So I had a question, and Wraith felt I should toss it up on here. I've noticed that with the CS for Kami no Kage (if that's right) mentions that crosses burn vampires and a whole lot of other Chistianity-based mythology. I was wondering how cannon we want to make that? I know of some vampire lore that religious symbols only affect vampires if they held those religious beliefs in their human life. My character, for example, is VERY VERY old and comes from a time in North American where Christianity, and monotheism in general, was non-existent. Being the naturalist that Mo is, she hasn't really left the forests of her homeland and would hardly recognize a cross as anything more than the materials it was made from, let alone be burned one. Just my thoughts, any opinions/responses?
Lady Mohowauuck held the letter in her hand as she walked, glancing one last time at the meetup-point coordinates posted on it. This seemed to be the the place, maybe the base was underground, because it seemed pretty vacant otherwise. The sour scent of city air met Mo's nose and she grimaced. Humans ruined the beautiful world that they were blessed with, and the smog blocked out the stars and grossly thickened the air. Lady Mo's hatred of humans grew substantially throughout her thousands of years on this Earth. At first, they weren't that bad... but recently their vile 'cities' began to plague the world, cropping up like blemishes on the face of the planet. All the more reason that this letter couldn't have come at a better time... it was time for war, and Lady Mohowauuck - the man eater, mother earth, goddess gaea incarnate herself - she would lead the battle against humanity. But first, she had to find this 'Magnus'.
Lol she best be pretty crafty in her response. :p
Beatrix felt cold all over as consciousness returned to her. Despite the pain, she closed her eyes tight and pushed herself up off of the ground. Trixy was not weak, she may have gotten knocked down, but she was nowhere near out of this fight. She opened her eyes at the scent that wafted up from the pool of her own blood, it only served to fuel her fire even more. The wound didn't worry her, in fact, her forehead was already starting to heal. Bloodlust was guiding her fight now, and the sweet and spicy taste off a freshly turned rogue would be just the thing to quell her appetite. She raked her eyes back and forth, taking in her surroundings. A few of the rogues had been taken down, but there were still countless others running amongst them. Alistair was coming to her aid, but she held up a halting hand to him. Beatrix De la Croix needed the help of no man. She turned to see a young vampire rogue that appeared to be retreating. Come to mention it... a lot of the rogues seemed to be pulling away. But why? They had the upper hand. Although she was weary of the rogues' battle strategies, Trixy chose her target. Forgoing her beloved guns and relying on pure animalistic instinct alone, Beatrix launched herself at the nearby young rogue. She wrapped her legs and arms around the newbie vamp from behind, clinging to her target with a great amount of strength. Trixy grabbed a hearty fistful of the vampire's pretty auburn hair and ripped her head to the side. The force that Trixy used caused the skin on the rogues neck to split and dark vampire blood began to seep out. Beatrix' eyes lit up with scarlet hunger and she savagely sank her fangs into the rogue's flesh, not caring that she was practically bathing her face in blood. The sanguine delicacy served to accelerate the healing in her forehead, but it also influenced her personality in what some would say were 'negative' ways. Trixy turned her steely blue eyes to another nearby rogue. She tilted her head to the side and gave the girl a crazed look, looking more like she belonged in an asylum than at the beach. The rogue girl had offered to heal Trixy earlier, claiming to be a healer. Most likely she was just trying to cover her tracks and save herself. Trixy saw her for what she was, a liar and a turn-cloak rogue. Beatrix let loose a throaty growl through bared fangs at the girl. "Oh, I very much enjoy the taste of the pretty ones, Ali." she said in a eerie sing-song voice, but her stoney gaze was locked on Adelisa.
Lol I never doubted you enough to bet, Wraith.
yay. can't wait to see Ali kickin ass :)

Vampire ninja? That totally sounds like my Skyrim character XD. Sounds like it was a hella crazy time in the last rp. Shame I didn't join. Also cool character Silent. Native American vampire ftw!

Thanks! I'm excited to roleplay with her... she is a new character type for me in multiple ways. :D
Name: Lady Mohowauuck (Mo), also mistaken for the goddess Gaia/Gaea Age: Looks like a fully-matured woman, around 30. When you were turned: unknown, all she knows of life is being a vampire. Clothes: Often seen in traditional Mohawk garb – a poncho-like tunic called an overdress and a wraparound skirt with shorter leggings. Hair: A dark rich brown with forest green highlights throughout it, gathered in a long, loose braid that hangs down in front of her left shoulder and breast. Eyes: Emerald green with swirls of cerulean blue.
