Since both techniques causes too much causality, Professor Jean Scherazade created Mega Burst or now known as 'The Ring'.First each are given hi-tech bracelets that allows them to go inside the game world/virtual world.
All players will have a ring that allows them to use two keyword spells in the game: It's where both magic and technology are applicable, though only artificial mage are commonly seen.
1. Book - by saying the keyword "Book", it will cause a Card Binder to materialize for the player's personal use to stash cards.
2. Gain - by saying the keyword "Gain" an item in its card form will turn back into its material form but can't return to its card form again.

Project RMDW stands for: Renkai Mass Destruction Weapons, and, while it won't be like a nuke, the subjects of the project are rather powerful and they are able to decimate entire armies by themselves (Level 5 esper power level). This project is entirely legal, but it is not public, high ranks are the only ones that know about it. Basically, it is special training for the talented to enter the military after they come of age. Even for those in it, there are still lots of secrets to be unveiled.

So my SDer won't fit in there? He'd be more really high-Level 3/mid-Level 4 if we're using Toaru rankings and doesn't really have any anti-army attacks, just anti-unit ones. I could definitely see him being trained as a kind of recon/sniper/spy fellow, but no more than that, probably. Would he still be eligible or no?

Also, coming of age is 16 right? If that's when you can pilot a mech I assume that's when you can train to be a super soldier.

Also, apparently you can use Spatial Distortion to slow and accelerate time because of physics. Fancy that.

"Ne... The day's rather nice isn't it...?" mumbled a sleepy voice as it's brown-haired owner slowly awoke from his rest. The light Spring breeze and the sun shining onto him made for a rather comfortably warm combination. While it was indeed odd for a young man to be sleeping on the rooftop of his apartment building rather than the bedroom of his cheap apartment, Ren found it much more soothing to be exposed to the elements. The fact that the Island Nation was rather warm all year 'round due to its proximity to the equator was quite the bonus as well. Sure there was the occasional storm or such that would force him back into the aforementioned cheap student apartment, but all in all, he much preferred the outside to the choppy AC of his apartment, though that didn't mean he wouldn't use its utilities when necessary.

"Hrumph," Ren grunted as he got up off ground and dusted off his clothes from yesterday. As per his usual morning routine, Ren would go back down to his room, take a quick shower, prepare himself a new set of clothes for the day, and then head off for wherever. Sometimes he'd go for a kind of breakfast afterwards, but that wasn't all too often as he usually found himself not needing the foodstuffs.

The Terrenian tribal-turned-ESPer stepped out of the elevator on the bottom floor and waltzed out the door, whistling to himself a little tune. Yeah, going for breakfast at that one cafe just a few blocks away from the beach on his way to class seemed like a decent idea.
