I am no RP expert by any means, but this place looks....amazing! Well-described original content, an interesting premise that already gives me some sort of idea for an ability for an OC, and is very new to boot!

Mmm, but my thoughts aside i want to ask a few questions (if such is ok) directed at the GM and/or Co-GM's before anything else, just to get a better idea of how things are here on my end without committing to join this place right out of the blue:

1. If i join, do i have to be on often, if not every single day, to stay a part of the RP here? I ask because i have both real life commitments, which i hold above roleplaying commitments, and two other RP commitments on another site as well. If this place could be rather flexible enough for me if i join, it would be an immense help in being able to organize things on my end between this and my other commitments.

2. When will this RP be starting? If not definite date is there, is there some kind of estimation that could be given? I have a wedding to go to this weekend as well as a project for school to finish, so if it begins this week this is one reason i ask. Beyond that, i work on the weekend and go to college during the week, so knowing when i can be around when things start (if i join) would be an immense help stress-wise!

3. What are some of the more extreme and potent powers that have been approved? Just want to get an idea of the limitations when it comes to abilities.

4. Are there any details about joining that a newbie to this place, and who is overall not the most experienced with roleplaying on Roleplayerguild as a whole, would need to know?

I apologize if any of this sounds rude, as i hope to not sound that way. Just a good bit tired right now after what has been a very long and tiring week. :)

Sure, you can see Jason's app. I just have to find the information for the app, but i will send you what i have via a PM for you to take a look over. I was actually making Jason for a past Fate Roleplay i was a part of, with the assistance of a moderator from said roleplay, though the roleplay itself died and was deleted by the admin before i could complete and submit his app officially. Could you PM me the information for Yuknoom and Makoma as well?

I do agree that a lot of people seem to make the same servants over and over though. Among others, i have seen quite the many servant apps made for the more infamous members of the Knights of the Round Table in my browsing. Personally, though, i love to see the more "unique" apps that are made on occasion, using ideas that are uncommon or rather rare among the servant apps that seem to be a standard in many other places. For example, i once came across an app someone had made for the Australian outlaw "Ned Kelly", and in another place i found an app someone had made for "Odette" from Swan Lake. I usually enjoying finding interesting things like those on occasion.

Wow. Surprised i have not seen more Bodvar apps with that sort of thing in mind. Then again, depending on where the Grail War he could participate in would be, i would be unsure of just where he would or could get the bear heart for his master or someone else to eat in order to strengthen them! I think i read on Wikipedia, or it could be from somewhere else i do not currently remember, that Beowulf was possibly inspired and/or based on Bodvar in some sense. Then again, i wonder if anyone has made Hrolfr Kraki himself as a servant now that i think about it...

Thank you. I have been trying to look around for something, albeit that search of has been limited to fanfiction.net and this site. I don't intend to instantly abandon this place or go over to the living forum right away if i am able to find another living Fate Roleplay. I just want to try to have a "Plan B" just in case things go south, as in my own past experiences i have had forums i was involved with die and sit there for a time before anyone realizes they are actually dead. Still, if this is a slow period for this roleplay i do not know how long it will last, or if this place will eventually die to be honest about the matter. Hopefully this place does not die.

@Raijinslayer Understandable. Seems like things slowed down a bit when people had their OC's begin going to the banquet.

@Beloss Ah. I have seen a few of those sorts of places, at least when searching for servant ideas via Google at some points in the past. Those sorts of boards can be interesting and have some solid ideas, though can also produce some odd and albeit fun or even silly apps as well. For example, i once found an app where someone made Sakura Matou as a Counter guardian who was summoned as a Caster-class servant into the 5th Grail War.

Thank you for letting me jot down those ideas though. If you ever felt like PM'ing me information about Yuknoom and Makoma either here or on fanfiction.net (if you are on that site) as well, then i wouldn't mind. Having information on hand is helpfful if i want to possibly go and use one of those ideas in the future.

As for my own standby's when it has come to the Fate Roleplays i have been able to be a part of, this is actually the first one where i have used a canon servant. I usually try to come up with a new servant in each one i join, though if i ever need to fall back on something i have already made i have a Saber/Berserker "Chi You" app, most of a Jason (leader of the Argonauts) app, and have definitely enough information from Wikipedia and other sites along with part of an app to work with already in order to make either Hunahpu or perhaps Xbalanque (either one of the Maya Hero Twins basically) as a servant.

Ah, Bodvar Bijarki! Saw a little about him when i was researching Skuld once. Isn't he the individual that, when he is sleeping, can project his spirit away from his body and have it fight in the form of a bear? It has been a while since i saw his name last, so i could perhaps be wrong! XD

A quick question to everyone here though: Does anyone know of a currently living and/or new Fate Roleplay that needs members either here or on fanfiction.net? If this roleplay stays alive i will go ahead and stay, but i just ask this because i want to look at other possible options in the future in the case this roleplay officially dies.

Wow. That is quite the list of servants you have made and/or are considering making, Beloss. Might list some of those ideas down, if you don't mind me doing so of course, to help give me some OC servant ideas in the future. Have personally had some writer's block in the past at times in the past when it comes to making servants for a Fate Roleplay!

On a side note, however, have you managed to make contact with @Unoedipal or any of the others? No rush to anyone if real life is keeping them busy, but it has been quite the while since anyone posted in the RP or such.
