Reasons for joining World's End: To bring down the Magical Girl World Defense Force and get back her ‘real’ younger sister by making her a normal girl again

Bio: Alexandra was a normal older sister for most of her life. Born 4 years after Alexandra, Erika was a typical abnoxious child, constantly getting herself in trouble but Alexandra had always been there to rescue her. Alexandra defended her from bullies, tutored her when she needed help, and even went shopping together with her, despite their age difference the two got along fabulously as Alexandra tried her best to support Erika. This typical older sister relationship would change drastically when Alexandra was 16 years old and in high school.

Of course Alexandra had many more activities and duties which lessened their time together but it was more than that, Alexandra could feel her sister becoming more secretive and less inclined to go to her for help. At first Alexandra just thought that her 12 year old sister had decided to start facing life on her own and take charge and was quite happy for her, but she could not help the worried look on Erika’s face at times, and often it was when she was looking at her. Something was up and Alexandra was determined to figure out what was troubling her, since confronting her directly no longer worked Alexandra decided to shadow her sister one day. That was when she discovered her younger sister’s secret.

Alexandra watched in awe and wonder as her sister transformed in front of her eyes in order to combat an evil minion of a malevolent force called Wonderlust. Erika had been transformed into Stardust, a magical girl of growing power that used cosmic rays and star power through her magic. The minion, who was called Balthezar, saw Alexandra and commented about a lost mouse entering their battlefield. When Erika saw her sister she accidently let slip who she was, which gave Balthezar the bright idea of kidnapping Alexandra, before she knew what was happening the deed was already done in order to cause Erika as much pain as possible.

Brainwashed by Wonderlust and given immense power, Alexandra was pitted against her sister time and time again to wear her down. For a while the psychological warfare seemed to be working but they did not count on Erika’s determination to bring her older sister back to normal. What at first was a great advantage to Wonderlust turned into a detriment as Erika’s feelings for her sister fueled her powers higher than they thought possible and with some help from a few neighboring magical girls Wonderlust was destroyed and Alexandra was saved from their control.

With the menace gone things went back to normal for a brief time as the threat was averted; however, two years later was when Nerosis rose into the limelight to destroy the world. With another threat on Alexandra could feel Erika getting worried, since Erika was the magical girl she could now defend her older sister. Afraid of losing her again, Erika did everything in her power to keep Alexandra safe, to the point of oppression. The Magical Girl World Defense Force was formed and Erika eagerly joined it, announcing her presence to the world along with many other magical girls.

From that moment on everything changed, Alexandra is constantly checked upon by Erika to make sure no evil has gotten a hold of her. Like a helicopter mother, Erika seems to be always nearby and constantly checking in which drives Alexandra absolutely crazy, so she moved out as soon as she could to get a job which at least gave her some space from her sister. Of course being the older sister of a now well-known magical girl comes with its consequences too, plenty of Stardust’s fans try to use Alexandra as a middle man for them, some even going as far as to ask Alexandra on a date just so they could meet Erika who was sure to check them out to see if they were fit for her sister or not.

Tired with the world's state of affairs and her sister’s drastic influence on her life, Alexandra found herself wishing for a way to make things as they were, before her sister got her powers. She even wondered if it was possible to regain the power she had as a member of Wonderlust but there was little she could do on her own. Having started her own antique shop after getting a business degree, Alexandra saw many things during her times running the store and then a certain fragment of a talisman managed to find its way into her shop. This was of course a sixth of the talisman used by Nerosis to spread the dark god Vindictus’s magic over the entire Earth.

Not knowing what it was, Alexandra bought it to try and resell it but when she touched the talisman the residual dark energies in the fragment entered her body and fused with the magics left behind by her time under Wonderlust’s control. The energies fused and endowed her with new powers, the person who sold her the artifact had been affiliated with World’s End and left her a note, giving her access to the World’s End network. Realizing this was her chance to set things right, Alexandra quickly joined the organization in order to bring sanity back to the world.

Alter-Ego: Devil Tamer
When she becomes her alter-ego her features change drastically which is very helpful in keeping her identity a secret.

Powers:

Magical Golems: Her Devil Tamer persona is able to construct magical golems out of nearby materials in order to do battle with the magical girls. The golems abilities vary greatly depending on what they were made of, for example a golem created out of water would be able to shoot streams of water, be quite malleable, have great flexability, and be weak to thunder based attacks. Stone golems tend to be very hard to damage physically, have great power, but tend to be on the slow and heavy side.

Mythical Beast Contracts: This is where her alter-ego name comes from. The Devil Tamer is able to form contracts with mythical beasts, for example the augmented creatures created by the later Nerosis can be targeted for these contracts. When a contract is formed between Alexandra and a creature she can then invoke the contract, which adds the creatures powers and skills to Alexandra. Whenever she uses a contract her clothing changes based on the creature used for the contract, such as gaining fiery feathers if for instance she used the contract of a Fiery Pheonix. Along with the wardrobe change she would also gain fire based abilities similar to what a Pheonix would actually use in combat.

