Slava Ukraini! I am August Reign, an almost 30 year old woman from the USA (however shameful it is to admit it), Eastern Time Zone. I'm a True Neutral Bard, (unofficially) have inattentive ADHD, and many, MANY hobbies. I've been rping for a long time, I'd estimate a bit over 15 years now, and mainly focus on fantasy, romance, alt/AU fandom, slice of life, or a modification of the above. I am open to genres outside of these, but I warn you that I may not be the best at them or have some information wrong, so please be patient with me if that happens. 😊 I have a day job, side job, side "hustle", hobby-job, hobby-i'd-like-to-get-paid-for, and a stupid amount of interests and obligations outside of all of that. I love writing, sewing, gaming, cosplaying, and in general nerding out. My s/o has introduced me into military, board game, and more techy hobbies, and as I've dabbled in the Fediverse (decentralized social media) I have an increasing interest in self sufficiency and DIY. If only my brain could let me balance all of it equitably! Anyway, I'm overall pretty chill but have a few asks for anyone visiting: 1) Don't take over my characters unless we agreed upon something earlier. Transitions, unconsciousness, etc. are fair territory, but those are kind of a given for moving things along. 2) No parenting. I don't want kids irl, and I don't want to parent children in rps either. Characters can have children, that's fine, but I'm not parenting them. Characters can also [b]be[/b] children too, but again, I am not going to raise or advise them. 3) Phobia of needlework - I have a rational fear of medical needles. I can't think, talk, write, or describe things in detail regarding these. Generalizations are okay. Playing with them is not. If you do write about this in too much of detail, I am skipping the section entirely and will not read it. 4) Let me know if there are phobias or activations for you. I am not shy when it comes to gore, sex, abuse, mental problems, whatever. If something is too much for you, please say something about it.
