@Automaton, You can pick the arena. I have a feeling Allison was sent to kill your guy so would go to where he is. She's not at a disadvantage in most arenas.
Considering he is pretty much meant for extended continuity arena? :v
Even if I developed him in the Arena, his abilities, in the end, makes him more suitable for story based RP. :p

From what I understand it sounds like everyone's characters are lost forever to the continuity if he defeats them and chooses to eat their soul. I'd never ever fight that character knowing such a drastic penalty could take place unless I knew I'd never use said character again anyways.
I see no issue with it.

Although it can be changed so that he gains an exact replica of their soul, so they can revive and he still gets the benefits.

Replicas are fine and could be a fun plot device.

By the way, I underestimated the range of flamethrowers. I'm keeping Evvie's range as is for the battles she's currently in, but twice as long as a flamethrower may need to be decreased or else she's a total beast. Modern ones can go as far as 260 feet according to wikipedia so Evvie can send out fire over 500 feet, more than the effective range of most firearms. I imagine her shooting out a stream of fire like a sniper rifle now.
Evvie fell for the trap; hook, line, and sinker. Turning her head, she put on a confused expression when nobody was there, and she had plenty good enough vision to spot him if he was...unless he was hiding off in the water somewhere? No...maybe he just hadn't gotten close enough yet...

She turned her head and was about to make a statement that she couldn't see him so perhaps this woman should clarify his current position, when Evvie saw a tendril of water getting poised to lash out at her. Startled, she jerked her body towards the right just as it carried out it's evil intentions, piercing into the left side of her abdomen just below the ribcage. She let out a grimace as she held up the gauntlet on her right wrist, breathing a quick burst of fire into it. The flames and metal quickly engulfed her body as the gauntlet began to magically form itself into a suit of armor perfectly fitting over her figure. Luckily this would also serve to cut off the water tendril inside her body from the source, ceasing the attack from progressing any further.

Due to the circumstances of the battle she decided to leave her wings unarmored at the fleshy, "wind catchy" parts, as she would call them, so that she could retain her ability to fly. She also left her face open so that she could breath more fire and not restrict her vision. Lastly, her feet were also left bare out of habit and it was the beach, so wearing shoes here would feel doubly weird and could lead to her destruction, probably.

With her armor formed and her staff held at the ready as she more carefully examined her opponent. She had lost enough time to do so that another attack could be coming her way at any time if the woman was quick enough. If there was nothing new to defend against, or perhaps even as a defensive measure depending on the circumstance, she would shoot out her flames to try and envelope her entire body within them. The 30 feet between them was not far enough to avoid a flamethrower and a flamethrower was no match for her, meaning it would quickly and easily be getting some revenge for Evvie if all went according to plan.
So, anybody wanna judge me and Important nobodies match xD.

(Hinting that someone should step up and be a judge intensifies)
@Rilla as fellow someone with a character whose main ability to fight comes from mooching other characters in their roster, I'd like to have your input!

At first I read that as "smooching".

Well, he's totally going to eventually expand further and eat their souls too just to be sure they won't ressurect! :v

That power probably shouldn't be used in any continuity based arena unless it's so restricted that any playable character can claim, no matter what, that their soul was too powerful to be devoured that way.
Due to the varied appearance of the human/elf type race, a group of them, if separate from the others for long enough time, would develop those traits and become less diverse.
I was also thinking of an elf-like human replacer. Maybe a bit shorter then humans but not like dwarves. Going with this I might take away elves and dwarves and have some of their traits represented by other races. These human replaces can also come in all shapes and sizes, think Waluigi and Wario, so there can be interesting customization on appearance in a slight cartoony fashion. However, most will be the default human look.

Maybe for the names of the races and elements it could be based on the language of their world but have context clues what you are talking about based on the sound. For example, Ferea would be fire.
Toph could also wreck every single vital mechanism of the tank with metalbending, so there's that.

EDIT: though as far as i remember, metalbending required direct contact it the avatar series.

NOOOOOOOO! NINJA'd!

DELETE
I'm thinking like Toph from The Last Airbender but her tier might be around the high mid level despite her normal fleshy body if you can get past her earth bending. Someone of her power could throw the tank onto it's top with a strike of the earth rather than just immobilize it (which can be done by someone weaker) and hide inside the earth while doing it.

It depends on how quickly you can alter the earth if you can easily trap it.
