Ah. Andy Indigo. People are trying to leave the events and his actions in the past. He used propaganda and his own power to influence the IA to move against what he convinced everyone was a threat.

They're designed to be, but I carry no guns. Plus, I'm sure some miscommunication occurred somewhere if you were attacked by IA personnel.
