What is age?
This massless numeral assigned to us by an arbitrary distinction of what time is?
If you mean in terms of maturity, can't mental maturity be examined by brain development, thereby allowing those who are underdeveloped to remain children. Or is it perhaps physical maturity, which can be measured by body development starting at adolescence. In either case, aren't these far more beneficial quantifiers than a vague number created from a construct of measurement governed entirely off the experiences of a limited cast of people.