Weapons: none Powers: - Mother Earth – Mo can commune with the spirits of the flora around her. She speaks with the plants, and feels their joy and pain. It is in her nature to protect them, to fight for them against human destruction. They see her as a mother of sorts, and bend to her will. As she fights for them, they to, will fight for her. In short, Mohowauuck can commune with and control plants, including speeding up their growth and reproduction. - Wild Shape – Lady Mo is just as attuned to fauna as she is to flora. Mo can take on the shape of any animal found in the Northeastern forests of North America, as these are the homelands she was born to. (Wolf, bear, fox, etc…) Mohowauuck is most commonly seen in the form of a giant arctic white wolf, making her one of the only vampires to gain the respect of and sometimes even the following of the werewolves. - Colors of the Wind – Mohowauuck can channel her emotions into the forces of nature, sometimes without even realizing it. Where one’s sadness might be expressed in tears, Mo’s despair brings the clouds and rain. When Lady Mo is angered, the raging storms and blizzards can wreak havoc and destruction upon humanity. -Spirit Speaker – It is a common Native American belief that all living things have a spirit and a name. Lady Mo can sense the spirits of those around her, both the living and the dead. And should they choose to speak to her, she will always listen and maybe even respond to their needs. Bio/Personality: Being an ageless immortal, Mohowauuck has a cold aloofness towards others. The only humans she has taken company with were the original peoples of the US, as they were the only humans she ever encountered with a true respect for the earth and religious relationship with nature. She fought alongside the natives in what is now NY that’s modern day tribe name shares a likeness to her own chosen name. Mohowauuck is the Algonkian word for man-eaters, as the enemy tribe often called the group of people she led in battle. As a vampire, she sired a few warriors in her fight against humanity, and their pension for partaking of their enemy’s blood in battle did not go unnoticed, apparently. Lady Mohowauuck wears the name with pride, as do her chosen people, who have simplified it to the Mohawks. Lady Mo is fierce in battle, a combination of the forces of nature, a Mohawk warrior, and a savage beast. She does see herself as a goddess of sorts, a protector of the lands. She believes that being a vampire is superior to humanity, as the vile humans need a predator to limit their existence and their potential to destroy the Earth. As a self-proclaimed Mother Earth, she needs to protect her child the only way she knows how… to take down any enemy in her path.
At the docks, the coastal scents gave Beatrix a salty kiss on the nose. She had long loved the Atlantic, in all its cerulean beauty, though she was more accustomed to its eastern side. Even after over six centuries of life, one could get caught up in moments of nature’s grace and grandeur – maybe even more so than those of a human lifespan do. The purity of the moment was tainted, however. Centuries of sneaking around, acting, lying, killing… it could change a person. Correction, it did change a person. Béatrix has eyes like a hawk, always watching, sensitive to the slightest change in surroundings, body prepped for fight or flight – but with Trixy it was normally fight. Fighting is all she knows, and she’s damn good at it. Maybe that’s good thing, like a warrior’s survival instincts, but with Trixy it was more likely paranoia. Alistair’s whisper pierced the silence, so he felt it too. The way the winds shifted, the static in the air, the feeling of tiny spiders crawling up one’s back. It was like that moment when the clouds have stitched together all the raindrops, and they are hanging from the precipice just milliseconds before the storm. For a time, there was peaceful stillness. And then the lightning struck. Rogues surrounded the Blackmoore clan like a flood. Holy shit, how many of them were there? Enough to surround and separate them, apparently. These weren’t just any rogues, this was a group… this was organized. “Fuck.” Was the last word Béatrix spoke before crouching down. Battle made her a different person, fighting with werewolves for so long had made her instincts feral and animalistic. Her icy blue eyes shifted to a dark crimson as she bared her elongated fangs and reached back for her glocks. The decision was made, as it always was… Fight. Trixy focused on those immediately surrounding her, of which there were four. They were quick, closing in on her and blocking off her sight of the others. She raised both her arms and poised them for a clean head shot on the two nearest rogues. Her bullets were special issue, able to take out vampire, human and werewolf alike. They were a mixture of titanium, silver, fireproofed wood, and they blessed with holy water - for good measure. The shots made their marks, as they always did from Trixy’s hand. The two rogues sunk down like deflated balloons; she’d fully decapitate them later and let their dust scatter to the shore. Béatrix let out a short burst of maniacal laughter at the excitement of the kill. Blood was now splattered across her face due to the proximity of the rogues when she shot them. Much better… she thought, with a delighted shimmer in her eyes. Trixy turned her attention to the third nearest rogue and twirled one of her guns on her finger before taking aim once more. The shot went off, but not before the fourth rogue reached Trixy with inhuman speed. He was faster than most vamps, which was what really caught her off guard… the next thing she felt was a sharp pain, and then blackness. The kick met the back of her head with all the force of a freight train, causing her vision to falter. First the color faded to grey, and then the grey fizzled into darkness. She wasn’t gone for long, though. Trixy’s head cracked the pavement like a bowling ball, jolting her back into alertness. She felt the moisture forming on her forehead as blood pooled to the surface. She opened her eyes to that she managed to kill the third rogue, as his paralyzed eyes stared back into hers just inches away, but the fourth that did this to her seemed to have run off…
