I know this is the arena section and all, but what if coming face to face with another character, didn't always mean fighting? What if you could even form alliances? Even weaker characters can make friends and possible take down a bigger foe. That'll make it easier for a variety of levels. And what if you could advance story lines in this multiverse with others or even by yourself. In one continuous thread were the player will simply post a debriefing above each post of where they are? What if at the center of all these universes is this great power pulling on the universes and causing gaps where people can go back on forthfrom their own universe, to the central universe and even to other universes (for purely explosive purposes, of course) This could allow room for a lot of creative stories and fights that normally wouldn't be possible or considered. And then potentially leave room for other things, like tournaments and such. Perhaps story lines like keitaro's (sp?) Could become more strange as he discovers New beast in other worlds. These are all just thoughts. Discect them as you feel necessary. 

You are right, @Melonhead. It was uncalled for. My apologies @Bartimaeus. I've been in a vicious mood today that's been really unbecoming of me. Anyways, Constructive Criticism:

Trait- Shadda has no trait but Cahrtikan has intelligence.

The average Human girl is no heavier than 44 at most, at the age of 5. They vary from 36.3 - 44.0 pounds
The height unless there is something very genetically wrong with the child will be about 3.4  - 3.65 Feet
Your child is short and fat for her age.
Race-Human 
Weapons- None.
Passives- Not corrupted: Cahrtikan clouds Shadda's wounds from the opponent.

Powers-
High energy manipulation: Can form energy/mana/chi into various forms.
Low earth manipulation: basic earth control.
What is basic earth control. Same for the rest. And the Energy/mana/chi can basically form in any way you wish? Limits?
Low water manipulation: basic water control
Low fire manipulation: basic fire control.
Acid combustion: The object nearest the enemy explodes into acid. The bigger the object the more acid. If the object is smaller than Shadda, it becomes an acid orb and traces the opponent until contact with them, then explodes upon contact. Also explodes on anything it touches.
Pretty sure you can't just make an enemy explode in acid. What's the word? Powergaming?
Harmless intentions: Creates a 4x4 wall of butterflies within a 20 ft area of Shadda. These butterflies latch on to anything they touch and carry it left for 1 turn. They cannot die and have the pull strength of an elephant.
I don't know about not being able to die. 4x4? Does that mean they are 4 giant butterflies? Thousands of small ones? Also, most powered characters could probably pull an elephant around for fun, from what I've seen.
Puppies!!: Shadda summons two undead dobermans to attack her opponent. However, she gets scared if they face her, despite them being completely loyal.
All the elements and now Undead dogs. Very wild mix up here. Again, I feel like you are trying to add everything you can to the character and it's going to end up a very boring fight.

Cahrtikan- Demon's powers- Low to Medium shadow manipulation: Cahrtikan can use Low to medium shadow manipulation if Shadda is in high emotional distress.
I repeat what I said above. Also, what's low and what's medium? 
Reverse Psycology- Cahrtikan can stop any mental attsck aimed at Shadda and reverse it onto the caster.
I'll leave this one alone. This will probably not be needed though.

Items. TeddyBear Backpack- Contains a yoyo and can protect from one physical attack from behind.
Unless this backpack is at least decently armored and whatnot, it isn't going to protect anyone from anything. Also, why the Yoyo if it brings nothing to the character? Is it a magic Yoyo? If so, what can it do?

 Other- Shadda has no training, yet she has a very high mana pool, being able to cast lots of magic in succession.
Shadda is reluctant to fight anyone, but can be urged by Cahrtikan.
Again, I maintain my stance that you can't really force a child to do anything they don't want to do. Specially at that age. And don't say he'll do something bad to her if she doesn't, cause a child that age won't care. They'll just cry/throw a tantrum or many other child like things kids do when faced with things they don't want to do.
Shadda can take almost no physical attacks, but has a high pain tolerance after being an arena slave.
I'm not going to say anything about this either, cause I think you worded it weird.
