Those aren't mutually exclusive. If you want to run all the NPCs and make a character, then that's fine. But yeah, do what you want.
Displaying tentative interest...

Would a courier who has the magical ability to 'distort space'* in order to aid his parkour work here? If not, that's fine. Just askin' since I have an affinity for messenger-types

* and by that, I mean something like 'distance from A to B shortened by 3 meters' nothing absurd like 'all of the sudden: black hole'. It's more like limited Teleportation actually, except not... If that made any sense.
1B, or C, which stands for 'doesn't matter'

All right guys, here are the options so far:Have it set in Canada during the winterHave it set in Lousiana (New Orleans perhaps?)Have it set in the institute

I though the options were

Canada
Louisiana
Massachusetts/Institute

And then a second vote for

Winter
Not Winter
Group vote, probably.
Well it's not as if we have to don ski masks or anything too drastic. It's snowing, not blizzard...ing. Hats are something that both shows face and keeps you more or less warm. Or you could go headgear-less.

Granted my character is mostly going to be wearing a mask/helmet whether we're in winter or not, meaning the whole weather problem doesn't really apply to me, so take what I say with a grain of salt.
I'll post for my characters after you, boss.
So, what's up gaiz?
You have to admit that was almost the perfect set-up for that.

Wait. Jfc, I can't even quote right. There's no 'in' and it's 'you' not 'me'. Bleh.
'Patrolling in the Mojave almost makes me wish for a nuclear winter'

EDIT: Also, another fellow Canadian? Yeeeeah!