When using a mythical beast contract Alexandra becomes unable to control her magical golems, usually meaning they just stop moving, though on rare occasions they also just go berserk on their own, putting anyone and anything in the area in danger.

Current contracts are:

The Unicorn: A contract that focuses on speed. Devil Tamer gains a white horse tail from the small of her back and a silver horn on her forehead. Her boots also become diamond hard like a unicorn’s hoofs. Her speed, kicking power, and horn all help increase her combat prowess on the battlefield, allowing her to strike hard and fast.

Jorogumo the Spider: Her clothing turns black, she gains 4 extra spider limbs that sprout from her back and she gains the ability to use webbing. This contract is focused on agility and flexibility, being able to outwit and out maneuver the enemy while slowing them down with webbing.

Byakko the White Tiger: Her clothing changes to white fur pelts with black stripes, complete with razor sharp claws on her hands. This contract is focused more on power and ferocity to rip apart her enemies.

Marisol Scully seems like a fun character, gotta love those mad scientist types. Ya I don't think those powers are OP, you are potentially fighting against some ridiculously powerful magical girls after all and anyone who has watched these kind of shows know just how OP they can be. Accepted

Danny's profile does seem a little short. Nothing necessarily wrong with the profile itself just could use a little more umph. Mostly just me being picky so while I will suggest that you expand it some more I will not deny the character. Accepted

Wincester Rind is developed very well and I could not help but laugh at that awesome back story. An enraged otaku is a frightful thing indeed. Well made, gave me a few laughs and just a very interesting character overall that I personally want to see in action. Most definitely accepted plus an interesting set of powers as well.

Now I was asked about Nerosis so here is more information on that Organization. Nerosis was in fact the reason for the Magical Girl World Defense Force to be formed in the first place. A vast organization where monsters and magically adept humans worked together in order to bring ruin to the world. Nerosis, a slight misspelling of neurosis, brought pain, suffering, and a lot of distress to the world with their maniacal schemes. Due to their power and influence, magical girls felt they had no choice but to band together to defeat Nerosis. Nerosis had a great plan to destroy the world and rule over its forsaken husk that involved a magical talisman with a direct connection to a god of destruction called Vindictus whose malicious energy was being transferred through the talisman into the atmosphere, poisoning the planet with his very essence. With a collective strike the Magical Girls World Defense Force managed to destroy the talisman and stop Nerosis's scheme. The talisman could not be fully destroyed but was split into six pieces, two of which are unaccounted for by the magical girls.

Nerosis was a large organization but their best plan was smashed to pieces and the remnants were either chased down or simply faded into the background. No one knows if Nerosis and the dark god Vindictus are truly gone or not but as long as the magical girls are in control there is little chance of them reforming. Nerosis not only tinkered with the dark god's magics but tried to apply those principles to technology as well with mixed results. Technological and magical augments of people and creatures were not uncommon tactics used by Nerosis in order to create powerful soldiers and assassins. It is unknown how far their experimentation got but there were rumors of another catastrophic plot involving the augmentation of a mythical beast of great power but was disbanded when the creature proved unable to be controlled. There are many secrets that Nerosis kept under wraps which are still to be discovered or will stay buried for the rest of time.

The time has arrived, to overthrow the Magical Girl Dystopia that has developed due to the overpopulation of magical girls in the world. Magical Girls used to be merely figures of legend and comics but more and more sightings and incidents lead to rather strong rumors of their existence, then 'that' day came. Magical Girls collected together and made their presence known to the world officially as the Magical Girl World Defense Force. With their combined might and power the Magical Girls were able to defeat all threats that tried to rise its ugly head with quick and decisive work. There was only one major force that nearly destroyed the planet which was the Defense Forces original enemy, Nerosis. After the defeat of Nerosis in order to protect the world the Magical Girl World Defense Force started to create strict rules in order to prevent negative energies from collecting in large amounts usable by evil forces, essentially starting a sort of Magical Girl dystopia. This all started 4 years ago.

The world is forced by the magical girls be a peaceful one, which is all well and good but sometimes magical girl values can be pushed a little too much on the population. Magical girls are worshiped as idols and in extreme cases even deities in certain parts of the world. Magical girls are protectors, guardsmen against evil, but their their vigil can also be oppressive, limiting the freedoms of many populations. Abuse of power has also been on the rise with certain magical girls taking whatever they want, whenever they want since no one has the power to stop them. While there are many who praise the magical girls for creating a paradise, there are those who consider magical girls as a menace to the world who have lost their original purpose as protectors of humanity to enslavers of humanity.

A resistance group has formed against the Magical Girl World Defense Force, comprised of various individuals with magical powers from many different sources, they have decided to take a stand against the magical girl regime. This resistance force, code-named World's End by the magical girls, was made possible by the discovery of an ancient artifact that was able to endow the wielder with the power to lock away a magical girl's power. In order for the artifact to take affect, the Magical Girl must first be defeated in combat, to weaken her to a point where her power can be drained away. With this artifact in their possession, World's End now has the ability to reduce the magical girl population, while returning the girl back to her original, non-magical state.

