in a neat pile.

After giving his new 'swords' a few practice swings and stabs, Gram went on his jolly way.
Atalanta looked in the direction pointed out to her, seeing nothing but treeline with her average human eyes. Normally she'd be asking some kind of variation of 'are you okay bro?', but the again it wasn't as if they were going backwards from where they'd landed, so what Isaac saw could conceivably be in that rough direction. It wasn't as if they had any better plans anyway.

Atalanta shrugged. "Alright then, let's head out," she said, taking aim with her gauntlets and firing off her grapnels, "Don't worry about me leaving you all alone out here, I'll be sure not to be travelling too fast." And with that, she shot herself into the forest.
Back from dinnah.
Speaking of Teams, I should find a partner for Gram...

It looks like VK's got Frey in an interaction, so...

Arc? Elsa?
So you're saying...

Shade can't destroy that pussy?

EDIT: I'll show myself the door.
Atalanta registered a noise following behind her that sounded much like rustling leaves, broken branches, and footfalls. Another student, or a Grimm? The hooded girl fired both of her grapnels into a single tree, pulling her body towards the trunk. She left the anchor within the tree in order to keep herself high enough off the ground so a Grimm couldn't attack, but low enough that she could see any potential partners. The overall appearance of her clinging to that tree made her look something like a spider... person.

If the incoming presence was a Grimm, she'd merely dispatch it and get on her way. Honestly, she didn't even want to be waiting, but on the off-chance it was another student, she'd be able to finish up that 'gain a partner' objective. So she patiently waited for the inevitable appearance.

Suddenly, Isaac.

"Yo Isaac. Up here," Atalanta waved from her perch. Looks like it was indeed a student, and the one she had agreed to partner up with previously. Perfect. She unanchored and slid along the tree onto ground level. "Did you get a decent look at the place up there? Any directions that look interesting?"
Gram jaunted through the forest without a care in the world. He had yet to encounter any potential partners, or any of the Grimm that allegedly patrolled these wilds. The trainee figured that was fine - it only made it that much more easy to pick up... whatever it was they were looking for. Perhaps Professor Ozpin could've been more specific regarding that. What if there was something that looked a lot like something they were supposed to be looking for, but wasn't? What then? Hopefully what they were looking for would be super obvious. Like a... golden shiny thing. Whatever. He'd see in due time.

Gram stopped in his tracks and backhanded the tree to his right, blasting a sizable hole within it and sending splinters and dust flying away from him. "Oho, what do we have here...?" he asked, smiling ominously as the debris began to settle, revealing the form of an Ursa Major, a far larger version of the smaller, more common occurrence. "You certainly look like an interesting-looking toy to play with!" Gram declared, smiling wider and extending out his arms in greeting, "I'm Gram. It's a pleasure to meet you."

He then proceeded to push the the tree onto the Ursa Major as the beast let out its roar. It died with an (un)satisfying SPLAT!.

"...Well that wasn't as fun as I thought it'd be."
I'll grab Jie then.

Oh yeah, who were you referring to when Isaac saw a girl? Was it Whitney, Jie, Alexis, or Atlanta? :)

Methinks its meself.
...How the hell do I go to sleep and wake up with my pillows and blankets all rotated 90°?
Arashi blinked twice before looking at Sakura with possibly the most bewildered 'are-you-a-freaking-idiot' face ever seen in all the lands. This dragon was attempting to negotiate her escape. Or rather, was probably trying to negotiate her escape. If she was, it was horribly such a horribly ineffectual attempt that he almost felt sorry for her. If this was to be an accurate display of her level of intelligence, maybe she couldn't even help him accomplish his goal.

Yeah. Perhaps he should bring her back. If only to get a smarter dragon. Then again, that would make his next attempt about a billion times harder than it was this time. Same case if he were to bring her back and attempt to get a metaphorical refund. Except the latter had much more chance of getting himself eaten. Maybe not by the dragon before him, but probably by the dragons back at the farm.

There was a strange silence after all of the dragon's talking. Arashi, having worn that same look on his face during the entirety of Sakura's speech, sighed loudly, putting a hand to his face and allowing it to slide off slowly.

"Okay. Let me explain to you something. One: I'm not letting you go. Period. Two: We're really far from your home, and, even if I wanted to, I'm not going to walk all the way back. Three: Thanks for disposing of my leftovers. Four: You're probably going to be attempting to escape if I take those binds off. But I'll do it," Arashi said matter-of-factly, before turning away to sift through his bag. He removed another line of rope and approached Sakura from behind, where she couldn't see him.

Arashi tied a makeshift collar to her neck, and tied the other end onto his waist. Then he got to work on the bindings, finally freeing the young dragon. Sort of.
