Personality: Generally quiet and is always serious especially since his hometown is being ruined by villains. However he is kind to officers and the general population.

Occupation: G.C.P.D. Detective(Head of the Major Crime Department)

Equipment: Standard police gear such as flashlight,glock pistol,taser,and bullet-proof vest.

Bio: Max has lived in Golden Falls his whole life and has always wanted to be a officer of the law since a young age. He easily got that job as an officer due to the massive crime wave in the 1980s where shootouts with police and thugs were a daily occurrence. Max during this time was able to bust major drug dealers and corrupt cops helping ending the crime spree of the 1980s and being promoted to head of the Major Crime Department. In the 1990s the first heroes started making themselves known throughout the city but it started out rocky with many heroes ending up dead on the streets from the violent gangs.

Eventually, more powerful heroes started coming reducing the deaths and the overall cases Max had to investigate. But it has all changed now with villains once again griping the city in fear and even at this old age Max still feels the need to help in anyway possible.

The acid blade entered Ajax with ease and with the blood-curdling scream the hero let out it was apparent the blade had killed the man or at the very least was tearing melting him from the inside. Striker after taking his blade out of the life less body turned around at the other hero who was firing arrows into him.

"Don't worry boy, you will soon join him in death!" He said as the arrows kept hitting him but quickly dissolving as the acid covered all of his body in a bright green tone. Striker turned his left hand after a little concentration into a crude hammer of sorts and then charged Teucer. As he made his way across the street towards his target he heard the distant familiar sound of the police sirens.

"Go to hurry." He mumbled to himself as he swung his hammer like construct at the man.

Personality:
Matthew psyche is rather cold, brooding and contemplative. He excels at masking his emotions, to the point where it'd be rather hard for people to completely read him. His methods of gathering information is rather scrupulous, and extreme, much to the criticism of the G.C.P.D. Many also call him methods extreme, not really flinching at killing people who he deems necessary, especially villains. Underneath, specially to the people who hes close with, he can be warm, soft spoken and kind.

Equipment:
His equipment is contains mostly different types of bows and an arsenal of different arrows for multi-purposes. His preffered bow is a recurve bow. For close range combat he has made specially made batons that can be joined to make a pseudo bowstaff, the batons also have different frequencies of electricity. He has a special suit, (as seen in the picture) that is made of special fibre that is designed to withstand blows. A kevlar is laced within the suit to resist bullets. His helmet is fitted with many types of sensors and the like.

Bio:
Born under the lush, posh billionaire Mercer family, his childhood had mostly been a spoiled and free, slowly growing arrogant day by day. His freestyle life would have gone on unperturbed, had it not been for the incident. One cloudy day, blocking the sustained light from penetrating. An unnamed villain had massacred the Mercer family while Matthew was out partying and drinking with his 'friends'. Coming back to plentiful bodies splattered and skewered about, Matthew had almost gone insane, had it not been for his visiting uncle, that might have been the case. Matthew blamed himself that night, he made himself believe that it was all his fault somehow.

His Uncle was busy travelling around the globe, to learn and master different arts, especially the art of the bow. The young scion of the Mercer family was full of rage, regret and anger. His Uncle, Jerome Mercer, wanted to channel this and so chose to teach him what he himself has learned the past years. The training was rough and unloving, Matthew would have given up had it not for his anger. After years, he has grown stronger, not as strong as his uncle Jerome, but close and with the recent crisis that is happening in Golden Coast, Matthew had figured out that it is time for him to 'suit' up.

Personality Nova is a determined soul, the type of girl that once she has her mind set on something, she will stop at nothing to achieve it. This determination, however, goes hand in hand with her stubborness and an inability to accept that she cannot do something. She is very proud of her intelligence and physical skills, but her patience is often tested by superiors who expect her to do exactly as she is told. Nova believes that respect needs to be earned, and will refuse to give it unless she views they deserve it. She can be a bit on the wild side, making compulsive decisions without consulting her higher-ups first and loves the adrenaline rush that accompanies dangerous situations.

In her free time, Nova has been known to do a wide variety of activities. From gaming to sparring, Nova loves competition and will not be interrupted by anything she deems unimportant. This being said, Nova is quick to take physical action in order to get her points across.

Occupation: NAIL Field Agent
Equipment: Sonic Staff, Curved Ninja Blade (x2), Hand Gun (x2), and various darts (tranquilizers, paralytics, ect...)

Bio: Nova grew up in a small family of four with her parents and her older brother, Caden. Being the younger child, Nova had to fight to get her way out of Caden's shadow, doing so through sports and physical achivements to set her apart from her family. When Nova was only 13, both her parents were killed in an 'accident' which was cleaned up by the NAIL agency. Both children were taken in where she trained to be a top notch field agent.

Personality Caden is the more tame of the two siblings. He takes his time to thinks things through, analyzing everything he can before making any sorts of decisions. Like his sister, Caden won't let something rest until he knows what he needs to know, however he's much more reserved about the way he goes about things. Caden is also very protective over his little sister, only becoming violent if he feels that she is threatened.
When push comes to shove, Caden knows how to fight well, however he prefers not to. He respects rank over anything else, usually following orders to the letter.

Occupation: NAIL Intelligence Officer
Equipment: Laptop, Hand Gun, Small Drones (named after anime characters).

Bio: Caden is the elder of the siblings, responsible for his younger, more rambunctious sister. His crowning achievements were academics, high grades and published papers before graduating highschool. Not a fan of competition, Caden tended to avoid contests so most of his awards are known only to the family. His skills were noted by NAIL after their involvement in covering up his parents' deaths. Wanting to train him, Caden refused unless his sister could accompany him, in which both siblings were trained in separate fields as NAIL agents.

The command room was a frantic mess with comm units calling other bases about the attack and other calling in support. Everyone has forgotten to tell the Vanguards what to do except the general who got up from his comfy leather chair and walked over to the very front of the command room where the Vanguard comm link awaited. He pressed the small red button to speak into the channel.

"Vanguards defend the base at all cost! Our units are coming back from Deleware and will arrive in 30 minutes. This is all up to you... This can be your big day,your name on all the newspapers,TV,talk shows,anything...Just defend this base and you will preserve humanity for the future! Your enemies are coming from both sides. Wani,we believe is on the right and Cold Steel on the left. I want Magnus in Wani and Jaguar take the other! If you can get them away from the base we are loading anti-Kaiju ballistic missiles onto our main turrets. But they must be away from HQ. Good luck soldiers!" He said to the pilots down below.

Meanwhile Delegado nervously awaits as the beast tear up the water in front of them but notices his comrade give him a thumbs up. He looks towards the other pilot and proceeds to do the samething but soon looked back at the darkened shapes in the water now poking their heads out the water. Wani was the first jumping into the air and then diving back down changing directions from Magnus to Prime almost as if it knew how weak it was.

"Shit!!! I got two coming straight at me!!" Delegado said getting into defensive postion just as Wani slammed into him.
