Also, as a newbie tournament, I have some pretty good ideas to get new guys and gals some experience. I.E. We wouldn't want to just dump the first round of losers. They'd need a fighting chance afterall. They will presumably not be experienced in the Arena, so I'd recommend a 2nd chance round. Placing the losers in a new bracket for a chance to come back after the first round.
I would almost be interested in hosting this tournament. Would give me a reason to stick around. hehe. But I would definitely expect you Vets to get involved. Be Mentors and/or Judges for our new victims... "erm" I mean, guest.
Just so long as we don't try that fucking 10 on 1 again.

One of the suggestions was the revival of RPGN or something similar to it, so perhaps tournaments could be planned and advertised in advanced? They could treated almost in a sense similar to "fanfare" and this might be able to work for more advanced tournaments as well. Just a thought as I know that RPGN was responsible for advertising Roleplays and Interest Checks in the past.
