Appearance: Something like this but with redder hair and with armor that's slightly more Greek.
Personality: For a great hero from the Age of Gods, Odysseus is surprisingly lax. Perhaps it has something to do with being forced into all those fancy adventures of his. He's the type who does whatever he feels doing, often completely unrelated to the war, and prefers to solve conflicts he's involved in diplomatically without having to resort to tests of might. Don't take his preference for combat avoidance as a sign of weakness, however. A veteran of many adventures, Ruler is a cunning warrior, ruthless and merciless to his enemies and willing to grind them into the dirt in order to secure a quick, efficient victory for his side. Though he does possess a sense of 'hero's honor', he prefers to fight like more like an Assassin, altering the definition of what fair combat is in order to suit his needs. It could be said that Ruler's preference for diplomacy is not born out of pacifism, but rather born out of lack of motivation.

The talent to impel a ship and those who the user identifies with. Because the ability as a group leader is also necessary, this unique Skill also has the effects of both Charisma and Military Tactics.

A+: Provides Military Tactics and Charisma at roughly B-Rank

Magic Resistance
Protection against magical effects. Differently from the Resistance effect that merely rejects prana, this ability cancels the spells altogether.

A: Cancel spells of A-Rank or below. In practice, Ruler is untouchable to modern magi, so it would not be an exaggeration to title him a "Magus Killer".

Eye of Mind (True)
A heightened capacity for observation, refined through experience.

A: Capable of calm analysis of battle conditions even when in danger and deduce an appropriate course of action after considering all possibilities to escape from a predicament. So long there is even a chance of a comeback, this ability greatly improves the chances of winning

Prana Burst (Wind)
The increase in performance caused by infusing one's weapons and body with wind-based magical energy and instantly expelling it. Simply put, recreating the effect of a jet burst by expending large amounts of prana.

C: Ruler most often uses this skill to change the direction and/or increase the force of his arrows. However, this skill cannot be used in a westward direction and impossible maneuvers are still impossible.

Protection of the Divine (Athena)
The blessing of a Divine Spirit. Specifically, Athena, Goddess of skill, strategy, and warfare. This skill negates mental interference and provides a boost to Luck when solving a problem.

Noble Phantasms:
The Odyssey: Ten Years to Voyage Home
A+, Anti-Army
A crystallization of Ruler's danger-wrought ten year journey back home.

This Noble Phantasm allows Ruler to manifest any of his trials against his enemies. From the siren song to a rampaging cyclops to the lotus eater garden, Ruler can force anybody within the vicinity of the Noble Phantasm to experience whatever ordeal of his own that he chooses. Similarly to the Gate of Babylon, the only cost is summoning and dispelling. Unfortunately, Ruler is only the summoner not the controller, meaning that he and his master are valid targets as well... Though he can just deactivate the Noble Phantasm. Additionally, Ruler cannot re-summon entities or setpieces that have been killed or destroyed, nor can he manifest more than one at a time.

Trojan Horse: Beware of Greeks Bearing Gifts
B+, Anti-Unit
A crystallization of Ruler's cunning and trickery, named after his greatest deception: the Wooden Horse of Troy.

When activated, this Noble Phantasm provides Ruler with Rank-A Presence Concealment (It is possible to disappear completely and become almost impossible to be detected. However, it is dispelled if any preparations to attack are taken) or the ability to change his form, depending on choice. Passively it feeds false information about Ruler's stats and parameters, and gives him a boost to Strength and Agility when surprise attacking. The passive ability is dispelled once one knows Ruler's true name. Additionally Presence Concealment will be reduced to C-Rank (Suitable for infiltration).

Great Bow of Ithaca: Unstrung Proof of Kingship
D~B, Anti-Unit
A crystallization of Ruler's title as the greatest archer in Greece, as well as that of his bow, which was unable to be strung by anyone other than himself.

The bow itself is large, befitting its title of 'great', and fires arrows that are more like spears or javelins in nature. Not a flashy Noble Phantasm, Great Bow of Ithaca has a few simple yet potent effects. Its rank as a Noble Phantasm increases against those who have broken sacred hospitality, whether in legend or in the war, as well as when it is used in a surprise attack.
Misc: As an impartial mediator chosen by the Greater Grail, Ruler possesses 6 Command Spells which he can use to impose the authority of the GG/GM

The talent to reduce the enemy forces in the preliminary stages before going into battle. An expert of traps. The higher the ranking of this skill, the more one's spiritual status as a hero declines.

A+: At this rank it is possible to disable nearly 60% of the total military force before the enemy advances. Additionally, attacks undetected by the target at first, as well as those with unknown effects, deal an extra rank of damage.

Firearms Mastery
The capacity to fight with modern firearms. This skill modifies damage dealt by mundane firearms wielded by the Servant with this skill.

C+: Damage from long range firearms or firearms of similar calibre are equal to C+-Rank; damage from automatic weapons, shotguns, and other 'lightweight' two-handed guns or firearms of similar calibre are equal to C-Rank; damage from one-handed firearms and firearms of similar calibre are equal to D-Rank.

A heightened capacity for observation, refined through experience.

Personality: With a voice of the most deadpan variety, True Assassin's naturally a pretty serious guy, preferring things to be simple and straightforward. Quick and efficient, like an assassin should be. He's loyal to his Master, and unwaveringly devoted to completing his objectives, no matter what is asked of him. He might not like it, but he'll still do it, albeit begrudgingly. Fortunately, he's much less of a spoilsport when he gets going with his Noble Phantasm.

The strength of vitality for predicaments. Also, the ability to withdraw from combat and reach allied territory alive after being defeated.

A+: Makes possible to fight even with deadly injuries and can remain alive so long as one does not destroy the brain.

Self-Modification
The aptitude to merge one's own flesh with body parts of others. The higher the ranking in this skill, the further away one is from being a proper hero.

Projectile (Daggers)
The expertise for throwing projectile weapons; in this case, daggers.

B: Thrown projectile weapons are now comparable to bullets.

Mental Pollution
Makes it highly possible to shut out any mental interference Thaumaturgy, due possessing a distorted mentality. However, at the same time it becomes impossible to come to an understanding with individuals that do not possess an equivalent rank of mental pollution.

X: See Noble Phantasm. Assassin, at basic, does not actually possess this skill.

Noble Phantasms:
Zabaniya: Delusional Graverobber
C++, Anti-Unit
The bodily alteration of one who received the title of Hassan-i Sabbah. In this case, the integration of a ghul - different from Nasuverse!Ghouls, these are a type of shapeshifting jinn that dwells in deserts and burial grounds, and consumes the dead, among other things - into oneself.

This ability allows Assassin to integrate the body parts of the deceased into his own body. Upon invoking the name of his Zabaniya, Assassin can fashion his raw bodily materials into whatever he pleases, limited only by the amount of material he has available. While this use is mostly activated to assist in combat ability, it does possess the ability to change into one of the deceased it has consumed, assuming the entire corpse was integrated... However hiding the extra body mass from all the other corpses is a whole different problem entirely. In addition to its bodily integration aspect as well an increase in Strength and Endurance parameters depending on the amount and quality of the bodies at hand. Unfortunately, after consuming somewhere between 10-20 bodies, or one Servant or Master, Assassin's mentality will begin to degrade, at a rate equal to Mental Pollution of (E-)-Rank. This increases to E, D, and so on for every Servant or Master integrated, while mundane corpses will only increase it by a +, with 4 +'s equating to a Rank-Up. This effect can be reduced a single rank by disposing of the attached bodies, though the rest of the ranks are permanent, and reintegrating the bodies not only restores it, but increases it further by how many bodies have been consumed.