World's End, in order to keep from being discovered tends to avoid meetings as much as possible. The way the members keep in touch is through various sources, a favorite being coded text-messages. The resistance community does have smaller cells that tend to meet together more regularly but keeping secret does have its price to pay. The resistance is growing and currently the main strategy of the group is guerilla tactics, striking fast to bring down the magical girl dynasty one piece at a time.

Ha ha Weapons of Mass Destruction Magical Girls, sounds world changing. Anyway I see there is quite a bit of interest in this idea of mine, looks like I've have to make it now. Have to think of some more specifics though.

Well for powers I have a few potentials that people could receive them from. 1. One of the 'other' forces that so often try to destroy of take over the world grants humans their power in order to topple the magical girls. So basically these people would be getting a power boost from a somewhat evil force though they will try to use the power for their own ends. 2. Magical girls that have gone rouge from the dystopian society of magical girls. 3. Ancient artifacts endowed with magical forces that bestow their power on certain individuals. 4. Someone who has managed to actually steal their power from a magical girl, somehow channeling the power meant for the girl into themselves.

There are certainly other methods but I think those would be the main ones. I think it might be more fun if we included all these different ways to get magical powers into the roleplay so we can have a much more diverse and interesting cast who might not always agree with what their next step should be. Variety is the 'spice of life' as they say.

Dragon Ball Z: Dark Ascension

As Glacier figured out the training programs she had to admit that the technology would be quite adequate for training. Now the technology was decent though it was still below the standards that she had in the Planet Trade Organization but it would do. The addition of the gravity field in the training room was a nice touch, Earth's gravity was way below that of many of the planet's that she had stayed on for any length of time, though frankly gravity had never really been that much of a problem for her species as from pretty much birth their ability to control ki and their power levels were so high that they could pretty much ignore gravity all together. While this was all true, gravity could still provide complications to her fighting style, potentially slowing her movements.

Before engaging in battle against the Cooler androids, which she had to admit seemed a bit insulting considering how weak they were to the real thing, being one of the few ice-jin that had managed to expand his power beyond their initial potential, Cooler was frankly a bit of an idol to their race. She was unsure of who managed to find out Cooler's secret but what Cooler had shown was that their race's potential was much more than what they were born with. In any case she needed to find a gravity level that would actually provide her a challenge.

Glacier set the gravity setting at first to 10 above Earth level just to get a feeling for the weight. She found that she was barely impeded by the increased gravity and quickly upped the setting to 20. Now she could actually start to feel the effects of the extra gravity but it was still not enough to really be called training. Her power levels were severely lowered because of the curse but her strength was somewhat less effected by the limitations. This level was still not enough to truly challenge her and she she upped it to 30. At this level though she found it was actually somewhat difficult to stand up, much less fight with any real efficiency. The gravity level would not have been a problem in her next form but for now she had to content herself with 25x Earth's gravity which was still enough to make standing and fighting very difficult but as long as she used her natural strength and tail to her advantage she would have a good challenge when fighting.

Content with the level Glacier started up the training program. Now the android would not be effected by the increased gravity so the fight was going to be tough, even for her. "I wish I could have fought you in person, previous heir but I will have to content myself with this fake." Glacier nodded which signaled the start of the fight at which time the android immediately attacked by starting out with a rush attack. Glacier was ready though and managed to dodge to the side. As the android flew past she instantly started to fire several rapid Death Beams at the aggressor. The Android was smart and did not slow down, managing to avoid nearly all of the blasts and came around for another attack. Glacier braced herself and took the attack head on, she grunted as the weight of the Android in 25 times gravity smashed into her, making her use her powerful tail as a support to keep from being smashed into the ground.

After the immediate crushing blow the android started to rain down a flurry of punches and kicks to which despite her best efforts a few managed to get past her guard, striking her on the cheek and abdomen. Glacier gritted her teeth in pain, and barely managed to keep herself from flinching under the onslaught. She needed a way to counter attack so she allowed her natural fighting instincts take over. Starting out with a Darkness Eye Beam attack Glacier blinded her opponent and proceeded start a rain of attacks against the now defender. She managed to get a few light blows in but the Android seemed mostly unfazed and was quickly regaining its sensors. Before it could fully recover Glacier slammed her tail into the side of the Android, sending it toppling into the side of the chamber. The android pushed itself off of the wall and a few sparks could be seen showering off its body but the machine was not done yet.

"I will admit, these earthlings can make tough machines." Glacier ignored any pain she had as the Cooler clone unleashed a barrage of energy blasts at Glacier, Glacier used all of her fighting prowess to avoid and knock away the blasts coming her way, using her tail to great effect as an extra limb for the needed mobility in the high gravity environment. It was turning out to be a good training session after all.
