Does a bit more digging and finds that the Nords see the Voice as a gift from Kyne, and all Nords are capable to some degree of it's use.

Magic is not what Skyrim is known for. It's the Shouts. Which is Thu'um. And that stuff is already complicated. But there is a way to learn more of it, through Herma Mora, but I doubt he'd help. He would definitely watch, however.

I also wish the college had more knowledge on magic, but the sad reality is Nords do not like it. They have a general distrust for the arcane. So to learn more it would require a trip to the Arcane University. Which isn't very feasible at the moment.

I'm just excited that I can learn something new about the game I love. This stuff is just amazing. Recently found a book I never did find and learned about Ysmir. His legends were the start of this rabbit hole I've fallen into.

Also yes, brotherhood use powers given by Sithis to the Night Mother.

Aye. XD but it is the nature of his magic which is in question... This rabbit hole goes deep. And my notes are quite wild. Thanks to the open-ended answers I keep finding... Like how Mysticism is never truly explained. Only referred to as the use of conundrums and paradoxes and patterns. This shall be Corinth's quest. Find out about why this magic is something he uses... And how to better control it. I didn't even realize this stuff when I made my character, because it's not in any Skyrim lore, as they dropped it as a class of magic.

Update: Magic is weird. >.> There is a lot of things to learn in this little venture... Like how Mysticism likes sticking it's conundrums and patterns into the other schools of magic...

I'd be interested in helping. I generally have nothing to do most days anyway and I'm well versed in Skyrim lore. Just added twenty hours in the past three days just by re-reading all of the lore of the higher deities and some of the factions to see what we could do lol.

I'm also the new farmer, once the men the Jarl promised to send get here..." Corinth stands and walks over, holding his out out for a handshake. "Name's Corinth. Corinth Frozen-Hammer."

When he finishes moving his stuff, Corinth heads to the top of the keep and starts inspecting the damage. "The bunkers are fine... the same with the back and the cells. Doesn't look too hard to clear this rubble... Hopefully i can get an office of some kind set up." Having finisjed hos inspection, Corinth decides to head back to the bunker area and rest a bit. 'I'll set up a patrol around dusk... Should be simple...' He drifts off into a nap on one of the beds, a dagger under his pillow and his axe leaning on the wall nearby.

Soren grunts and checks the thing out. "Well, looks like it'll be a party... But you guys going to give us some weapons?" Soren leans back and crosses his arms. Doing a mission like this feels normal for some reason, but that just makes him uncomfortable. 'What did I do... What kind of person am I...' The more he thinks about it, the more confused Soren becomes. But the one thing he knows is that he needs to do this mission, then find out who the hell he is...
