Darkness Within (A Dark themed rp)

Could I run another idea by you about the fairies? (I just thought of it while watching "the fairy scene" on YouTube as a refresher.)

What if my character's body acted more like a hive instead of physically becoming the little monster? Like he coughs it up? And it starts as only one fairy, but the more and more humanity my character loses, the more fairies he's able to regurgitate? The fairies would kind of act on their own, not under a lot of outside influence like they attack foe and ally alike: swarm style. Also, my character's body would be absolutely useless (unconscious or whatever) as long as there was a fairy left loose or alive outside of "the hive." The ultimate risk would be the collective of fairies growing too big and no longer wanting to return to my character's body.

Does that make sense? If it's too weird or too much, I'll drop it.

In what way is magic dead? Is it just so looked down upon and hated that none practice it, or has it been forgotten somehow?

@Hael I know. It's not really a matter of workload, it's a matter of interest. As an RP progresses it will go through ups and downs, some bits will be more interesting than others and so on. It doesn't help if you're going through a low point in one RP and then you've got two others that are on a high, it kills interest for me.

Eh, that's not really the problem with me. I've never cared about or even noticed (I'm oblivious half the time) ups and downs in an RP until someone mentions them. With me it's usually that there's one RP I just joined out of boredom that I didn't like near as much from the off-set, so it's the first to go when I get busy in reality or I'm just not in the mood for writing 3 RP's worth of posts.

Just reading through the ideas, I doubt I'll be able to join though, I know myself. Once I join a third simultaneous RP I begin losing interest in one of them, so going to stay on the safe side of the hedge :3

ARGH! I have the same problem. For the entire three years I've been RPing, I have never once been able to manage more than 2 RPs at a time.

It's like a curse. 3 is my favorite number ever, but I can never have more than three RPs
