I always respond to OOC tags within 10 minutes, but I respond to PMs within 10 days. I don't know why- I suppose it's just because PMs are so easy to brush aside and forget about

Hey, what are we gonna do about the empty spots on our map? Do we just assume they are foreign nations, or do we ignore them entirely in-case someone new joins later?

By the way, my nation's export is probably gonna be a lot of useless luxury items.

Well if our land is as much a powder-keg as WW1 Europe, it shouldn't take too much to set things off before everyone starts taking sides and polishing our brand-new weapons.
