Technique 24 makes no sense. The bullet ripped through Marquise's armour, but he catches it mid-air? How does he do that once it's inside of the armour? Is that a mistake, or is it intentional? And why does the bullet still act as if it would have hit?

I figured the Cal-Z bullet had enough force behind it to do damage even if it didn't hit, so I replied as such.
