@LuckyBlackCat I'm certainly not ruling out the possibility. A girl that can see the shadow aura could definitely get Noble's attention. There's always the possibility that someone else could provoke the admin's wrath, out of all of them he's not exactly the most composed.

@LuckyBlackCat All in all it'll be more of an upfront introduction to the...lightest(?) of the Nobles. In fact, the whole interaction would be completely benign if it weren't for a certain someone here. >.>

@LuckyBlackCat Well, it won't be anything to use Showdown for (it wouldn't accomplish anything). It'll be a good opportunity for Sophia to hint at her shadow Pokemon detecting power though.

@ADamnFiddle Eh, you're probably not wrong. It could still be useful though, especially when it comes to non-humans/demi-humans. For the moment it's kinda the only skill Ryan has.

@ADamnFiddle Well Ryan can handle a bow I guess, that doesn't seem to be the most common of weapons in Lugnica. That being said, it'd be a good way for Maria to show the new recruits her divine blessing (and perhaps teach them exactly what those are). Ryan isn't exactly built to be a swordsman though, he's more of a supporting role in terms of battle. (I do imagine that adding wind magic to an arrow could make it pretty dangerous though)

@Rune_Alchemist@ADamnFiddle I could see that being good for story purposes, especially near the beginning. Like say, if Ryan died while under Maria's protection I'm sure she'd be a bit upset. But then, seeing him and his almighty shopping cart an hour or two later would be a serious "wait a second, what the fuck?" moment.

@ADamnFiddle I think that, without a doubt, Ryan will ask Maria if he can join the Iron Bell Knights. It'd probably secure him a place to stay, as well as a way to make good on the promise he made to help others.

@Rune_Alchemist Even if she knew Maria couldn't die either? I mean, Ryan isn't gonna be like Subaru (in terms of fearing death after like the third time he died), but he probably won't be too excited for it to happen.

@Rune_Alchemist From what the post earlier said, that seems to about sum it up. I'm probably missing something too though, maybe they'd forget the whole fight? I mean otherwise it'd lead to an interesting partnership if they both knew the other couldn't die. They probably wouldn't just keep on fighting.

@Rune_Alchemist Heheh, but it'll be really awkward once a few of our characters have done it. From what I remember we also can't remember who else dies if they have that power. If that's the case I bet each of our characters will probably all think they're the only ones it applies to.
