"Advice taken," Rani said rather bluntly from his position on the ground in response to taller, brown-haired young man's quip about watching where he was walking. Fortunately for Rani, however, Cyril didn't just leave the poor bloke there and go off on his own way. Rather, the normally abrasive teen had taken the liberty of hauling Raniero upright. "Thank you," the sickly-looking young teen said with a smile and a bit of a nod towards Cyril, who seemed to have just decided to walk off. Raniero watched him for a bit, before noticing what direction he was going - he was following the creeper and Mr. Bologna to the latter's office, it seemed.

"Three others come up with similar conclusion. I come up with same. In theory, should be a good idea," Rani mumbled to himself before deciding upon committing to the idea that he and the others had thought of attempting. He too was rather curious as to the odd swimming trunks-clad man's motives as to going to school, as well as what that whole business he was blabbering on about regarding being from ten years in the future was all about. Assuming what he heard wasn't just some defect in his own admittedly damaged mentality. "Cyril. Following Bologna and new boy as well?" Rani asked, having rushed to catch up to the person in question's pace. Walking on his own was perfectly fine with Rani, sure, but that didn't mean that he wanted to end up wasting the creeper's time by making him explain thrice. Having lived with keeping efficiency a priority for his waking life, he had learned how to keep most things short and sweet.

Upon arrival at the office, Rani took a moment to rub his eyes to see if they were still working properly. Sure, a brown haired young man was there, but this one was fully clothed and looked roughly 8-10 years younger! And he was pretty sure that the creeper from earlier wasn't named Daisuke. They might've looked alike, but there were distinct differences. He also noted that Daisuke was soaking, which Cyril had remarked on already. "Pushed in canals, maybe? Or fell in? Willingly swam is doubtful, but possible (why clothes would be on, another case...)," Rani commented, building off of Cyril's comment, "Perhaps strange man's time travel talk was true. Dropped off at pool, maybe. Beach is equally likely. Though general time travel theory... very unlikely. Implausible, really."
Besides, if Durnehviir gets impatient he can always make a second CS :3

Or he could have her interact with us now and then later have her character be like "Oh you gotta be kidding me, it's you guys?"

Also, I shot that post for you Twilight.
Interest get.
Raniero watched on as the half-naked Daisuke(?) seemed to hold a rather brief conversation with Jakki, though evidently there was significantly less talking from the female part, before being dragged off by Mr. Bologna. The pale young man didn't hear much of the conversation, given his distance from the speakers, but he could absolutely swear that the male half of the conversation shouted something like 'good luck in karate' and 'be nice to my younger self' after giving a standard departure message. But that couldn't have been what he had said, right? Daisuke just moved here, so he wouldn't have had time to learn of Jak's participation in the Karate Club. With that knowledge in mind, the brain-damaged young man came to the conclusion that that most definitely was not Daisuke, just some creeper who looked like him.

"Time travel nonexistent. Like special rainbow fire. Likely just a creeper," Rani thought aloud to himself before putting his hand to his chin in thought, "Wait. No. Time travel nonexistent now. In future, perhaps. Magic fire still implausible. Definitely just coma dream." He plucked a wilted rose from the patch, something to compare his garden at home to, and began to hobble towards Jak and David, the latter of which seemed to have approached the former after the odd male was forcibly dragged off and Rani was musing to himself. Maybe he was getting answers just like Rani intended to do. Unfortunately, it seemed that he had decided to approach them too late, as before he got there the two had decided to run off.

Rani put his hand to the electrode device on his neck. He still had 15 minutes, and if he overclocked his implants he could definitely catch up to them. "...No. Not now," he affirmed, deciding that doing so wouldn't be a proper course of action. "Will ask later," Raniero nodded, "definitely." He looked down to the dead flower he was turning in his hands before turning on his heel and bumping into Cyril, who was apparently directly beside him. Oops.

"Sorry," Rani said, despite the fact it was him sitting on the ground, after having been knocked off balance.
Maybe tomorrow, I gotta go as well.
Between Cyril and Fionn or in general? If it's the former I'll nab Cyril because IIRC you made interaction plans with Goth for Fionn and Angel. Don't want to botch it in case you're still doing it~
Anywho, offer stands for anyone, not just Twilight: feel free to interact with Raniero if you wish.
Night Flames shouldn't be a problem at all, since none of our characters should be physically able to have them, and even then they're still grossly OP.

Earth Flames are... actually not so complex, but I think we'd all prefer to focus more on the Sky Flames to not over-complicate everything.

Anyone wanna interact with my characters?

You should visit Rani and his flowers ^^

Durnehviir said Though, if the invented flames are a problem I could remove them no problem. I kinda hope that I can keep the character design as it is, but if everyone is uncomfortable with the character I have no problem making adjustments.

Well, it's not because they're custom I don't like them. It's because you don't elaborate on them at all, and the one you do elaborate on can easily be replaced by an existing one, in this case the Lightning Flame. In fact, it would make more sense that for your katana to conduct Sky (as in category, not individual) Dying Will Flames for different effects rather than make a new Flame that does exactly what another Flame already does better.

TL;DR: Sun + Lightning > Sun - Supernova/Kaos
Well, dunno if my opinion is particularly wanted since it might make the situation more complex than it is, but I might as well put my two cents in as someone who's read both the manga and watched the anime.

Don't see a problem with the rest of the CS, 'cept for the Flames stuff.

Reborn mentioned that other Families have begun to develop bootleg DW Bullets, and that was only a week after the Future Arc. This is 20 years. That, plus the 7 year training bit, is enough justification I'd think. Now if she were getting Dying Will Mode without Bullets/Pills, then I'd have a problem. Though I do dislike having two more custom Flame types with no justification apart from having a special weapon with special properties. Especially since before Decimo, only the Vongola had the capacity to use Flames (not counting Flames of Wrath or Mist Flames, which apparently anyone can use without having a ring or special weapon). Though if it had just been considered a fancy-ass katana before Flames came along and they discovered it's capabilities, then I might budge a little.

Also, Sun Flames don't sharpen, Lightning does.

...Might give my opinion on whether it's OP or not, but after I go for dinner.
Or one's a vic and the other's a murderer.
